LOL,
Yeah the shear amount if money thrown at this and the accumulated losses is a total joke.
Also shareholder equity at EOQ is negative. NASDAQ listing requires $2.50 million.
The 10Q doesn't even mention NASDAQ deficiency. They have the recent $3.6 million raise in the statement of cash flows so ........ Time is up.
They haven't achieved compliance. Sooooooooooooo ..... Nov 20 was the extension date ....... so they need probably at least $4 million raise by next week or be delisted. CLOWNSHOW.
ZivoLife. $11800 in revenue for the qtr. At $100 a pop. 118 "orders". Frankly that is laughable. 1 order a day ... or roughly 40 people ordering it monthly. SMH. ZWorldwide crushing it and buying all the supply eh ? Is the supply really that small ? What a joke !
Amigo Mike
CWard,
Why December 11th (of which year) ? Why not Jan 11, 2024 ?
That was my point. How long are shareholders supposed to wait ?
Amigo Mike
LOL Slojab,
Better update but ..... same stuff really.
"financial details" ..... in essence this update isn't far off from others .... WHEN resolution component is always missing. That is the problem with the clowns ... "when" is never offered.
So does one wait another 2 months for an update ? Lawrence didn't say that we'd have the best holidays ever and our fuel terminal would soon be here ?
Also didn't like >>>>unfulfilled promises by other parties, <<<<< it is your job to handle it and not make excuses. But again point to the facts .... ECSL can't do it on it's own. I heard that somewhere before.
Nice to see a pop in the stock but that will deflate if there is no follow up in the very short term as you stated. Remember ... "no more updates" .... PR on closing only ? LOL .... wrong again.
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Agree. If ECSL had the money to close it would be done already.
I've stated from the beginning that this deal doesn't happen until other people come to the table to make it happen. It is simple fact. I'm not sure why some don't get it. So Mark Twain it is.
It is borrow money or raise it .... or get a partner in it .... whatever. The money isn't going to appear out of thin air. Someone has to provide it. There are tons of pro business companies out there that lend/finance "start ups" and companies not all that different from ECSL. Rates will be high but there are many options. How many options ECSL explored ? Amazing that ECSL hasn't been able to find one when supposedly it has deals lined up to get things moving right away.
IR still spouting waiting on a wire ..... frankly ... that's BS as well and stupid to tell people for weeks. The original story from IR couple weeks ago was hilarious and IMO total BS. A wire is 15 minutes and bank posting cycle time. Not weeks. Which only means the funding isn't in place. Which is what IR should be telling people.
And these clowns STILL haven't told investors exactly what they are buying and for HOW MUCH ? The only thing offered publicly has been the $30 million lend in the disclosures. But that also didn't offer what the $30 million is specifically for.
Stock price speaks volumes.
Guess it didn't close this week .... again ... eh ? LOL Ooops ....
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Mark Twain approach works best.
Robertson still touting ... waiting on the wire ?? Hilarious. And sad.
Amigo Mike
It .... smells .... to me like getting the boot from NASDAQ.
Just a thought but I would think mgmt wouldn't have done reverse if that were true. But little if anything makes sense in ZIVOland.
Amigo Mike
Welp.
I dunno for sure but Mags and Payne have put their money where their mouth is thus far. They may be prohibited from buying right now ... for example ... qtrly report is due // and Nasdaq compliance is still a question. Pretty sure they are prohibited at the moment.
Amigo Mike
Well,
You made it to your $1.50 - $1.75 target area with a $1.74 print today. Looks to get some buying support on that drop ..... the question is whether that is the end of the decline or not.
The market cap is hilarious. Is it less than the raise from Armistice capital now ... literally a few weeks ago ?
Is it lotto time ?
Next source of fun will be the SEC filings due now of the F3Q .... are they are aren't they compliant with the Nasdaq regs ??? No additional raise thus far and it's time to file.
Someone monitoring that chicken test ??? Looks like all or nothing at this point.
Amigo Mike
Yeah,
It is housekeeping for stuff thats already happened. Of course the market dont know any better.
More FUD from mgmt. Al that stuff was unregistered but as I understand it could still have been sold after the waiting period. Either way, it all looks bad to Mr Market.
I'm assuming there is some work with Nasdaq going on .... filings due shortly. Cleaning up to potentially show compliance .... and/or a raise happening again shortly. Or maybe even a sale of the company. LOL .... $100 million is like what $60 per share ? LOL.
No guesses on the bottom ?
Amigo Mike
So,
Where's the bottom on this fleabag ladies and gents ?
Curious what folks are thinking in that regard.
I guess we are inside 2 months from hearing result on latest chicken test. A positive result and a WHAT"S NEXT and WHEN PR from ZIVO could send the stock northward.
Amigo Mike
What support are you looking for ?
Roadshows ? Results ? Execution on multiple fronts ? More project updates ? Insider buying ?
Whatchya looking for ?
The simplest thing I wold Dahl over the years was running project updates on the website and continuing to show progress on intiatives. That happened a tiny bit but again ... fell away most of time cause ZIVO either not doing anything or waiting on stuff.
ZIVO mgmt regardless of who, hasn't had investors in mushroom state since Dahl began. And most PRs since have been wishy washy (no timelines) or straight matter of fact ... like a patent PR. So communication has been trash for over a decade. Some of that is the simple result of not getting anything done. Another reason why Dahl should have been kicked years ago instead of just last year. Something like the ramp of algae production ..... mgmt touting it's all known tech and easily done ... yet gonna take 2 years for Alimenta to ramp ..... when at the same time mgmt sez they have a market for the product and Z worldwide taking everything for next 18 months. Well if you can't produce .... you loose your market and someone else fills the space. So Zworldwide gets it all .... no deals for anything else. CEO's job is to make it happen. Well IMO, in the algae space, it is commercialized but waiting 2 years to ramp in my book is ridiculous ..... and a FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS FOR THE PRODUCT .... item.
Amigo Mike
Yeah ,
Down 30 cents today. Mgmt should be making phone calls. Obviously that isn't happening.
Amigo Mike
So TKS,
Lemme get it straight. You are calling ECSL phone number and Lawrence answers .... and says any info .... call Bill Robertson ?
LOL. Wouldn't shock me ... just checking to see if I understand your notes correctly.
Amigo Mike
Definitely a shit show for sure.
I've always told Dahl the stock price requires attention. Even though publicly they can't really comment on it's movement, THERE ARE WAYS TO SUPPORT YOUR STOCK PRICE. Investor sentiment .... for a stock like this .... is literally .... THE BIGGEST FACTOR right now. Payne communcation to investors has been absolute minimum and frankly ... lacking when it happens.
So who's bullish on ZIVO and buying the stock here ? Who is talking about it and it's prospects for the next 6-12 months ?? Are there ANY positive vibes flowing from ANYWHERE ?
The answer is basically no. Negative sentiment, no clear vision into the future and silly stuff like taking 2 years to ramp your only commercial stage product at this point is the reason this stock continues to decline ..... so at this pace .. what .... back to below $1 in a couple weeks ? Before the chicken trial even ends ? LOL.
Admittedly, this company should be close to breaking through on chickens but no one is buying it. I'm guessing institutions continue to unload. Next filings should be in about a week or so so well see what institutions are doing of late.
Anyway ... send a thanks to mgmt for this.
Amigo Mike
YAY,
Chicken study PR. Asked for and received. Industry spend on it only $1.5 billion so that is partly why there's no great reaction to it. If ZIVO capture 10% of market .... it is still $150 million in potential revenues. Not bad. With partner though that number surely goes down more. But nonetheless ...... the test should be over beginning of December and results by end of year. I assume the test started the week of the 18th but they didn't say specifically in the PR.
Anyway a successful test is a springboard to other things. ZIVO's cash issue can disappear in a flash via big pharma petty cash license/partnership arrangement. Who gonna produce it and all is also a factor.
Gwinner I assume you are talking about a buyout ..... if successful with chickens it is only tip of iceberg. ZIVO valuation would have to include potential verticals ... although not proven ..... would need some consideration.
