I never said AMLH's debt is repaid, I said Debt gets repaid, debt is negotiated, debt is forgiven, debt is refinanced.

There is too much worry about the debt here. Everyone has debt, and just like any lender, their terms are rough if you don't pay.

Don't pay your student loans, they garnish your wages.
Don't pay your mortgage, they kick you out on the street.

Simple.

It's a startup, they take loans out, and they are also dealing with existing debt from the company they merged with.

I have a mortgage on my house, as long as it's paid back on their terms, they don't foreclose on me.

If you pay debt back within the terms, they aren't going to convert to shares. Simple stuff here.

4.5 Million in revs will pay that debt down in two weeks.

Debt is repaid, negotiated down to little or nothing, and or forgiven. Have worked with plenty of lenders before. No worries at all from me.
