Just making sure all details are shared as not to confuse anyone.
Let's not be misleading now... Lowes.CA ONLY.
It's the retailers fault it doesn't sell too! Didn't you know? The company insisted that store employees view a training video and try to get customers to buy it. Shame on those employees! After all...they did work for WNBD didn't they? lol
I always found it odd that the company insisted you tell them how many shares you own before you could listen in on those ridiculous conference calls. I guess we have at least one of the answers to that. The answers to what happened to the shareholders who were traveling with/for the company and receiving compensation for doing so all the while posting here disappeared after the RS...well the smart ones stopped posting anyway given it's illegal unless fully disclosed. God only knows what kind of "reward/bonus/gestures" they received.
One other thing one has to wonder..how many collection agencies had to get involved here? Fins have shown for quite some time they have no money so what about all of their "creditors" that didn't get the special "you would get paid first" promise/treatment that was spoken about in one of the emails? More promises and suggestions that they have vision? LOL
Pink pos-land.....the stories get more and more bizarre.
None taken whatsoever! I was shocked...I am often shocked by people despite years of being witness to what this company has done to others. As Doog has already alluded to, if you look at time frame of the memos, blogs and other assorted methods of communication from the CEO...the amount of manipulation and 1/2 truths is truly incredible. I am one who always, always believes that the good in someone will eventually win out...I am clearly very wrong in this case as it just keeps getting darker and darker around this company.
I am thankful that, unlike others, Hope didn't risk any more of his very hard earned money on this mess.
Doog...there are so many statements in these correspondences that shock me..though one wonders how that is possible at this point.
"In another email I was told, if I would have invested I was guaranteed a non-diluting percentage of the company:"
"You are now graduating to being a “Venture Capitalist”, thus getting higher return."
"ensuring that your reward is not merely a token gesture but something significant. "
"The law permits us to provide you, as a creditor, with recognition that is different than to regular shareholders who are not creditors. They had their chance."
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103484255
"will ensure that you end up with more financial gain than if you had not participated.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103482138
"There is no possibility of you recovering your original investment without the special measure that I am offering. It is exceptional (and not currently an arrangement in place between Winning Brands and any other person)"
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=103486804
WOW!!! As if anyone needed any more true and clear evidence. There's gonna be a BIG blog about this coming....wait for it...wait for it. LOL
You are not the only one who received what others have called "desperate and begging" emails like you have posted. I have no idea the law about such solicitation but I DO know it was not well received by those who shared their messages with me in the past.
It's a bit pathetic and nauseating to look at them now knowing what the company did to so many.
When was their last "replenishment order"? The last mention of it on the blah, blah blog was back in Sept of 2012 and it said they were going to be placing a replenishment order then as well but no follow up to that. Is this the order almost 2 years in the making? How big is a "replenishment order"? A case of 4oz bottles?
Well...isn't that fun reading! Excellent DD! Thank you sir for sharing this information. Explains a few things. :)
A little true DD would have explained that clearly but for some, whatever this company says...even after the RS that was memo'd and blogged about would never happen unless it was IN THE BEST INTEREST OF SHAREHOLDERS (still lmao over that statement).....they still believe it. Baffling.
We are good friends with one of the biggest mulch companies in this fine state. Having learned a great deal about how all of that works from them, the misting idea was quite funny. There is also a difference between storage of piles of "wood chips" and mulch. Lots of variables but in none of the scenarios I have been witness to or apart of, has "misting" the piles been discussed. You are correct...adding moisture to the pile is not recommended based on my knowledge of the subject.
Consistently moist mulch grows mold on it and is toxic to plants. Combustion comes from the piles of mulch compressing from the weight, moisture adds to the decomposition rate and creates heat and the heat that builds up under the surface due to no air circulation..thus causing a fire. This is why they turn the piles of mulch over and over. Misting mulch will do nothing to stop the heat, compression or fire. This is my understanding of it.
