good to know your position is solid.just to let you know I never ever considered myself an investor, till now I have sort of tried to model my strategy after yours, so your posts have been very insightful and meaningful, bet you didn't know that. but listen to this .on my way home from work the news hour comes on and the city engineer starts talking about going full throttle on replacing old sewer pipes.now that was very good news cause were I live my city, and the cities around me are basicly broke, but they are going to spend on infrastructure.the thought process was why replace the road then go back to tear it up to replace old bursting pipes, so they are going to do it right the first time. hopefully this will be they wave and thoughts of most city engineers to come.
pipeliner ,it sounds to me you are getting a little shakey leg,so let me chime in here and shore you back up.regarding trade volume, well we all know there isn't any to speak about. I regard this as a good thing. when the volume rises over 1 million in a day to the downside well then you better start worrying .NOW!!! we have not seen that, this tells me the smart money i.e. Fund Managers are holding on tight.so my advice is follow the smart money, stop fretting over small blocks trading daily, this is all noise.tune it out,I dare any reader of this board to point out a pink that has a better management team,a better fund manager holdings.and a better tangeable product,it can't be done , you have found it. you are not stupid or brilliant, you are lucky just like me to have found this tiny little company and had enough sense to follow your instincts.hang in there.pay day will be here, the Fund Managers will be looking for a return on there investment one day,I would not want to be on the sidelines after coming so far.although you are not selling sounds like you needed a pep talk, sounds also you hold the most than any poster here. smart man.
Thanks for posting the letter.now for my insight, honestly people were you really expecting anything big before an election, slowly but surely this company is growing quarter by quarter the news is always good.all of you should sleep well at night knowing you are holding shares of probably the best keep secret in pinky land.just keep buying and one day when Andy is ready the reward will come.it appears that he is very open to more acquitions . just like US Filter, So you can expect the same result.
no problem I will do that, you are right we are all in this together no shorts here, and one day when they decide to run this up the flag pole were all going to be much more wealthy . peace to everybody including Fred.
you will not make sure of anything especially providing any good info on this stock. I got tired of your jabber jaw a long time ago, tempted to put you on ignore.last thing I really remember from you is that you were whining and going to sell all your shares not many I might add, but you don't provide jack---- on this board, you are at the mercy of those who do try to provide info, like myself.
Whatever !!! do your own DD from now on.
see post #662,where have you been?
looks like other long investors are hoping for a listing on the bigboard....http://www.globalwaterintel.com/archive/13/8/general/ugsi-bolsters-its-water-offering.html
interesting article paying the pipers thats funny....we are in the sweet spot, keep holding those shares no matter how tough it gets.
yes , you are correct all of the above are true and everyone here already knows , my question to Fred is what is the relevance that HEK was up,what does that have to do with UGSI? I wanted to here what his crystal ball has instore for us.I guess he was trying to say HEK possibly might merge with UGSI.
Thats nice Fred, glad to here HEK is up. but what does your post have to do with UGSI?
http://www.istockanalyst.com/finance/story/5076346/a-split-is-just-a-split Read very last paragragh.just some good info thats all.
my sendiments exactly, however in this case the r/s would indicate to new investors a growing thriving company that needs the r/s to go forward. when a company is doing poorly and does an r/s yes the price starts that dreadful downward spiral. so therfore I think the first scenario is most likely.
yea. I was a little overexhuberant in my guesswork. $150 mil is still very respectful and makes the case that .16 cents is a screaming buy!!!
Now shipping out one mile of pipe happens nearly every day. The product speaks for itself, says Seidel, now CEO and president of UGSI......... Now we can get a better picture of the revenue coming in, I did read somewhere else the cost is $115 per linear ft.therefore 1mile a day is 5028 ft x $115 a foot=$578220 a day x 365 days in a year = $211,050,300 a year in revenue.there you have it finally a number.OMG!!! WE ARE SO UNDERVALUED. this is just my calculations,I will try to find the $115 a ft and post it. I'm Sewer Dog and I know nothing just trying to come up with some numbers for us here.anyone else be my guest to give it try also.
http://www.trenchlessonline.com/index/webapp-stories-action/id.2059/title.taking-care-of-business very interesting article I thought everyone should read kinda of old though back in Jan. but check it out.
not to mention the lack of a PR for 5 years, does no good to complain here.you just got to believe in what you are buying if you are buying,Andy is not your average pink sheet CEO. I did read somewhere he attended Wharton School of Business, same school that Donald Trump went to. I really don't think there is a pink CEO that can even come close to Andy and his expertise... this may be the best buying opportunity of your investment life.when he is ready to let Wall ST in. all of our time waiting will be well worth it... thanks for all the links.
