It's amazing what a little 30,000 share paint down at EoD can do. Without it, we'd would have started at .074 today, possibly be at .078-.08 right now. We just need to close today above .07 and the chart will be happy. Cheapies to those with $.
It's on Google finance via ITNews.
ditto, great post, I learned something today thanks.
Yep and now the chart watchers will just see close at LoD and it may start dipping again for a few days. Very low volume day here, considering what is to come.
Buying op for those with $
From L2, a few buys at .072 and we are at .077. I'm outta cash, so anyone feel free to add to their position in the next 10 minutes. :)
Yes, we can all read and know what the O/S is, thanks. It is a big float but with the potential value of the properties, there is quite a bit of upside. [edited]
It would be great if they posted them the same week as the NI report. The last financials posted were labeled 2009-Q1 for the quarter ending March 31st. It's reasonable to assume that the 2nd quarter's financials will be audited. They have hired a firm per the last PR, if not for the 2nd quarter's financials (ending June 30th), they would not need them until sometime in August.
Hopefully they post them much quicker then in the past (3 months later).
The MM just collected a bunch of sells at .063 to fill a bid of 852,970 shares + the opening sale of 147,030. Basically someone just bough 1,000,000 shares (at bid). Then the bid went up to .065.
They won't do anything because if they acknowledge that it has occurred their stock price would tank to the level it should be based on the actual number of shares and the market cap. 99% of investors probably don't know anything about this. If the SEC/government acknowledged this and put a dollar number to it, the market would crash yet again. Billions, possibly hundreds of Billions of dollars of fake shares, with no way to determine which are real. The only way to fix it would be to regulate it out over time.
Crazy, makes gold look even better.
I bought some at .065, was hoping the .065 would go away and end the week at .067, but alas NITE jumped in to bring it down. NITE has got be short here or just trying to keep the price down until they load up again.
I don't think it's coming from ihubers. What is the support now? A couple days ago it was .062, there was good bid support there today (it looked like), then they were all pulled back when it got to .062.
[insert cricket sound here]
The last buy was a decent sized one, I'm OK sitting right here until the NI is released.
I think we just spotted it at .0625 up from here.
Based on claytraders video chart and that link, are we are at base 3 (or 4)? I'm long, a chart like this will bring in day traders and volume. Based on the link, a short term target would be .15 (short term as in next week). News sometime in the next two weeks will reset the chart and should void out the dip after the "sell" point in the link.
Of course TA may not really apply here, but many traders use it.
"... Its *my feeling* and my choice for invest to PGYC
you made a good choice. purchase or to sell… your choice "
OK, it's your choice, but do you HAVE TO keep posting your opinions day after day after day after day after day after day after day day after day after day after day after day after day after day day after day after day after day after day after day after day?
Was reading that annoying? Welcome to my world.
Maybe energie works for investorshub, trying to promote full subscriptions? I don't know maybe it's worth it for the ignore feature alone.
UP 25% today, looking for more!
UP 25% today, looking for more!
Here is an example of actual dillution:
Go to AFTC's Trades or Level 2.
See the 1,850,000 shares in t trades after 4:25 PM. The O/S was 62,000,000.
Note the paid promotors started the pump last night (stockegg and hototc, both were paid $30k for the promotion).
Now thank Mr. Keevil for being an honest man in a pinkie world!
SRSR closed above 1 year high and closed at high of day
Official breakout. Up 15% today, could be another 20%+ tomorrow.
Breakout is in anticipation of NI 43-101 report. The report will detail anywhere from $3 to 8+ billion in proven resources located at Nemegosenda property.

I second that !
bids:-----asks:
.051------.052
.05-------.053
.0475-----.054
.045(x2)--.055 (x3)
I put in a trade a few weeks ago at ask at 3:59:30 (ish) and it posted as a form t trade. As long as the trade is entered prior to close and there is a buyer/seller at that price, it can go after hours as a form t trade.
I wish investorshub had the same ignore functionality that yahoo finance has, I've literally had to click through several hundred energie posts over the last 4 months. There is only one that I agree with... where he admits it may be a scam and he sold out most of his shares, and yes he still had 100k shares going into the suspension:

Yeah, go to the itunes store and check it out, the ratings are horrible. Apparently they are charging another 2.99 (Premium) to use it/month and do not allow howard stern show or any sports to be streamed.
