PPS--okay to e-mail me at:
brigham.youngster@yahoo.com
I don't trade these penny stocks long or short, not my thing. Prefer big boy stocks like RIMM. One hell of a pump yesterday on the TSX.
SUSA-GRZG, same mailer entity.
David Lubin, counsel of record for GRZG. Not sure who the lawyer is for SUSA. Lubin did most of the S-1's on the Speckert p&d's (with Colin McCabe et al on the mailers).
Registrant for the on-line version of the mailers is Janie Thompson, Carnegie Marketing (Torrance, CA). AMOK et al.
Here's the on-line version:
http://www.windfallprophets.com
Run out of a Regus office in Bellevue, WA.
Tomorrow's a holiday. US casinos are closed.
SUSA is based in Alabama. Joe Borg hates p&d's. Please consider contacting his people.
Go Niners!
Terri Jones (former CFO) is unemployed as of last November and seeking new employment.
She'd be your best bet as a "flipper" on the others.
Still in Dallas.
Yes, this elaborate p&d scheme was reported to the SEC.
BLBK-PSON:
Last year there was a DealFlow story on BLBK. Counsel of record (Gottbetter) even gave up the money man behind the scene's name.
PSON? In on pump, PR today about new IR firm. Primary venue is with the Alberta Securities Commission who's almost as pro-active as the BCSC. Venue SEC wise on Smith is LA.
Have a great weekend one and all. It's options expiry and I have big boy stocks to concern myself with.
PSON spam hottie of the day courtesy of Tobin Smith!
Typo, Colin McCabe.
Roger Gaines? Anyone remember the other one?
Just like the photos Colib McCabe came up with for his 2 pretend promoter identities for Speckert. Probably so.
Abellan should tell his behind the scenes man to snag a photo of Manti Te'o's pretend girlfriend to use next.
I know Dobbs is a theatre type in the UK. Why he's involved (if he is) is beyond me other than you need a good actor to promote crap for Abellan. For sure the volume on TUE/WED on CGR was a "tell" to today's news. NYSE was 14 times normal yesterday but only 3.5 times normal on the TSX.
CGR is not involved, no shill job PR's on TUE or WED.
IIROC halt---Claude Resources
Abellan's boy, Dobbs, spammed it yesterday.
Crosslists on NYSE, CGR.
Hell if I know. Cyber boiler rooms?
Agreed and I found out (partially) why certain (can't name them) SEC offices are "ignoring" blatant p&d's with primary venue in their districts:
micro-cap p&d squad lawyers pulled off p&d patrol to work weak mortgage fraud cases against big banks with the SOL clock ticking
Marva Simpson (don't know her) is a good first choice contact for p&d issuers (promo jobs) who have already gotten letters from Corporation Finance. She's the go-between between CF and ENF.
Spam today?
More botnet spam on p&d pig USGT. A "new one" coming spam from Ciccarrelli and Nix which means CWNM is over. Failed to get the lift they wanted, despite all the wash trading and issuer issued PR's. Oh well...
Apple? Like AAPL?
Quite a few folks at the SEC already know what is going on with USGT. They can't comment, but they do know.
If there are serious investors out there who want to learn about graphite, I know of a real (producing) miner in Australia called Syrah Resources (SYR.AX). Not promoting it as it's been almost a 8 bagger in a year.
Good website, though. Good for novice investors who want to learn about the sector. This means not good for the daytrade flipper crowd.
Sam, try my guy DS at the BCSC if you don't feel like calling the SEC office in LA.
Someone already mentioned this in the comments section of the Seeking Alpha piece a few weeks ago (Ed's involvement).
I have it on good authority the LA SEC office is taking calls today from non conflicted parties so feel free to give them a buzz.
CGR--Dobb's spam (via iContact), no comp mentioned. Not sure if Abellan's involved, he may have fired Dobbs.
No PR's out of issuer yet. Listed on NYSE (wow).
CWMN---2nd spam (this morning) from Ciccarelli and Nix. Bragging about issuer's new PR (proves issuer's in on it). Comp is $25K from NYC based Equities Awareness Group (same group who paid off Ciccarelli and Nix on at least one other p&d, PZOO).