Just a quick explanation...
"Assistant Fire Marshal Ron Fegaly, who handles Fire Code Enforcement for the city of Tulsa, said the Fire Department is concerned about this “but there is not a great deal that can be done about it. We could dump gallons of water into the pile, but its dampness is already the problem — the moisture causes decomposition and this causes heat to build up. If it starts to smolder, all we could do is rake it out. I don’t think it’s going to be a big problem, but this is hard to predict."

Email the CEO? LMAO!! The point of that would be??? Is he a mulch expert now? I doubt he's the one who landscapes around his big house on the lake.
Are they misting mulch? Can't tell if that's what's in that pic. Will wait for confirmation before expanding on why that isn't a good idea. lol
Every company...everywhere...is looking for cost cutting advantages in everything they do. WB is no different. As I stated before, they will need the inflatable bottle or something that may get some real attention or they will be just taking up space.
Good luck to them. I am sure there will be lots of pics and blogs telling us all about all of the contacts made and trials that the company is sure will be coming in the near future! I wonder what number will be used to report the predicted thousands of dollars that could come from the show this time. There may even be a "big order" blogged about and in a few months, we find out it was a case of 4oz bottles.
The cycle continues and this company has become far too predictable.IMO
I have no doubt it was due to being frugal (look at the most recent financials and see they have no choice) that WB has found a way to be included. Given the many years that WB has been apart of that community, a few phone calls are made, email sent or a favor returned and **poof** they're in!! Given you don't have any more of an idea whether being a part of this "group" is a credit or not than I do (unless you happen to be a resident of that same area), let's just pretend you're right as to look on the positive side of things!
They are sharing that booth...
Exhibitors in this Booth
City of Barrie
JEBCO Industries Inc
Industrial Filter Manufacturing Ltd.
SAE Inc.
Brotech Precision CNC
Canadian Crane & Hoist Mfg. Ltd.
TNR Industrial Doors
DriveWise Canada
County of Simcoe
Over 2000+ exhibitors. Yep...no doubt they will get lots of attention on how to remove grease (just like many other cleaners) off of metal (easily done with a paper towel and a bucket of water with a little Dawn in it) or wine out of a shirt. Hope they take that big blow up WC bottle! It's awesome and has helped them in so many ways thus far. I think attendees will be FAR more interested in all of the equipment that will be there. Yet another shot in the dark but can't wait to see the carrot filled blogs to come!
Given there are so many countries represented, maybe they will find yet another remote island to sell a 6 pack of 4oz bottles to.

Unfortunately, your story is like many others here. Many of us have been around as long or longer than you have. You are 100% correct about the reason so many lost so much....
"All because of extremly bad management."
Not only has this company made 1001+ ego driven mistakes, they continue to make the same ones over and over and over.
GLTY!
Do you remember all of the memos to moderators and blogs about how this company would NEVER involve themselves with people of questionable ethics/motives etc? About how the company had/has the best interest of their shareholders in mind at every turn? Ooops..until the r/s anyway. Of course that's paraphrasing but time and time and time again it was said. Remember all of the memos about how awful those on message boards that were posting consistent facts and not being blinded by the garbage being spewed were and yet the company saddles up next to people like "Mr." Hicks?
I'm sorry you just don't have the same "vision" the company does Doog!
Having been to these type races with a nephew who is in to it, I'd say whomever is "glad handed" and talked in to trying Trackmoist for this is just being nice. The "dust" created is little of nothing and does not interfere with the ability of racers to see/control their cars. These blog posts are always good for a laugh though!
What does that have to do with WNBD? I saw absolutely nothing that says anything about this company or it's products.
This is from 2009! Look at what they actually put in the article...
"Use of TrackMoist by the several thousand dirt tracks, motocross and kart racing tracks is estimated by Winning Brands to be worth several million dollars annually in eventual TrackMoist sales."
HAHAHAHA!
