Everything is o.k. No one should apologize for asking questions that are sincere.
Everything is o.k.
The accountant is calling the auditors tomorrow.
It may be that the company is growing so fast that they are afraid of how many hands are on the wheel. Waiting to see how well the integration of all the new people in key positions works within the vision that Roger has brought with him. I think that is fair.
I don't understand why you just don't ask the man yourself? He really is easy to talk to. I don't feel like I get the run around when I speak with him. And I worked as an auditor and had a reputation for being Draconian in my approach.
I think we will get news this week. Will it be all we want? I don't know. Putting people down is not Roger's way. Just a heads up for those who think that is an endearing behavior.
I can understand starting to sweat. IMO it should be up. I believe it will be up, but I don't think anybody is going to be chasing it in the short-term. I am o.k. with that. Let's give it a few more weeks.
His accountant will be in touch with the auditors tomorrow.
I asked him and he said it is almost done. Roger doesn't lie. Period. All this bickering is silly. Roger is the audit done? Not yet, almost. O.K. That's it.
Supposition without support. This is not the same company it was when it was trading at .06 and .08. This is a wait and see and take what you got while the getting is good if you are so inclined. Why don't we peek in and see who is driving the bus before making proclamations about the state of the kingdom?
It was last week that would have been the proper reference for this tweet. I am o.k. with today or tomorrow.
This is part of the problem. You have got a guy with 18,000 followers saying this is not a good investment; versus 300 and something following this board, mostly longs, and fiercely protective of their investment. The audit confirmation is a necessity at this point.
The audit should be done.
outstanding.

Fortunately the cash is coming in faster than it is being burnt. And what is left behind is nothing Phoenix rising from the ashes. I became very annoyed with this man.
"He will remain in a leadership position..."
These are all good points.

Thanks for making that clear. I am hoping to see some pictures, too.
What happened? Hope it is good news and not the place burned down.
Super intel. Thank-you!
Thanks, Pinch. Have a good week-end.
O.K. Have a great week-end.
My understanding is not at this time.
Enjoy your happy hour and week-end.
Roger and I have discussed the page, he reads it and approves of the way I am handling it. Which is to his credit. On a personal note, he is one of my favorite people. Anything else?
No that is not what I mean.
O.K. Who are the executive officers of all of the corporations that fall under the Amfil umbrella? What is the scope of their responsibility and authority within the corporation?
I have to disagree with that. So much has changed, new key people, that I would love to get to know. They will have a significant impact on this company moving forward. Who are they? You are one of my favorite posters, but I have to admit when I read your comment I put on my auditors face.
Did you have some names to add? A fact or two? Anything new at all?
If I were a new investor I would be hesitant to purchase this stock until that layer of transparency was restored. That is unfortunate.
We need more information about the key players in these ventures. I think that would clear up a lot speculation about the viability of the company. Names to begin with and work history. Otherwise just reposting old stuff. No disrespect intended to R.S.
I'd like to see some clarification of who owns what percentage of what and who the officers are and their bios.
Thanks.
Is there a show this week-end with Roger?
It would be great if we could get some company bios on the key players.
It is becoming a company not led just by Roger but by his associates in turn. Who are they? What are their track records? How did they find themselves in a position where it was necessary to become part of Amfil? These are all legitimate questions. We will have to wait and see.
