Sorry, didn't know you were joking. Sarcasm is sometimes hard to read on here. :)
Well until we see the updated Float from the company beyond this, we will not really know.
Current Common Structure
---------------------------------
Authorized: 1,500,000,000
Outstanding: 1,258,051,457
Float: 887,423,064
As of February 11, 2010
Reasons:
Weren't the shares they gave RJ are restricted? There is no way he can dump them out onto the market so soon. That is pretty obvious based on all the other postings that shares received in the merger/acquisition would be preferred IIRC which would be restricted.
As for DME, you will have to point me to the PR that stated they got shares in exchange for representing SDVI. If you cannot point out a PR that states that, then I stand by my statement from earlier.
Doubt it, and it's "their".
Correction: 11.5 Million in volume and the price doesn't move even .0001. IMO, they are quietly buying back shares.
:)
Interesting thought. I am of the mindset that positive things will begin happening in the next 1-2 months. I bet we see an audit and uplist by sometime 1st-2nd quarter of next year.
IMO, the company is "slowly" buying shares back to increase the PPS....in MY opinion. I have no evidence to support this, only a lack of substantive press information coupled with low volumes and low PPS...it's the perfect storm to accumulate under the radar, plus it slowly gets rid of the riff raff day trading flippers. :)
EA, we are purchasing EA. :) (jokingly)
Appreciate the insight! :)
I have my shares out there for $1.00, so if I am understanding you correctly that would mean that they cannot borrow mine to cover their short positions.
Dude you are a genius and way beyond my intellect on MM understanding...the question I have is does NITE just have some computer software that plays these games all day long with the price and shorting, or are there several people doing this manually?
+1 to that. I am thinking of adding another 1MIL if we hit trip zzz's.
Why raise the A/S and O/S if you are going to do a buyback as you suggest as one of your possibilities? Seems the two are opposing to each other.
Or was it a plan to raise the A/S to get the price to drop to the levels we are seeing to attempt a buyback?
Very interesting things to consider, and no I have no evidence supporting either...this is just pure speculation and "WHAT IFs".
.0010-.0013...good for you guys!
+1 to that.
I maybe check in on this board every other day or every 2-3 days depending on my motivation. I am holding strong and not selling and just waiting for some decent events to come along over the next 9-18 months.
I figure that is generous enough. If things continue at this snails pace, or they just go belly up so be it...I will be OUT. I have been around since 2007, and I have been more than generous with my time, money and patience.
Other than that, you will go mad watching the market rip at this thing.
Abondance is gone on VACATION. He hasn't posted anything since 6/29. Been gone a long time like me... :)
Ok, I haven't been following things for a few days because I have been on vacation, but I ran across this post from Yahoo's board for Signature Devices. Have any of you talked about this, or can any of you confirm this?
From July 2, 10:02am post SKG1DAY -
Here is the excerpts from a recent response from Mr. Kenneth Hurley against a bunch of rough and tough queries related to Mr. Hurley’s actions and the overall developments in Signature Devices Inc. I won’t give the full email response in its entirety here as there is response to comments that is not for posting in public forum.

1. There is only one way to combat the market makers with the stock and that is with a buy-back. We will institute it when we can, which we are hoping will be soon. You should stop watching the stock price (for now) as you only lose money when you sell. I've bought the company stock over the past 2 years and continue to buy it when I can as I have complete faith in the direction of SDVI.
2. As for us controlling the stock price, I suggest you read this: Here's what they are doing. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/rea... read the part about "Market Maker Speaks Out: Ways of a Market Maker"
3. There are reasons for not doing the financials at this time and they will be revealed soon enough and (….when I reveal the master plan) you will then be changing your tone and think I'm a Genius.

