You know, I don't remember slamming the stock or saying anything bad about the company. All I did was report a lawsuit. I have no idea what this company does and nor do I care. As for a lawyer having me do this, are you out of your mind?
You are correct about one thing though. The company's communication with its shareholders blows and that alone would keep me away.
Looks like Sharp is at it again. He just sued YASH.
With only $2700 on hand, how do you expect them to win the suit? They probably need $100,000+ to defend it.
Steve, I am sure he is mad because he lost money. In fact, he even says it in his lawsuit. His point is that he lost it to dishonesty. Again, he is very good at this. I suggest you google:
"george sharp" + "victory capital holdings"
"george sharp" + "golden arch resources"
there are more but they don't come to mind. I know he took Victory for over $700,000 and Golden Arch for about $100,000.
I am in contact with him...and I have no motive...I started this to inform you guys about the lawsuit...if it isn't for me you still don't know about it.
read it again...its in English
He did sue Victory. For the second time. The first time he won over $700,000.
gold, I don't see where I said on May 11 that the company was going to get sued by a different guy. Can you help me out here?
What is your point? YASH has been sued. Look at yesterday's posts.
"False advertising" was just a metaphor I was using..."misleading advertising" also works.
Why?
They announce a stock repurchase program for the upteenth time and instead days later vote on a reverse-split. While they are announcing everything that they hope will generate positive momentum they don't announce the BIG negative. IMHO there ain't a jury in the world that's gonna buy that. If they didn't have a bi-weekly habit of putting out PRs, then maybe, but with all the false PRs they put out, the one fact isn't released? Sorry Charlie.....
We can and should do all of our research. But this is really a case of "false advertising". We can either choose to accept what a company "advertises" or not. Has anyone ever done research to see that four out of five dentists really recommend Trident gum? No, because the customers take it on good faith. And if you can't expect good faith in the stock market then what's the point of the whole thing anyway? Do you honestly believe that a defense of, "Yes I'm a crook but he should have done his research", is going to work?
As I said before, I would never bet against him. He is far too good at this.
Again you may be right but the average Joe is not going to review SEC filings. The fact that they did not announce the reverse split seems deliberate and I have a feeling that a jury will see it the same way. If there really is something to this company and it it not just another BB scam, then they better do something to take care of this quick. Come to think of it, if it is a scam to dump stock, they better take care of it because it is hard to sell stock with bad publicity. Have you see the press releases Sharp put out with respect to Victory? He destroyed them and they counter-sued for $10 million and lost.
Well I'm not sure that you are wrong but I think he makes the point that when you are putting out a press release every time you go to the bathroom and then you don't put one out for an intended reverse-split, you are acting in bad faith. And they did not announce the split on 12/4 they only informed the SEC. In fact, they NEVER announced the reverse split. He bought the stock after the SEC filing based on "good" press releases. He sold the stock after the split. If informing the SEC is all that is expected, then why put out any press releases at all? I think the point is that you cannot just announce the good, you also have to give the bad the same treatment. I think the better question is, why not announce the reverse split and stay above-board?
Anyway, Sharp is far too good at this and I would NEVER bet against him.
you are easily astonished
I don't see what the MYSTERY is. I said that a lawsuit was coming and it came. End of story.
Here's how you can tell this is a scam. A bunch of stock hits the bid and then they "paint the tape" by printing 100 shares at the offer so the last trade looks much higher. This is incredibly illegal.
Yeah but you have been and you follow it. Why?
Well then why would you be invested in it?
Has anybody asked the Company about this?
And don't be surprised if Sharp puts out a press release at some point today.
You know what. Skip the acknowledgment. Here's the website.

As soon as you acknowledge that I was speaking the truth, I will be glad to point you to his new website which shows the complaint.
OK. It is posted at the San Diego Court website.

You have to search on the party name.
Case Type: Civil
Case Location: San Diego
Business Name: Yasheng
Try Googling "george sharp" + "victory capital"
Well I can't attest to what has or hasn't been done but I can tell you that this is the first time I have actually heard that the lawsuit was filed. All I heard before was an intent. What I would be more worried about is if this guy actually has filed this lawsuit. George Sharp systematically destroyed Victory Capital once he sued them and they have never recovered. And all that was after he recovered about half a million dollars in damages for fraud. He has also sued a couple of other public companies with similar results.
If I knew I would tell you. But my source is pretty solid as he has done this before.
Well all I heard before was that it was about to be filed. I now hear that it has been filed. Do with it what you will. Do you think the company will announce it if there is a lawsuit?
Rumor has it...
that a lawsuit has been filed against YASH.
Me thinks that you're next Jon, 'er I mean TotalLoser.
I hear that Michael Osborn, the crook who formerly ran this POS before he gave it to the other crook, Jon Fullenkamp, has been arrested and is in jail on fraud charges courtesy of George Sharp who once swore that he would see both Osborn and Fullenkamp in jail. Took him a while but he finally made it with Osborn. I guess if I were Fullenkamp, I'd sleep with one eye open.
Maybe Mike Iorlano is a total loser but Jon Fullenkamp is a total thief, total embezzler and total fraud artist. It is a cinch that one day he will go to prison.
or a lie
Take your word for it? Well why didn't you say so? Then it must be a cinch!
So in other words, this is a pump and dump hyped up by a promoter who hopes that he can get all is stock sold to the street before the lawsuit for fraud is announced.
How many other stocks have you promoted?
Well all I know is that the guy who says he is suing has already informed Vortex that he is going to sue and by his reputation and record of judicial success, my money is on there actually being a lawsuit for fraud. I'm not sure if it has been filed yet but I am sure that at a minimum, it is coming.
Why would I keep an eye on a company that is getting sued for fraud?
Mike Iorlano may be stupid but he is not the criminal that Jon Fullenkamp is. And I'd rather do business with someone who is stupid than someone who is a criminal. A stupid person deserves to lose his money. A criminal deserves to go to jail. I can only hope that new management is truly going after Mr. Fullenkamp.
