Like crazy stupid
And you only submit a Client Services Manual if you are contracting to Kaiser Permanente...
"According to the company, research studies with OvaDx indicate high sensitivity and
specificity for all types and stages of ovarian cancer including stage IA-IV borderline
serous, clear cell, endometrioid, mixed epithelial, mucinous, serous, and ovarian
adenocarcinoma. More than 200 patients were analyzed in blind-format,
retrospective studies with effectively 100-percent accuracy in identifying patients
with ovarian cancer at varying stages. More research is required by the FDA to bring
the product to commercialization.
Arrayit is aiming to raise the capital (Pappas?) necessary to
conduct a planned two-phase clinical trial (a 500-patient retrospective study and a 2,000-patient prospective study) under guidance from the FDA (July 2nd?) in order to meet the regulatory agency’s requirements to file for 510(k) marketing clearance."

Alphabet's Verily has hired top execs to bring its science research into hospitals and homes
"Verily is starting to more aggressively commercialize its range of services and products, many of which have been in development for more than five years. The company is looking to sell both to pharmaceutical companies and health systems, and is also working with regulators to secure approvals for its products."
"Technology brings great opportunity to reach hard to reach populations, such as those in rural America," DeSalvo said. It can help "close the disparity gaps."

I suspect some of these companies had filing issues at one time as well...
It didn't seem to bother Pappas since the "top partners" invited them.
I wonder if anything's going to happen before June 5th?

FCC authorizes Elon Musk's SpaceX to provide broadband satellite services
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/03/29/fcc-authorizes-elon-musks-spacex-to-provide-broadband-satellite-services.html
"Arrayit PDx™ Parkinson’s Disease Test data for samples with known PD genetics including patient ID, age, PD genotype, diagnosis and PDx™ research test result. NA, age data not available. PDx™ produced negative test results for all patients with normal LRRK2 genetics and a healthy diagnosis for a test specificity of 100%. PDx™ produced positive test results for all patients heterozygous (LRRK2 -/+) or homozygous (LRRK2 -/-) for the p.G2019S LRRK2 allele and positive for Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis (PD) for a test sensitivity of 100%. PDx™ produced a positive test result for two patient samples with LRRK2 mutations but pre-symptomatic for Parkinson’s Disease. Given that age 60 is the average age of onset for Parkinson’s Disease and PDx™ detects PD markers in individuals as early as age 35, the data show that PDx™ provides a 25 year pre-symptomatic window for drug therapy to treat and cure Parkinson’s Disease. The company believes that PDx™ is the only research test available that offers 100% specificity, 100% sensitivity and a 25-year pre-symptomatic detection window for PD."
Very promising...
"Arrayit analyzed 31,500,000 H25K gene expression data points from 18 patients with Parkinson’s Disease using Arrayit Genome Pathway Builder™ (GPB) software, which utilized multivariate calculus, fuzzy logic and artificial intelligence to construct a biological pathway for Parkinson’s Disease. Biological pathway construction was helpful because it provided a molecular basis for PD and will allow a targeted approach to the discovery and testing of therapeutic proteins and drugs including mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor (MANF)."
"FDA Approval
Arrayit PDx™ Pre-Symptomatic Test for Parkinson’s Disease will be submitted to the United Sates Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a 510(k) submission in the near future."
The company couldn't even get close to a list like that if it was basing it's existence off of a p&d....

Higher highs, higher lows.
Hard to determine since spectrum is sold at auction and is valued differently from one to the other. Its not known how much GSAT was involved in the latest sale. Based on just the company's existing business, I doubt that it would be that high.
$2.40
Well, well, well.
My pennies are now worth a presentation.
Glad to see continued efforts by the company.
Thanks for your efforts.
Lost considerably on this and didn't get on the list as well.

Globalstar and Manx Telecom to Develop Integrated Cellular and Mobile Satellite Service
[Via Satellite 04-18-2016]
Globalstar Europe Satellite Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Globalstar Inc., and Isle of Man-based Manx Telecom, have partnered to develop EMN, a new multiple technology communications system that aims to switch between multiple cellular networks and a Direct-to-User (DtU) mobile satellite network. Using Globalstar’s Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation, EMN is intending to be a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution that will enable users to communicate as normal with their existing devices, such as smartphones or tablets, but with ubiquitous nationwide coverage via satellite operations.
With EMN, which uses Manx Telecom’s Smart SIM technology, when a user’s signal level begins to weaken due to the limited reach of the carrier’s coverage or disappears due to a natural or man-made disaster, connectivity will be automatically handed over to another mobile network that is in range. If a terrestrial network is not available, network connectivity will be transferred onto Globalstar’s system.

It would be a game changer if some kind of service like this could be provided to the rural folks through GSAT.
Google Fiber
Hopefully this is added pressure for what GSAT has to offer. It would be great for our rural folks.
Personally, I've seen real broaband wifi here in KC of over 400mbps up and down, average speeds 230/240 up/down. Hard wired 930/935, depending on device capabilities.
These small caps can bring big returns
Small-cap stocks have been on a roll but that doesn't mean there aren't still opportunities to make money, portfolio manager Chris Retzler said Tuesday.
Among the names he likes is Ruckus Wireless, which just announced an alliance with Juniper Networks. Also in the space, Hewlett-Packard recently announced it would buy Aruba Networks, which provides network access solution for mobile enterprise.