Thoughts or comments???
Would love to see .25c
:)
I am not sure how well the market would respond to a PINKY doing that for an UPLIST. I don't see a reason to considering the financial backing they have from Yamani for 300 Million and the game sales.
A buyback has always been the talked about as the DEFACTO standard with Ken based on the following:
1. History of buyback on the books.
2. Ken's re-assurance about maintaining "shareholder value".
That's why I brought it up in relation and regards to the quick PRs which raise PPS and then the quick drop off again. A Reverse Split is completely contrary to Ken's track record and his verbal commitment to shareholder value and would completely ruin any credibility he has and "in my opinion" DEVASTATE the PPS.
I can assure you that if a R/S were to happen, I would be the first one to DUMP my shares and head for the hills as would many others on here. It would destroy the PPS plain and simple and this company would be a wreck IMO.
Just because they expanded the A/S doesn't mean we have evidence that they have given them out. If you are seeing something different that shows those 500 Million as being given out...please do share!
Hey Zambono, next time put IMO or "it is my opinion" in your message. You said earlier -
"There is no buyback going on right now, and considering they just gave out 500m shares there probably won't be a buyback any time soon."
The leaves people with the impression you are stating a FACT or it's gospel.
L2s are really interesting the way they are stacked. I have not seen that many Market Makers in the mix since I have been around since Jan. 2007. On the SELL side they are 7 deep -
.0016-NITE
.0018-DOMS
.0021-UBSS
.0024-ETMM
.0025-MAXM
.0025-LAFC
.0035-HDSN
Usually I see the sells stacked 3-4 deep pretty close together, but to see 7 of them...I haven't seen that before especially stacked the way they are. They are currently 3 buys for every sell...
The only thing I can figure that makes sense to me is -
1. They trickle out the PRs so they have a quick sting and let people know the company is still alive and active.
2. The quick sting of the PR wears off thereby bringing the PPS down by a perceived lack of activity by the company.
3. With the PPS staying at the levels it currently is, it gives the long term opportunity for the company to secretly buyback shares from the impatient public holders like us.
Correct me if I am wrong, but they can keep share buyback secret as they are doing it and don't have to publicly announce things...although the A/S and O/S would eventually reflect this once those numbers are released which would be a dead giveaway.
This is my OPINION, but seems to make the most sense to me based on the pattern of trading, PPS, and prior PRs about audited financials and eventual uplisting.
IMO
It will be a couple weeks before anything else comes out.
I wonder if they are withholding the numbers due to an eventual uplist? Is that a possibility? Just trying not to be such a "BARNEY" and trying to look at the overall bigger picture.
Baseball it was not a joke. I found the answer anyway...
NM, looks like I found the answer -
For example, the United States government fiscal year for 2010 ("FY 2010" or "FY10") is as follows:
* 1st Quarter: October 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009
* 2nd Quarter: January 1, 2010 - March 31, 2010
* 3rd Quarter: April 1, 2010 - June 30, 2010
* 4th Quarter: July 1, 2010 - September 30, 2010
BTW, when are 1st quarter numbers typically out?
Based on the fact that Horrible Histories has sold 20 Million copies since 1993 that's roughly 1.5 million copies of Horrible Histories that have sold over the last 17 years. :)
That's a successful product in my mind.
Buy to Sell ratio is 6:1 right now.
Could see a little trend up today??? There is way more BUYING than selling going on. Unless this is MM manipulation...
LOL, are the market makers selling shares to themselves, is there a short squeeze going on...there is 1.8Million in buys and ONLY 1,000 in sells, or am I reading something wrong???

170 Boardmarks...very nice!
I think any number of people on here would love to see .10c or more...bring it on! I think this is highly probably as I have stated in the past with good PR campaigns, good Reader Rabbit sales and releases, and an uplist to OTCBB with audited financials.
In the long run, the stock is really ONLY worth what other people are willing to pay for it! It doesn't matter if it's worth .10c, .50c or more on paper if their is no support for that price for people to sell large stakes in it.
Yeah, I think you forgot several decimal places in your price...it's more like .0095 or .01 in a couple months but not $95-100.00 LMAO. If that ain't a pump...I don't know what is.
Polaris, thanks for the SHORT info...it's much appreciated!
What has the SHORT INTEREST been the last 5 days?
Yep, I am aware of that because I have a Scottrade and Zecco account, but I thought one of the other BIG traders had restrictions on it.
Must be TDAmeritrade.