So, great idea, poor execution. That's probably why it's not getting much PR time.
Why not bid at ask? It's .0005 between bid and ask. Unless you are trying to buy more then say 50k shares, it's not that much of a difference, even 50k shares, the difference is $25. I bought a tiny amount this morning for .051, at ask (the last bit of free cash in my brokerage account).
From one of goforthebet's post, Japan is looking for REE sources other then China. Of course this one is for gold, but maybe they will source future PRs from Tokyo?
Someone want to call Merle to see if they will send out a western sourced PR, since Yahoo, investorshub, fidelity, etc... are not picking this up?
An order for .0009 just went through. The difference between .0009 and .05 is +5555% one way or -98.2% the other way. So the dude who just paid .05 was down 98.2% in 10 minutes.
The grey market is great eh?
I feel sorry for whomever just paid 5 cents. Of course if that person already owns say 5 million, it's worth the chance that others might start bidding this up higher so they can unload theirs.
The best everyone can hope for is that those involved are sentenced and fined. You're not getting your money back, if it ever trades again, you may get a little back (like 1-10% of it). This company has nothing other then shares to sell, with shares suspended even that revenue stream is gone.
They are mining 3,940,000 kg per year (at current capacity). Or $138 million / year (at $35/kg). IAMGOLD's mine is the second largest in the world (from posts awhile back, sorry I don't have search function).
Yes, and you are still basing this on google finance? I found a company yesterday that has a market cap of 81 dollars, O/S of 2,695 shares, current price is .03, but has traded 12 million shares today. (it's hygn at: http://www.google.com/finance?q=hygn).
Can you explain that one, by your logic I can buy the whole company for $81.
If you are still going by what google displays for the share count then you do not know what you are talking about. Point us to actual proof of this please. I'm pretty sure anyone who owns this stock can sell at anytime. Obviously as the price has gone down a bit, there have been more sellers than buyers.
Interesting article on a miner. I've been researching what SRSR's market cap "should" be with the guesstimated report values.
http://online.barrons.com/article/SB123941230924310403.html?mod=article-outset-box
TRE has no real assets, a celebrity CEO/gold bug, and was able to get a high market cap ($330 million). While MDN has a bunch of cash ($14.6 Million), 100,000 onces of gold mined, and a market cap of $68 Million. Another miner SMF has a market cap of 500 Million but also 4.8 Million ounces of gold reserves ($4.8 Billion of gold reserves).
Just an example of the random valuations. Basically who knows what will come, I do think we go up from here, but how far?
Uh, yeah, my wife "wants" me to sell some now as I've pulled some $ out of savings and put into SRSR (since 50%-500% increase is better then 1% interest IMO). I'm trying to hold her off for a few more weeks. I'll be bummed if I have to sell some prior to NI.
Man I can't believe I missed the boat on the 2 dollar payout.
Hmm... wait, I do have a lighter and a few grand in cash... I should be able to duplicate your returns in about 2 minutes.
Have they sold a single one of these, ever? There are dozens of other companies with the same products that actual have customers, distribution, support, etc... This is over. Teltech may show up again under some other Dan Ryan shell, but other then that...
Guesstimates of inferred + implied are 400,000,000 pounds / $8 Billion for the D-zone only.
In comparison to the deal MCI did with MDN:
MCI has inferred + indicated resources of 165,500,000 pounds. At $20/pound = $3.3 billion in resources.
The deal was $13.5 million for up to 75% of company, that would put the total value of MCI at $18 million.
That gives MCI's $3.3 billion property a resource valuation of .54%.
This deal was started before the actual NI report, and was most likely funded by MDN. I believe that MDN just got a very good deal.
MCI is not publicly traded, had 1.5 million in debt and does not have the experience/connections that we have.
It's really an apples to oranges comparison but may be useful to some
It's over. Maybe in a few weeks you can pump your neighbor into buying some of your shares since there won't be an exchange for it. You won't have to worry about that since it in all likelyhood this will never come out of the suspension.
Max was part of this as well, he/she worked for "Momentum Investor Relations". Momentum IR is owned by Downshire Capital, AKA Dan Ryan. See this article:
