Eventually... is running out of time IMO. How long will they be allowed to writeoff lavish parties and business expenses to the state and federal governments before a losing business venture is shut down? Not sure on the guidlines there, but I am sure it isn't forever.
Just my thoughts.
-Matt
IMO... They aren't making money. If the revenues were substantial, the "business plan" would have already been put in place full steam ahead. Year after year of delays, IMO, shows that sales aren't what they expected or need to have a business that operates at the publicly traded level.
Of course this is speculation based on absolutely nothing other than the silence provided by the company.
-Matt
I think that there will be one last pump here and we can guess who will be selling into it before they close up shop. I can also guess who the new bagholders will be. Can't say the evidence wasn't clear and not put out there though!
IMO
-Matt
I think that they need to maintain registration with the NVSOS so our shares stay registered and can be traded. There may be other reasons as well.
-Matt
They have never been on time since I have been an investor. They renewed last years on June 11, 2012 of this year.
-Matt
October 1st... that means our annual countdown to the NVSOS expiring begins. 30 days to go. Will they renew it on time or let it expire?
My vote is option 2.
Eyemed want to start the contest up? LOL.
IMO
-Matt
Hmmm... I bet they aren't behind on rent on this one yet!! LOL
IMO
-Matt
That is correct. Something we can agree on! LOL
-Matt
"Material insider Information is information which would be likely to affect a stock's price once it becomes known to the public. Examples include a takeover, a divestiture, significant management changes, and new product introductions. This is also called material news. "
Hmmm... going private, going bankrupt, admitting to a substantial short position in the stock, bikinis aren't selling... etc etc. There is 0 information to go on so ANYTHING that is stated can have a HUGE effect on the PPS!!!
IMO
-Matt
Google... Investors Hub and SEC investigations and let me know what yah find...
I bet this gets deleted!
LOL
-Matt
Yah beat me to it!!! Zero disclosure in over a year. Anything that Evan, a company executive, would provide in regards to the current operating status of the business and potential direction of the company would lead to an "unfair" advantage to those receiving that information.
Now if Evan tells Gary that the sky is blue, the beach is busy in Miami, and the babes look good in Inca... well that would be OK to post as long as Evan provides pictures to back it up
IMO
-Matt
Considering the end of the quarter is coming up and if they indeed do plan on getting financials caught up, I wouldn't expect to hear anything from them until end of January 2013. If at all.
IMO
-Matt
Yup and when he posts anything he hears on this message board, it can be considered inside information and Inca should be investigated...
Put it in an official PR or WHO CARES!!
IMO
-Matt
Who would want to drink a beer with an ARROGANT, BIG HEADED, FOOL?
I'd raid the cooler and leave with all the beer and have you guys join me on Miami beach for our party that we are LONG over due for!!!
IMO
-Matt
GO IDGI!!!!!!!! Go Somewhere.....
Stock is still listed. Business reg is still good. Maybe something can happen here now that the court action is done!!
IMO
-Matt
PRICELESS!!!!
LOL you're defending Madoff? Biggest Scam artist there ever was. The returns that he was providing investors were substantially higher than the norm... wouldn't you be suspicious?
-Matt
The problem that I have with feeling any sympathy for these Madoff investors comes back to that old saying "If it seems to good to be true, IT PROBABLY IS".
Enough on that topic.
-Matt
LOL I was going to post that on here... maybe now we can get the ball rolling!! At least Madoff won't be an "excuse" any longer for delays!!
IMO
-Matt
LOL... yah and Unicorns exist and our Inca models ride them to work daily... Get real. NSS here, not a chance. That type of rumor is as damaging as going private or being delisted!
IMO
-Matt
Same hold true for the optimists and deciding to sell as fast as they can...
IMO
-Matt
Based on the current business model, I believe the PPS is accurate. Now if they decide to change the focus on the business/public entity side of the company by hiring someone to actually run this thing like a presentable ticker, I think .01-.02 is reasonable based on the current share structure.
IMO
-Matt
Based on the current PPS... the sky has already fallen. I feel more like we are in disaster survival mode at this point.
In the end... who knows what will come of this. I would LOVE to be proven wrong and have 1000 PM's saying "I TOLD YOU SO"
LOL
IMO
-Matt
Show me something to be optimistic about Craig? I can certainly go through the pessimistic list again if you need a reminder?
IMO
-Matt
Agreed! For all we know, they are designing a line every year, product gets shipped and then remaining inventory sits and collects dust and becomes a sweat rag at Evan's gym.
Revenues - Expenses = ???? STILL LOSING MONEY
IMO
-Matt
Our gradual decline towards the .000's. Unavoidable based on the current state of this stinky pinky. WHERE ARE YOU MANAGEMENT!!!
IMO
-Matt
Yup... still stuck in the past. I can try to predict the future though and I see that you will be one of the new BAGHOLDERS!!
Lay off the old posts already and focus comments on the company, oh wait there is NADA to talk about concerning the company.
THANKS!
IMO
-Matt
Oh I agree. The share structure would have to change significantly to get above a $1.00 PPS. Probably a 1000 to 1 or 10000 to 1 RS at a minimum.
IMO
-Matt
As much as I want to believe that theory, its been posted on here thousands of times over. Even when we get financials, they fall behind within 6 months and off the radar totally. IMO, they don't have the skillset to manage a pubicly traded company and need to hire someone to do it!! Let them do what they do best, make swimware and wine and dine.
IMO
-Matt
LOL. Minus another $1.32 based on the failure on managements part to treat this like a publicly traded company. There are many more negative factors here than there were years ago.
IMO
-Matt
You really like bringing up all those old posts that have absolutely no merit in regards to the company today. Share structure was 30% less at that time. They had an opportunity to move the company in the right direction years ago, but have yet to prove to anyone that they can obtain/maintain revenues to support anything close to even .02 a share.
Whatever!
-Matt
I have had about 4 get shut down over the past year. It's the end of the stinky pinky world and all Inca has for defense is a few magazine articles. Oh yah and that nice STOP SIGN or wait is that fuel for the SEC's fire!?.
I think that we are in big trouble! IMO
-Matt
Inca certainly falls under that last statement perfectly... Imagine the moaning and groaning on this board if that was to happen. LOL
IMO
-Matt
Good Morning to you. Maybe today is our day!
IMO
-Matt
LOL now that is a statement everyone on here can laugh to
-Matt
Yah pull a post from 3 years ago before the true colors of this company came to light... I was a sucker then along with most longs on this board. Actually most are gone now. If I could change buying this thing, I NEVER would have touched it along with so many fellow investors. Pretty sure quite a few people on here would do the same!
LOL
IMO
-Matt
Well... Unless that house is a money pit, or that car is a lemon, or those Inca Shares are a MAJOR disappointment. All of which would cause the owner to have a bad taste for his investment and possibly take it to the point of hatred. At least with the house and car, the owner has control over fixing the problems or at worst case scenario some sucker would end up buying it eventually... now for Inca, some here CANNOT sell period. Stuck in an investment and pissed off that nothing can be done about it sometimes will yield responses that are negative.
IMO
-Matt
The only thing you have to base your theory on is a bunch of hearsay from this board and a few magazine articles...
now if we look at the actual FACTS... No PR's, No Financials, Pitiful Revenues numbers from past released financials, zero communication from the company, constantly missed deadlines, and a website that a 2 year old could have designed... based on those FACTS, the negative posters theory sure seems to hold up!!!
IMO
