ballstreet ---Rod must have heard you. Web site went active yesterday. Are you in the dog house with the ADMIN group again?
Yes things are moving forward. Permits is the big obstacle
as we wait. It will happen.
We have been saved by a person of wisdom. We should follow his advice because he is obviously a prophet of the future. I feel so much better now after reading your post. thanks for all your insight.
This has been posted in Imcats DD and has always caught my eye.
There is more than just a pond and pilings. this is stated on the new web site again.
The Chloride Copper property consists of 37 unpatented lode mining claims and 12 millsite claims, and is located 24km northwest of Kingman, in the Wallapai District, Mohave County, Arizona. An open pit mine and the existing SXEW processing plant operated at the site from 1995 before being idled in 1996 due to low copper prices.
trying to do my part. I was able to purchse 129000 at .0043
shares are geting tight as pps is moving up slowly and no buyers
looks like .0045 .0047 is next if you plan on buying before
any major announcemets. I like the way this is increasing now. slow and easy
Kla-Tencor has the Highest Operating Margin in the Semiconductor Equipment Industry (KLAC, GTAT, UTEK)
lmcat--- I think you need to factor in the cost to process the zinc. after considering the cost it may not be profitable.
Imcat--just a WAG on my part
That is not what it says!! option conversion price is .05
I will consider buying in at $19.50
Imcat---my guess for funding is a little closer to home.
I may be off base here but I am thinking--- Blackpool Partners, LLc
It would make sense to me as Rod is the CEO Unless he has resigned that posistion.
All we need is the permits finalized and released and then
we will be in the domino effect.
Is the glass half full or half empty?? I dont care. if the stock dips I buy more. if it just continues upward I make more money. Either way I win in the long run. I think the volume will be higher than yesterday. I will make sure that happens.
or is it?? is the glass half full or half empty??
results will be like a domino effect. first the premits need to be approved and released. then you will see funding announced.
then operation will be open. then progress on production results.
all these events will happen probably in this year.I am buying more each time the stock dips. I love dips. some people say " oh no. its dipping again. others say "yippee" more chances to add.
so you see its a matter of perspective. I look at it as opportunities. ACTUALLY I hope it dips today before the chasing begins.
StockKingArthur ---- ok so I think she meant " major one day dip"---I knew what she meant. Lets move on and see it recover "bounce back" to the .0043---.0045 level.
lmcat----I like the sound of .05.----ker---ching
86IROCZ----Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh---dont wake him up. the silence is beautiful. Sirg may go green today or tomorrow. by june 15 some people will be chasing this.
LONDON AND SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Copper edged higher on Tuesday helped by a softer dollar and hopes of economic stimulus in China, but gains were capped by fears Spain's banking crisis could worsen the euro zone debt situation and hit metals demand.
Benchmark copper on the London Metal Exchange was 0.6 percent higher at $7,727.25 by 0849 GMT, from $7,689 a tonne at the close on Monday, extending a three-session winning streak during which it had risen 2 percent by Monday's close.
This increase, however, follows a 10 percent fall earlier this month.
opportunity knocks. Looks like we had a nervous pirateer jump ship
at .0037. JUNE 15 is comming very soon so I am surpized to see
a pirateer lose his nerve but it allowed me to add 167000 to my war chest. .0045 is on the horizon so pass the rum. We only need stong hands as we approach june 15.
lmcat---dont forget about the possibility of aquiring other companies. thats also a possibiliy down the road.
MOTIVATION
Why do I think we will reach .05 in the future??
Every time I read this post I know we are on the right track.
How hard would you work to make this stock sucessful??
this is such a great post I have copied and reposted this morning.
I dream of ways to add more shares to my account.
This is a re-post of message #7923 from c4linebacker. Some of you may have missed it.
On November 17, 2011, the Board of Directors through unanimous written consent, voted that upon completion and ratification of the plan the Company will also grant stock options to J. Rod Martin, CEO. Mr. Martin will be granted an aggregate amount of 20,000,000 options exercisable at $0.05 per share in the following manner.