Nothing yet from Dobbs.
Have a great day one and all.
Should be, BYU alums do it better!
Looks like another front-load job by Ciccarelli and Nix. 2 day promo pump special.
Yep.
Also got a "tomorrow I have a new pick" spam from Elliott Dobbs.
Previous p&d's were SANP and PFNI (Francisco Abellan specials).
I can't wait.....
CWNM--1 spam, Ciccarelli and Nix.
Previous CEO a Ukranian who got 3 Corporation Finance letters. New CEO, Jeremiah Hand (yes that one).
IR man a shrink (doctor) in Toronto.
DD took 10 minutes. I think I will start a website. Got any long-short daytraders who want to market for me?
Just kidding....
Enjoy and stop the fighting over here.
Spam on ASUV and USGT:
Got a spam on ASUV today (old John Myers' recycled mailer).
Might (later on) have something on "Wilkerson Marketing" with a Tulsa/Broken Arrow, OK tie-in.
2 spams on USGT late last night.
Preet Bharara:
Gave an interview last night to Maria B. on CNBC. Some interesting take aways:
1. refused to discuss individual cases (smart move), though she pumped him on SAC Capital
2. was pretty humble when mentioning the SDNY collected $3 billion last year on a budget of only $50 million
3. talked about deterrence and case selection
4. talked about cyber-fraud (mostly hacking into bank accounts)
Nothing more.
Two other interesting developments this year (2013) in penny stock land:
1. promo issure MAXE issued a very late 8-K stating investors should not rely upon anything other than MAXE PR's and SEC filings (referring to all the promo crap which was out there last year)
2. SNPK will be changing its name/ticker symbol
On message boards:
1. everyone has an agenda (some more pure than others, IMO)
2. promoters (disclosed or undisclosed)
3. disgruntled former employees/investors
4. daytraders seeking to move an issuer one way or another
5. do gooders (like to think of myself as the latter)
I personally have no interest in penny stocks. Don't trade them long or short. Have become George Soros like in that I realize the majority of real victims in this sector didn't have the same opportunities in life I had (great education). I feel sorry for them for the most part. There's my agenda.
Am feeling a little (not much better) today. Amazing what almost 8 hours of sleep can do.
Wish everyone a happy and profitable Tuesday. A healthy one, too.
Correct, and there's an article about the merger in one of the local St. Pete/Tampa papers.
Peter Messineo news today:
1. merging with another auditor
2. quit off APS et al cartel mailer/spam issuers SVEN and AMWI
No new spam for me (just checked again) on FARE or USGT.
I figure Peter wanted to clean himself up a little so his new colleagues weren't the subject of regulatory attention.
He may have chunked a few other clients, too.
MG and JS:
1. total original comp on Carpenter mailer for BERX was a little over $1 million. First mailers showed up in early August of 2011.
2. no spam on FARE or USGT today in my spam box from any source
I know they know as I myself have notified them several times (to include right at the start of the spam).
Problem here is:
1. no major media coverage
2. venue in LA (SEC wise), not going to comment
3. not an in-progress for 6 years plus like SRGE is/was
SRGE suspended for many reasons despite much smaller market cap:
1. complaint from Kinross
2. coverage by 4 major media outlets (Bloomberg, Globe and Mail, Reuters, and Stockwatch.
3. boiler room past in UK
4. in progress for 6 yaers
Like it or not, the SEC can't/won't suspend every piece of crap out there. Have seen numerous $1 billion plus in market cap pieces of promo crap (past 5 years) NOT get suspended.
I will check to see what the total comp on the summer of 2011 promo was. I suspect given the current market cap, the most recent mailer might just be a "thanks for the biz from 1.5 years ago."
I remember a number close to $10.00 being his price target. I don't think it got past $2.50.
Haven't checked my spam mail today, might have the flu, not up to 100% at all.
Carpenter puts out pump mailers about every 2 months, many baggies fall for them.
One of his summer of 2011 ones (BERX) is dumping large today.