Guess what!? It apparently wasn't so popular IN 2009 and there are NOT "several thousand" and it never got off of the ground. Why are you posting these things from 2009? How about posting where it is being used (not just "tested") currently? How many hundreds of dollars is it bringing in for the company currently?
GLTY
Yes! Back then, there were MANY of us promoting this product and this company on our own time and using our own resources. Then the proverbial curtain was removed and wham...many lost thousands of dollars (some hundreds of thousands) and very hard lessons about these types of penny stocks and their ceos were learned....by most of us. lol
If one can't use it due to the concentrated smell, why does it matter that you can rinse it from your eyes with water? You should always seek medical advice when you get ANYTHING in your eyes so just rinsing with water (especially if you wear contacts) is not enough to ensure no negative consequences will occur. If it's completely safe and harmless if you get it in your eyes, why does it suggest you call a physician if you ingest it? Why is not drinking a glass of water enough? Your eyes are far more sensitive than your stomach.
The comment about it being made "bad tasting" so kids and pets won't consume it is bogus in my opinion. If you have any experience with kids or pets and know what they seem willing to put in their mouths..it doesn't ring true. How do they KNOW a dog or cat won't consume it? Where is the proof of that? I have never seen any.
As far as Goo Gone having a wine stain remover or having so many products...your point? It works, works well and doesn't smell so strong it makes you nauseous or gives you a headache. At the end of the day, that's all that matters. Once again, no mixing or diluting needed.
YES... FROM 2010...There are MANY products out now that work better or just as well that don't cause major headaches due to the obnoxious smell.
Don't know either. Haven't had any in this house for some time.
I remember my husband using this to "detail" the inside of his truck. It worked ok on most things but the smell was so strong, he had to keep the windows down for 3 days because it gave him a headache if he didn't.
BTW...the famous "goo gone" now has a wine stain remover formula I saw at Target yesterday. No mixing, no fuss, cute little bottle and it works well without the strong smell.
How many "trials" have we read about over the last 7 years that never turned in to a sale? Too many to count. The fact they are even wasting their time with this type of "racing" is absolutely hilarious!
This "story" of this company and how well the CEO played everyone should be used as a teaching tool for classes that ALL beginning traders should have to study before entering the penny stock market.
It is a classic case of let me show you pretty pictures and just keep talking and talking and talking and talking and maybe you won't pay attention to the numbers and actual FACTS of what is happening. I swear every time I see that predatory smile, I hear Journey's song "don't stop believin'" and the nausea still comes in waves thinking about what was done here to good people like yourself.
The ugly side is CEO's like this "man" get away with this daily and they recycle the BS over and over and over with headlines on PR's that never tell the whole truth. They use very broad strokes with their paintbrush to gloss over what seems like minute details but it is in those details where one finds that pretty picture is just a mirage.
There is not enough WC to erase the stains on the lives of those who were taken here but that's life huh? May God forgive him/them....
It's hard to watch others throw their money away isn't it. Hopefully it's just flippers here running with this little gang. Ones like you and I were the dumb kind of shareholders...we believed in the CEO and all the garbage he spewed. Shame on us. Karma my friend...I still believe it is the best revenge.
While the results of the Trimesta/Copaxone trial may not be seen as good news for those only interested in making money off of this stock...it IS significant for those who live with this terrible disease. There are many happy people who see the results for what they are.... HOPE. Shame on anyone trying to paint the news as "bad" simply to line their pockets.
GLTA
For those of us who live with MS every day....ANY reduction in relapse rate is significant. I have been using just estriol to treat my MS for 11 years now and have had absolutely no progression. (knock on wood). I hate they had to use Copaxone in this trial but due to getting funding, not using a current medicine really wasn't an option.
I look forward to the call today.
What size bottles and how many?
Your explanation is 100% accurate. Has absolutely NOTHING to do with Lowes.CA doing anything to promote the product. smh