5,000,000 options vest six months after the date of the consent, 5,000,000 vest six months after the company’s receipt of long term financing in excess of $1,000,000 and 10,000,000 options vest six months after the Chloride Copper Mine begins operations. As of December 31, 2011 the option plan were not ratified and the grants were not effective until the option plan was approved and effective. All options approved on November 17, 2011 are to be included in a pending qualified stock option Which is expected to be effective in May 2012.
I know I am ahead of myself but there is one more thing
on the menu. after getting Sirg operational maybe we can
look forward to an expansion of the business. I am sure there are many opportunities out there.
if you go to home page on scottrade stocks to watch
it is .0035 .0043 this page is correct---the other page is not of course---think they left early for long week end
looks like no one wants to buy at .0043--how strange as next week
looks like it may be higher again. must be the long week end blues.

lmcat---yup I forgot about that---you know he has lots of incentive to make this work. keep working Rod. We are with you.
86IROCZ---lol---its not my turn
lmcat---remember me telling you I try to read between the lines
sometimes. of course he knows him or he would not have commented
about him in his previous post.
I also expect REDSHIRT1 knows a lot more than he can divulge on this board due to privacy reasons. I have thought a lot about
REDSHRTS1 comment about expanding the business down the road.
i expect there is a lot we dont know that is happening behind closed doors that will be a pleasant surprise. Just my guess of course.
Hi RedShirt1---Totally agree--thats the kicker that I think about
also. Ka ching--- If happens down the road then we got that tiger by the tail. I am counting on more deals down the road.
I am trying to do my part this mornin,I just purchased 166,500 at the ask of .0041. More next week. Trying to accumulate as much as I can before June 15 in case this blows. Not sure about the date
but the stock is getting ready to take off. It wont take much.
approval of permits, funding release and away we go. Hope
I am not laying it on toooo heavy. LOL
I agree---but I would have negotiated for more shares. LOL
my only question is---what was he thinking??? The stock would have to go to $1.00 per share to make any (cents). At fifty cents
he would only recover $125,000. Now thats a huge gamble. I just dont get it from a numbers point of view. Guess I am just puzzled
by the amount of shares he agreed to.
LONDON – Goldman Sachs (GS) said Thursday it expects Chinese copper demand growth to stay sluggish until the end of the third quarter and predicts a 3% year-on-year rise in overall consumption for 2012, rising to 8% in 2013.
Fourth quarter copper demand will accelerate to between 10% and 15% and through much of 2013, the bank noted, driven by an anticipated pickup in residential property sales, the build out of social housing, the implementation of the recent home appliance subsidy program, and solid automotive output growth.
Despite the year-on-year declines in demand in April, the level of demand remains exceptionally high, Goldman said. "April 2012 demand was the second highest on record, with April 2011 being the highest," it added.
Even in Goldman Sachs' 'bear case' scenario, where automotive output grows at half the rate of its 2012 and 2013 forecasts and residential property sales fall 10% this year and are flat in 2013, copper consumption should still grow by around 1% 2012 and 3% in 2013, it said.
The bank's current forecasts are based on expectations of Chinese property sales remaining flat in 2012 and growing 10% in 2013, auto sales growing 10% in 2012 and 8% in 2013 and demand for home appliances remaining flat this year and growing 8% in 2013.

SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY USES COPPER
Combination of packaging technology expertise and manufacturing strength bring performance, reliability and cost advantages over gold wire
DALLAS, May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (NASDAQ: TXN) (TI) today announced it has shipped nearly 6.5 billion units of copper wire bonding technology in its analog, embedded processing and wireless products. This milestone underscores TI's confidence in copper as a viable replacement to gold in its semiconductor product roadmaps, and the electronics industry's acceptance of the technology, due to performance, quality and reliability benefits for a range of applications.
