Statements of dilution carry as much weight as statements about buybacks...none.
Offer support for it.
No, the dilution referred to in the last posts is about the trading activity today...and completely baseless.
So, it's a conspiracy unless it's proven to be normal?
I haven't seen dilution. Got proof?
It's a publicly traded company. The PR guy can't tell an investor when a PR is coming out.
It certainly is. I'm guessing they're going to dilute the hell out of one of their other companies to do so. Guess which one? Nope, not here. The one I speak of is in a different RELM.
How dare you say something and back it up with technical data?
This forum is solely for people to guess and others to run with the guesses...eventually turning the guesses into statements of fact!
p.s. To date, we have received no verification of any buybacks, dilution, mergers or anything else people think to be true.

Thank you for your email.
Kindly be informed that we had had some delays for small caps reports since last week and our analysts are working through the pending list of companies as we speak.
As you might have noticed they have started by the wrong end, and I apologize for this.
We should expect to find HCPC report very soon.
We the number of members' inquiry about this penny stock, I am starting to feel the excitement and frustration to see it through as well.
Please have a little more patience with us.
Have a pleasant day.

When you don't know what's going on, moving isn't the best idea. Buy more and eat it, sell all and eat it.
Just holding, watching, and looking for facts (by facts, I mean thing that have actual evidence...not imaginary stuff from people's minds and hearts).
One thing I don't think will happen is the dreaded R/S. I spoke with Rick on Monday and when I mentioned it, he was straight forward. His comment was something along the lines of 'We're all holding plenty of this stock. Why would we do that to ourselves?"
You are on an island there, my friend, but I am only in search of the truth. I am not a pumper. I am not a basher. I do hold a decent amount of HCPC stock. There is a tremendous amount of bananas posted here. I want to make money, plain and simple.
Today's movement with this stock is loopy. It appears something is going to happen, but we have no clue as to what it is. This is the strangest trading stock I have ever seen. I am neither buying or selling. I'm simply holding and watching (and hoping).
Do you have any reason to trust Carol?
(Keep in mind her husband's history and his clear direct involvement with all things Carol)
With a statement like that, you should offer something concrete it is based on.
Got anything like that?
That's a lot of people giving up at the same time. 70MIL+ in two minutes?
WOW! Approx. 70MIL in 2 minutes?
FFGO looks like a little fun. Buy at .0001 then put in a GTC at .0002 then take your 100% and find another? Ok.
It's also possible that the guy writing the report is slow.
This might sound crazy, but BKMP might have life.
It's been at no bid x .0001 for a while. For a few days, there have been some buys. It's difficult to get involved with something that has been frozen pizza for so long, but if there's life there, money can arrive quickly. The first uptick, you double your money. I'm going to wait a little while longer for more volume, but keeping an eye on it isn't the world's worst idea.
It may not be too late, but be cautious. I used to lose a lot of money chasing.
With 40,000,000 already traded, plenty of people will probably be taking profits soon.
Well, if it's not dilution, it must be buybacks...lol
It turns out, when people buy and sell this stock, it could be people buying and selling this stock. Each trade is not a signal from MMs or the company.
Imagine that!
Or, without the conspiracy, someone holding 21MIL shares sold at the bid. Not all trades mean dilution or buyback.
Very strange trading day.
Huge dump of 2s then nothing for 30 minutes.
I await the correct entry point to buy this stock.
Let me know when it goes to .0001...just like the other company's stock these people run.
The trading isn't happening because this is similar to another company...which is trading in the trip zeros.
1,000,000,000 is also a problem.
Avoid this stock until you compare it to another stock that is run by the same people.

Copied from Clay Trader. He states he's looking for volume again today. Thus far, almost 20MIL has been traded.
"Possible bounce taking shape??? Got it on the radar...

Wow, certainly is quiet around here. Perfect.
Ever notice when people start blasting away with posts is when the stock is falling like a rock?
If it's quiet and we're climbing, good stuff.
I love investing with news of insider transactions.
Hey fellas,
New investor on this one. Glad to be aboard. Bought at the ask to help out immediately. Looking forward to a nice ride.

AKA: Less money
AKA: Your figures are wrong.
Does this take into account the fact that they cannot sell these notes right now and are forced to portfolio them?
This might never move.

Oh, it could go on and on and on...
Yes, you have read all of the DD and where has it gotten you? More in love with a stock that doesn't move.
Do yourself a favor and don't fall for the same thing here. RELM is headed for the same PPS.
Yep, some real deep pockets...ours.
Different stock, different A/S, different O/S.
The shares of the sold company are converted into the new company stock. The value is decided by the purchase price.
The company is not in control.
This will move when one of two things happen:
1. The MMs say so.
2. The buying pressure overpowers the MMs.
All of this DD here has done one thing and one thing only. It has drawn in new suckers like the rest of us. Do you think the stock is going to go up because a related company closed a deal on GSR? Nope. Do you think it'll go up because someone discovered a connection between Carol and some guy from another bank? Nope. Do you think any research matters? Not in the least. All research does is bring in more suckers.
Think about all of the shares you just saw sell at 3. Do you really think they'll ever make it past 4? It's a quick 25% gain. Even if they do, how many do you think will make it past 5? Who's going to pass up a 40% gain?
Think fellas. The company is not bad. The game is.
Hate to be a dark cloud here, folks, but here's my view:
The majority of the shares at 3 will be sold at 4. It's a flippers dream. The MMs are raking us over the coals.
Need to go through all the checks, balances and revisions before it hits the news.
Doesn't happen through Ameritrade.
Yep, that's what I would do if I were you. Sell this and head over to a different company which just primed itself for tremendous dilution.
Good luck.