Apparently another mailer was sent out late last week but I don't know who the newsletter writer is/was.
Personally, the most effective way I have found with the spam and mailer pump crowd is:
1. try to find venue with the BCSC and/or ASC OR a good state regulator (like the Alabama Securities Commission), then prove venue and get a CTO or CDO.
2. find a money man behind the scenes the media has interest and get them to starting asking questions/writing about it.
3.send the spam to "counsel of record" copying the SEC (office which has venue where counsel of record does biz), with a "please get your client to tell his promoters to stop sending me this spam" request. Usually the counsel of record craps his pants and directs his client to issue a CYA 8-K denying they are behind the promo (a lie in many cases but then the SEC has a slamdunk 10-b violation).
Nice job picking up on the Cyprus angle and Dimitri Randal.
As far as the IHUB pumpers, I think everyone knows there's at least a 2 to 1 ratio of undisclosed paid pumpers to every disclosed IRP. Not sure posting on those message boards does anything. Look at how delusional the baggies are after a CTO or trading suspension is actually issued.
Some people (hate to say this) are born to be bagholders (victims, prey). Others are born to be abusers (predators). Sad but true.
For those of you who want to read about a possibly very corrupt state Attorney General, check out the stories about John Swallow (Utah):
http://www.sltrib.com
Shakedown of a Ponzi scammer stories FRI-SAT-SUN (and probably more today).
Axius, Inc (Neuhaus/Kaufmann):
The EDNY secured a guilty plea out of Kaufmann last week. Bloomberg wrote it up as did Kaja Whitehouse of the NY Post.
FBI sting operation
Scott Balber's Trump's lawyer:
sbalber@cooley.com
If you e-mail him, wait until Monday morning past 0900 EST otherwise he'll charge Trump 50% more than his usual per billable hour rate.
FARE--- the reason why spam stopped on it this week is "mission accomplished."
They did a Reg S offering, no need to pay for more pump it up services for a while.
As to the APS cabal, who knows. Might be some answers on Twitter. Abellan's boy, Elliott Dobbs, is promoting some of their stuff on his Twitter account.
If you know of any FARE bagholders, have them contact FARE's lawyer lad in Sacramento, CA:
Mark Lee
http://www.gtlaw.com
Poor kid, just getting started in the penny stock biz.
CHLO and FARE "true believers" might need a little consoling today if anyone's interested.
Not sure I can do that and actually feel sorry for them.
Kaja did do a nice job following that scam and was the subject of many nasty phone calls/e-mails from "true believers."
The SEC didn't botch this one up, though. I think there was a hand-off problem from the 1st prosecutor who worked on the criminal case to the 2nd one.
They'll learn to do that next time.
A few of these discount brokers have been burned in the past by letting their clients use margin on penny stocks, only to get them halted/suspended.
Then the margin call clerk has to take abuse from the clients when he/she sells out their legit investments.
Haven't checked the FARE board tonight. Are the baggies still "believers" over there or have they figured out the pump's over?
Massive crap today. Started around 3:00 PM.
Yep, spelled it wrong on purpose. Hillary's Harvard Law and might sue their scamming a--es for using her name in a p&d.
Any of the baggies on the FARE IHUB board wondering what prompted the 3:00 PM puke (aka sell-off)?
Maybe the E-Trade folks will finally get tired of this penny stock BS and tell their clients (aka baggies in waiting) NO more, find another brokerage firm.
I spent 15 minutes or so on there today. Sad sacks et al. Truly do feel sorry for a few of them as I believe they aren't just flippers who got caught being too greedy.
They remind me of the Spongies. I hope Mr. Handoo doesn't incur their wrath like the 4 SEC attorneys working the SPNG p&d case did. Nasty stuff went on there.
The last spam even mentioned Hillary Clinton.
Wish to hell those idiots learned it's spelled with 2 L's.
Have you noticed the absence (volume wise) of Wilson-Davis the past 3 weeks on the APS' cartel spam promo issuers?
Worse than the Spongetech believers? At least the worst one there was a Canadian.