FYI, your link isn't working, but I can figure it out though.
UGSI has to be making some money nowdays, all the recent purchases. Even if it never goes to a full reporting company and they decide to buyback all of the outstanding shares and go 100% private,I"m sure it will be for more than .16 cents a share. I really believe anyone buying at this level cannot lose.Might have to wait, but the risk/reward is in our favor.
thank you for sharing this info.I take back any derragotory comments about you , you certainly have proven your worth. that said well people looks like we are on our way,Mobile Pipe, Lubrizol, and now another purchase from Siemens.the share price is going to have to catch up with the all this.and I along with the rest of you can hardly wait.
what on going investigations are you referring to? without mentioning any names I was hoping you oould provide some details other than saying I heard something but I can't tell.these posts about dragging other people into this well they are about 3 years to late!!! HELLO this happened in 2009 we are now in 2012 . yours mine and everybody else's money is gone.oh but you heard a rumor but you can't say thats BS
so PUDY are going to share this info that you may have or whats the point in telling us? alot of pain we all felt so if you got something lets hear it?
I've had my fair share of pinky scams, this one is one day going to be a grand slam. when you have a CEO,CFO.COO of this caliper on the same team good things are bound to happen. my problem is I am used to pump and dump shams,a constant stream of BS ,there is none of that here, just quietly building this company up.then one day its gonna hit and I'm going to be there. I day traded this for many years and made alot of cash doing so, but now I have a good position and no longer day trade in and out.The only trade I will do now is a BUY!!!
Fred,hi there, come on be nice. well after almost 8 years I have a little more than 1000 shares, what good will it do to tell you anyway, you won't believe me.I'm following Pipeliner's lead slow and steady accumulation, as far as Pro life being the Jackal that would be against Ihub rules and I know the rules now !!!,awful strange that he left the board.I just think he got plain ole discouraged by post # 47 it never came to fruition. but it will, one day we will sign in and see quite possibly 2015 like you said.I'm just buying more at these levels.
hey Pro Life or anyone else out there, did the Jackal give an explanation why he left.it really was not a bad board I'm most likely the only one that ever got banned, well anyway thought he was a good mod. nice informative charts and very good job on all the pictures on the home page. this stock will teach you the true meaning of patience,I wonder did he sell his position and move on? I'm sure he will be checking up on this little darling.as for me I just keep on adding and accumulating, cha ching!!!
I'm baaack!!! interesting though our Mod has left the board, well anyway. Andy is buying up little company's and getting ready to go residential, all good things can hardly wait for the inevitable getting off the pink sheets.thats got to bother him, all his friends are playing in the big league,
well the only thing I was trying to change, was you and other investors from losing anything on a dead company.Ive been in AANI since 2005 and it was all downhill,I really don't know how this other company took there name that is the weird part.but I do know they are not connected. peace.
well , have you realized that there are 2 AMEDIA NETWORKS? a broke defunct one, and another that appears to be an up and coming prosperous company.
wrong company!!! I really truly wish that was the case. but they are not affiliated at all with the now defunct AANI. been there done that do some DD you will see. they sell chips, not fiber to premise gateways which was there claim.no one wanted them except Motorola bought a few, that was the only real contract they ever got.Feb 2008 ceased all operations.
how do you conclude they are still in business? they announced ceasing ops 4 years ago.
well theres volume, so someone is daytrading the piss out of it.
hello, anyone out there buying this? and why? just wanted to know who or why there is any volume.
I know those were mine, now you are a stuckholder, he he he!!!
try to place a bid at .16, .17,.18,19,.20. dahhh!!! don't you get it? no one is selling at those prices.you should really seek the help of a full service broker if you don't get how the game is played.
it means there are no sellers,Dahhhh! I like it.no more cheapies. those days are gone.gonna have to pay higher for those shares. don't tell me you want it to go lower too.you will be wrong also.actually .21 still is a deal.
still agree with Fred ? someday I'll get credit thats ok though.
I was right about the downturn ,about the slow grinding downward spiral, its over now,it will not be straight up, but the slide is over,no one gave me any credit when I called the downturn you guys thought I was just talking some actually argued with me, well they stopped all that when we touched .12 and .13 way down 50% from..25 who was right people? none of you were right thats for sure. anyway so I'M calling it again here. this stock will begin now to get traction and start clawing its way back. congrats if you bought at the lows.
it has been a miserable couple of years for this stock, and me, it is very very nice to see some upward movement with decent volume, hopefully the the tide has turned.
bye bye .14's