Anyway, hoping this time they don't F it up for once. If you have to park an MD on the doorstep of the trial venue and watch every damn detail like a hawk ... then do it. There can't be any excuses this time.
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Are ya enjoying the continued train of BS in ECSL fantasyland ?
For all the ..... we know more than you ..... yet offer zippo ...... deal still isn't announced as being closed. The positive {{{{{vibes}}}}} are surely working well.
Amigo Mike
Quite honestly,
It's been straight down for ZIVO since late February. Other than commercial launch of ZIVOlife which I said was a nothingburger at the time ...... it has continued straight down. So continuing trend helped by lack of communication.
Amigo Mike
Well in fairness,
There's always been a plan. Just clueless mgmt that could execute on it and nothing but excuse after excuse. Sometimes money. Sometime CRO fault. etc etc etc. The algae has been grown for YEARS AND YEARS ... yet only this July did it reach a limited commercial stage. Literally a dozen years since Dahl took over. To dry algae and package it. I realize its a bit more than that but ...... this should have happened YEARS AND YEARS ago.
In fairness, Payne said focus on chickens .... so here we are focused on chickens. Someone blew up the first round of tests that should have already led to a license. Is that ZIVO's fault ? I can't say that I know enough one way or another ... but either way .... still waiting on chickens. But hey the final 42 day study supposed to start now .... and assuming it does ... AND ZIVO SHOULD PR IT AS IT IS A PIVOTAL EVENT ...... and articulate to the markets its IMPORTANCE AND WHAT IT LEADS TO FOR THE COMPANY ....... that put the end of the study at the end of November. Someone damn sure better be monitoring the disease component properly. And they should already have a plan in place for timing to receive the data and plan to dissect and report it. There is no excuse to not expedite the evaluation of the results and deliver to shareholders. But I'm sure that holiday gremlins will prevent expeditious results (if mgmt allows it).
Amigo Mike
Saw that yesterday on another ticker that did an RS.
Basically all day ... 1 share trades with a few normal trades sprinkled in.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
Interesting search and yes ..... would have expected the Dahl legacy excuses due to covid to pop up in a search.
It is certainly an angle that we have discussed on this board previous. At this juncture, I don't know how ZIVO could make any claims in that regard as they've done nothing to exploit it that we know of. I don't think I mentioned it but ZIVOLife website has a testimonial on that particular topic.
Since GRAS declared would seem to me to be easy study that could be put together and monitored by a CRO to explore the possibilities. But of course these clowns have no money to branch out. I have long been of the opinion the clowns should have done a few comparative studies on glucosamine. So much lost time and opportunity. Sports recovery. Immune response for just about anything. Inflammation .... arthritis, etc etc etc. Easy studies. Some are simple blood tests. Have GRAS for almost 5 years now. And we have what ?
Anecdotal but I won't mention any names but I'm 99% sure there are some current and former users of ZIVO algae based products that would swear to basically not having a cold or flu for years while taking the products. Anecdotal of course .... but ..... plenty of opportunity. Clueless mgmt.
I still marvel at it going to take Alimenta 2 years to ramp known grow tech.
Amigo Mike
Listened to the presentation,
Not impressed by Payne's delivery of the information. Marchiando IMO did a better job of explaining and filling in some details. Updated presentation not really much different than previous. Was looking for some nuggets.
Looks like 42 day chicken test maybe starts end of next week. Sounded like still talking to major animal pharma. Elanco named specifically as the drugmaker with the "standard of care" drugs in the marketplace today. Everyone looking for non antibiotic solution. No kidding.
No explanation of scale up of algae other than to say it's all known technology and scale.. LOL ok so why gonna take 2 years ? Sold out and orders in hand ..... and ? Orders disappear if can't be reliably delivered.
Didn't hear anything like what Gwinner seemed to be thinking was going to happen. Same old same old in my book.
Amigo Mike
Gwinner,
While I'd like to think you are on the right track ..... IMO ..... there's no production to support more than Zivolife at this point on the algae front. GRAS in May. Zivolife launch in July. All the production goes to Zivolife for 18 months. So what is Zivo going to be selling to someone else ? PR sez Alimenta expansion for mid to late .... 2025. Not 2024 ... which I think is ridiculous but snails pace is the Zivo way.
Really ?
What makes you say that ? And by "algae" .... you mean what ?
I expect silence except for a potential raise , Nasdaq issue , chicken results. Could be patents .... which I think are still pending for new class of drugs possibly.
I don't think chickens are anytime soon.
Algae production is 100% committed to ZIVOLife.
Amigo Mike
I'm not sure what the mystery is but the company just filed a blank S-1. I mean there is just about nothing more uncertain than filing a registration statement for an unknown amount when your cash position is minimal and under listing pressure after just doing a bottom of the barrel raise with double candy. IDIOTIC if you ask me.
Is it really any wonder the stock tanks thereafter ? And insiders are likely to be restricted in front of an event.
Amigo Mike
Oh really .... the $2 ... is for ECSL .... and happens this week eh ??
Wonder how that's gonna happen when the "experts" are selling the stock .... ya know .... buy low ... sell high .... holy roller. And given that no one cares about this stock except a few ...... who gonna buy it up to $2 ? Oh that's right ya don't sell on news. NDA buyers ..... LOLOLOLOL. Right .... however I'm pretty sure there are dozens that can't wait to sell ECSL.
I'd sure like to see the $2 mark this week for sure. But I'll be very surprised if it happens on closing the Lorton deal regardless of which week it might happen. Personally I don't expect that will be the case but would like to be pleasantly surprised by ECSL for once. I expect stock price driven up more by news of partners, sales of parcels, new CEO, new ticker, terminal contracts both to build, operate and use, state and local support via tax credits etc .... did I mention new CEO etc etc etc. Still blows me away that ECSL hasn't been adding new BoD members that have industry knowledge and can open doors and provide guidance and even other financing options. Ya know, not only that but in prep for Nasdaq uplisting ... LOL .... soooooonnnnn .... LOL.
Amigo Mike
Fun,
"What"
Gwinner,
Nasdaq will send deficiency notice if the company trades below $1 for 30 days.
Pretty sure it has to get about $1 and trade above $1 for the 30 days as well.
Amigo Mike
Slojab,
Are you enjoying this week's edition of ECSL fantasyland follies ???
A number of priceless gems this week but I especially like this quip
LOL,
Yeah ... it'll look great for Dawson James presentation when they show the balance sheet ...... and the investors go look at the chart.
Hilarious !
Still wondering if an offering is coming shortly. Brilliant to do it for less than $1 at this point.
Like I said this can still be a big winner still .... but damn ..... it's been a ridiculous journey. Everything just defies any logic.
Amigo Mike
I think the stock has been experiencing institutional selling for quite some time and as the price nears $1 ..... I'm gonna guess some institutions are going to have a problem with that ... the S1 ..... the lack of information ...... lack of execution.
This story can still win big, but in the interim ...... it is just pure hell to understand and to own. Nothing they have done for years makes sense. And while I understand it all takes money ...... under Dahl, TENS OF MILLIONS were spent with no outcome. When growing algae is not a new concept. Formulating into an ingredient is nothing new. Granted tests on it necessary. But ...... it is nutz to consider how much has been blown and where they are.
Also what happened to the synthesized version ? Supposed to have ID'd the molecule. There isn't a reason in the world the company can't be working that angle as well.
Under the $1 level which is going to trigger more Nasdaq notices and more investor uncertainty ..... which feeds on itself ..... resulting in more downside.
Amigo Mike
Yup,
Basically mgmt of ZIVO has never cared to do anything to keep investors informed, improve goodwill and sentiment and literally doesn't get things done. Sure there has been some positives under Payne ... no doubt ... but frankly not enough. And pretty much doing everything correctly to help drive the price into the ground. Smart when it is your only currency.
I'll have to assess the action here to determine my next step.
Amigo Mike
Weazel,
Par for the course. Clearly my error for dipping toe in the water. I like $1 but ... this clownshow will remain silent til mid November IMO. By then could be 50 cents.
Amigo Mike
Gwinner,
A license for what ?
Amigo Mike
Tis why I thought the S-3 raise was going to be enough to support the equity requirement.
Are they or aren't they ? Just par for the clownshow to leave investors uncertain. Again and again and again. No surprise stock is at all time lows.
I'm still not sure I follow the S-3 raise. Cause that's well under water and additional funding at the prior prices wouldn't be smart. But we'll see.
I'm sure sales of Zivolife are cranking !! LOL. Was waiting on Gwinner estimate.
Incidentally testimonials now starting to show on the website. Good to see an old friend benefitting from it.
Amigo Mike
LOL,
That is funny. BLANK. Kinda like ... oops ... we forgot ? Total ineptitude ??
Ya just can't make this stuff up.
Curious how a registration statement for ... nothing .... becomes effective.
Amigo Mike
Gwinner,
Given that ZIVO has provided investors with a significant amount of information on it's first commercialization effort, what's your estimate on the revenues generated for the just completed F3Q ?
ZIVO doesn't seem intent on speeding up the release of quarterly fins .... last 2 qtrs were released the last possible week. So if ZIVO maintains that course then we won't see the numbers til mid November. Maybe file a little early for Nasdaq review. But don't expect to see them for at least a month. And basically expect ZIVO to say nothing the next couple months. Smart move on their part as usual.
But hey Dawson James next week ..... RAH RAH. Let's see what the latest company presentation sez eh ? Assume should be updated and posted soon.
Amigo Mike
Dangriff,
Who said a new lender is involved presently in closing the Lorton deal? I didn't. There are other options. That's why I said ECSL has failed to communicate material information to investors.
And yes ECSL blaming lender for dragging feet to close the deal so as you can see in the filing, they are pending closing via other financing arrangements and ECSL is cancelling the shares the lender would have gotten to close.
I can't tell you how many times I have been asked if I thought Lorton would cut and run from this deal. First I understand there is a definitive agreement in place. Don't know the terms .... cause ECSL has failed to provide them ...... but surely should be penalties if deal fails. Second I rarely agree with the shady one but 4 million shares of ECSL plus the cash to close ..... on the Lorton deal ONLY ..... has opportunity to return much more .... than were another buyer to come in and offer cash. And Lorton wouldn't get 4 million shares of a major petroleum company. They wouldn't get anything but petty cash. While I don't agree with the shady one that ECSL will run off to untold heights .... I do believe as most everyone here and owning the stock ...... that ECSL stock should increase in value post closing and closing agreements that support the development of the proposed terminal.
One thing continues very clear, Mills ain't the guy to lead this company forward. Should have already resigned and been replaced by credible executive.
You also mentioned Nasdaq. LOL. As I said many times previous ..... Ain't happening any time soon .....
Amigo Mike
Um,
LOL,
Last I heard it was eminently eminent .... just waiting on the dough. But source with zero credibility. We'll see and if so ..... the deal should be closing pretty much immediately.
Lawrence's own comments and the history of this deal just prove my point from the beginning that it doesn't happen til others come to the table. Been the case from Day 1 and still the case now. If ECSL had cash in hand, deal would be closed already. Not much different than most can't buy a house unless you can get a bank to spot you the money to buy it. DUH.
No point in wasting your time here. The bullish case for ECSL offers zero except pie in the sky predictions.
Best to take Mark Twain approach as ... I admit .... we are definitely beaten by their experience 100%.
I would like da bulls to run this up the flag pole though .... say $3 would be nice .... once Lorton deal closes and the initial round of PRs on partners (cause again, what money does ECSL have ?) and clients interested in terminal services are announced.
Auburn test results anyone ? LOL. Its almost October.
Lorton closing ?
Amigo Mike
Looks like the story is changin' a bit eh ?
Also sounds like someone other than the ECSL mafia got it right. Fancy that.
Amigo Mike