"While the rising and fluctuating cost of gold was an original driver for making the switch to copper, the technology's overall advantages today are undeniable," said Devan Iyer, director of Semiconductor Packaging in TI's Technology & Manufacturing Group. "Copper wire bonding is delivering a performance boost to customers, and through TI's flexible internal and external manufacturing, we are able to deliver production at the same or higher levels than gold."
SaltyMutt ---thank you for the thoughts. it lifted my spirits today. you are a very inspiring person. peace brother.
druzela ---If I may ask what does the pps have to get to for you to break even??
druzela ---are you a bag holder on this stock??
SUPPLY, DEMAND AND PRICE OF COPPER
Copper is the forgotten precious metal.
But, it's also the metal that keeps the economy humming.
Copper consumption has grown at an average annual rate of 4% since 1900. China and India, needs loads of this element to meet its modernization requirements for electricity and infrastructure.
Copper is also used in today's currency, where most U.S. coins are actually 92% copper, and 8% nickel.
There's no denying that, given the choice, nearly everyone prefers gold. It's valuable, it's seductive and it's mystical.
But despite gold's much more vaunted history, copper - the much humbler metal - could be positioning itself to upstage gold.
Especially as Beijing calls for a new commodity backed currency. China's sitting on 38% of the copper market. Who's to say they won't push for a copper-backed international currency?
No matter what China does, copper demand isn't going to slow down anytime soon.
I view the extension of the LOI TO june 15 as an opportunity
to continue adding shares to my share count. Nothing will be announced until the permits are secured. Thats very obvious so we may as well settle back and increase our share account as opportunities present themselves.
patience is going to make me lots of additional money.
go SIRG, Keep to the grind stone. oh by the way, pass the rum
while I wait and have fun along the way. I love reading all the negative post. humor is always good.
SaltyMutt---sorry no ripple for me. lets upgrade to rum.
looking forward to another up day tomorrow.
SHANGHAI: London copper rose on Monday after last week's steep losses, as a weak dollar, technical buying and a pickup in Chinese spot demand supported prices, although worries about the euro zone debt crisis capped gains.
Hopes for stimulus from top consumer China after the country's premier called for additional efforts to support growth on Sunday proved to be a bright spot for copper, which has shed about 9 percent in London over the last three weeks.
But market participants warned the upward momentum may be short-lived, given the chaos in Europe, where political problems threaten to drive Greece out of the euro zone and indebted Spanish banks keep their country's borrowing costs high.
Three-month copper on the London Metal Exchange rose 1.2 percent to $7,742 a tonne by 0713 GMT, after shedding more than 4 percent last week - its biggest weekly drop in more than a month.
"Some technical buying during the session should cause the metal's prices to flourish a bit, with stop-loss selling coming in at around $7,780. I see copper ranging from $7,600 to $7,800," said an LME trader.
The most-active September copper contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange climbed 1.2 percent to close at 55,890 yuan ($8,800) a tonne, after falling 0.4 percent on Friday.
A backwardation in ShFE copper is also supporting the market, said Great Wall Futures analyst Li Rong, as the ShFE copper front-month June contract started trading at a higher price to the benchmark since earlier this month.
The premium, which stands at 540 yuan, suggests higher demand for immediate supply.
"The backwardation is due to a slight demand lift in the second quarter, which is the traditional peak season for copper. That helps to lift sentiment and sends some spillover demand into the forward months," Li added.
A weaker dollar also helped boost copper prices. A pledge by the world's leaders to keep Greece in the euro zone offered some relief to the euro, which hit its highest level in nearly a week against the dollar, while the greenback slipped against a basket of currencies, lending support to dollar-priced commodities.
But investors remained skittish as the summit of G8 leaders offered no specific prescription for debt-crippled Greece, which is headed for fresh elections next month.
European officials are working on contingency plans in case Greece bombs out of the euro zone, the EU's trade commissioner said on Friday.
Money managers monitored by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) slashed their net long positions in copper on Friday, reducing them by the largest amount since the start of April.
thanks now we can tip a few.
