I'd guess the same since there's been no ruling on the $4bn nor taxes. I think the following Monday will do more for the stock.

WMI reorganization plan due (end of exclusive period) (Del)
Thanks - I did eventually get my fill, but it was at 18.82 rather than 18.85. Not that I'm complaining... but it was weird that my bid offer was higher than the print.. and 18.85 never printed.
Bid is still printing 18.82, yet I have a purchase limit in at 18.85. Sup with that?
So far so good. I'm sitting on a decent block of ONT.
Thanks again BTW for the NEPH sell call a week or two ago. Got out at 1.48.. look at her now. Yeow.
I think tomorrow is the wrong time to get in to INTC. Probably gonna be a good amount of people selling the pop. I wouldn't pay anything over 17 bucks, and I certainly wouldn't put everything in it.
Disagree. It's been made pretty clear for a while that they'll be issuing all-new shares in 3 - 6 months from exiting BK for a while now.. and that the old shares were pretty much dead. Honestly I don't know why they didn't halt trading on those a lot earlier... This was way more transparent than eg General Growth or WaMu where there's still ongoing litigation and much less clarity on where things are going.
Lenny Dykstra suing JPM. Lost $30+ mln on WaMu. Called it fraud on CNBC just a few minutes ago.
$heff, with NEPH down to pre-release levels, is this a decent level to get back in with anticipation of future approvals, or do you still think there are better places to put your money right now?
Yeah. Commercial RE is one of those sectors where its been hit so bad that when it comes back, it'll have a strong, deep bounce. Especially MPG which got hit so bad due to its top-of-market purchases. Once it's clear they're safe from BK, watch out. And if these guys go BK, I'm definitely scooping up shares while the fear is max'd out
MPG - I got out of the rest of mine around 1.07. (Heh, right before it briefly popped to 1.60.. ah well.) Anyway though, thinking about getting back in closer to their earnings release which is apparently going to be the first week of Aug.
Thanks for NEPH, $heff! Just bagged a stack!

ONT is moving again. Added more at .46
ONT - Thanks for the heads up. Gonna have to check it out. ONT honestly has developed a pretty good base around .40-.42, and I still have a .3875 cost basis on my remaining shares, so I've been happy till now. I might have to flip half like I did when it shot up around .60 and bought back at .4299.
Definitely like the stock.
FTK/WNR: I don't know how well the market would absorb much more financing in FTK. Look at WNR and VLO. Not too pretty, and they're also in the energy sector, specifically gasoline refining. FTK is a bit more geared toward natgas, which also hasn't been having the best of times.
Maybe a great entry point, or a place to double down. That news makes me consider pearing down my FTK or moving that money into WNR, which has fallen a point since I started my position. (I'm glad I held off on adding to the position until now, but I still like the stock's potential.)
ONT had a great day today. Broke out on volume.
That's one expensive suitcase.

(FTK) Flotek's aunt ruby must be in town this week, because it's just seeing red.
ROFL, awesome. Sounds like some good stuff. I remember the show itself, but I only recall seeing a smattering of reruns. I'll have to put a few discs in my Netflix queue. Either way, that picture always makes me smile. Reminds me of me and some friends watching WAMPQ rocket up from 7 to 30, or WU on days when the rally monkey has made an appearance :)
Hey hotdog, random question, what movie's that picture in your signature from?
NEPH: I'm still in from 1.22.
It must've been. That was one DEEP, rapid plunge, and an equally rapid recovery.
Um, not just for you. Sucks for all of us with NEPH.
NEPH: Holy crap.
Hah, damn. Nice.
LOL. MPG up 24%. FML.
LOL, your order was 33% of the total daily volume.
NEPH - Followed you in. Held off on adding to my WNR just yet.
Yep yep. Waiting for the first sign of it misbehaving so I can sell it and add to my WNR position.. but it's just been slowly riding up.
Yeah, I recommend AGAINST using, literally a sell stop order, for the reason you mention Doc because the order goes straight to the MM's book.
You should set up a conditional order based on the price, and then do a sell limit or sell stop at that price. The condition is monitored at your brokerage firm and is only sent to the MM once the condition is hit.
Econ Data: Jobloss Claims: Positive, Retail Sales: Par.
Yes sir - looking very good
WNR - Short squeeze candidate too: 8.8 days to cover. (over 13% short as of 5/31.)
Today I bought my starter with the sale of my AAPL, PALM and GLD puts. Going to liquidate some of my MPG like I talked about the other night tomorrow because I'm feeling good about this one, and it's in a much better sector than MPG.
WNR - Holy crap, keeps getting better and better. Yes, the notes are part of the reason they dropped a lot. I'm very glad to see they personally picked up a good amount of those themselves.
I think I might be buying more tomorrow. :)
WNR - Wow! This is excellent! $2.5m in a day.
Great trade! I am amazed you added more at .018. At that point I would've been down to 25% of my original position, scaling off 50% at a double, and another 25 at a triple.
Anyway though my game with true pinkies (not the usual Q's) is just to be REALLY cautious and to just assume I'm going to get diluted, bagged, raped, killed, etc, and that if I walk out with more than nothing, I'm OK.
When you win in a pink, it's just a thing of beauty.. but god forbid I ever get wrapped up chasing pinkies and getting balls-deep into any single one.
