Isn't it the 10K not the 10Q that is due next week? Is confidence high on the timely release of said item?
I know I was told to focus on the dirt but you know me.
Is this an area that we can get into? Not really sure if we even have the same technology for this.

Is this something GLEC can take advantage of?

Decent volume today. Thoughs on why?
Thank you for clarifying that. You can stay now...LOL
You could be right. Not worth getting in if that is the case.
10K?? What's a 10K? LOL
Isn't it good to ask a lot of questions before investing? I don't know a lot about GLEC so I ask a lot. I don't always take what peeps on these boards say as fact. Not that you are without factual knowledge here. I'm just saying, I've come across individuals elsewhere with their own agenda.
I also didn't realize that you can see the dirt from your computer...LOL I guess the local resident just didn't know what they were looking at. Thank you for putting me in my place.
Maybe you are both right. The dirt was there but now it's not. Would that be a possibility? Is the "dirt" in question actually the final product? If so, wouldn't it make sense that they could have sold it all and thus it's not there? Just axing.
OUCH...Glad I decided to bail at .076 even with a rather large loss. Could have been worse as we see now. Hopefully I've moved that money somewhere it will more than make up the loss. Time will tell.
How low will this go? Will it be worth getting back in in a couple months?
Maybe the local resident went to the wrong place.
I looked at your mapquest link and Google Earth. They are both older but not from same exact time. Seems that the most recent is if you go to plain Google maps you see no green and all logs.
Hope that helps.
Thank you very much. That was one of the places I spotted but it looked to me like a bunch of logs were there. See, me novice...LOL
Looks like a large area. Very cool.
I don't get it either SKY. Oh well.
I tried to spot which site you guys are speaking of. Can you be more specific as to it's location? Cross roads or land marks might help a novice like myself.
We will have to agree to disagree. I don't see his office as something they would list as a functional operation. What about the St. Louis location? I just think they updated it because they are going to have two companies here in the U.S. as part of their portfolio.
Are you trying to get rid of me.
How is an office a functioning operation? They speak as though they have two operations in the states in addition to their operations in China.
What Eva....
OMG...it's the fact that CHRI changed their description on their PR's to include two new functioning operations in NJ and St. Louis. That's all I was pointing out. The deal isn't even done, as far as we know, and they already have it as part of them. As far as my concerns about HBRM go, it's not that I don't care about them, it's just that I don't know much about them and I'm mainly concerned about the impact on CHRI no matter which way the deal goes.
Ok, SPECULATOR, what ever you say.
It's not the Office location I'm referring to. It's the Functioning Operations that they speak of.
The Company was founded in 2001 and is based in Suining, Sichuan Province with functional operations in the New Jersey and St Louis, Missouri USA.
I refer to it only as a way to show credibility with CHRI. That's all. I'm a shareholder in both companies. HBRM will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CHRI plain and simple. Then the St. Louis company will also. HBRM shareholders will be bought out, hopefully with cash and not shares. Then I would suggest the then former HBRM shareholders become CHRI shareholders before the next deal is announced.
hmmmmm.....they say announcement is not til April 6th and peeps here are acting like it's still gonna happen at any moment. Sorry but all these "It's gonna climb now" type posts make me laugh. At least it's all entertaining. The info I posted here earlier should be the focus, not speculation. Oh well. Have fun while I wait til April 6th.
Nothing is going on. We all have no choice but to hold. No bid and that is that. You can say that the e-mails I posted are fake but I know what they are. I've been to the old RMTD offices and they seemed fishy then too. They wouldn't even tell me what the company did. All they could tell me was to look at the filings. What kind of legit company won't tell you what they do to make money? Luckily I only lost 4K here. Live and learn.
Say what you will.....RMTD is dead and gone.
Hit no bid again today. Looks like we longs got duped by another Chinese scam. They seemed so promising though.
Did he say anything about the St. Louis location?
Yes I have and got response there. This should give HBRM more confidence in CHRI and the deal itself. Why would they speak of operations in NJ and St Louis if they weren't going thru with this deal?
I think HBRM peeps are hoping for a JV so they still have control of some kind. Just my way of thinking.
Here it is again. Read and comment please.
An interesting thing that I just spotted in the CHRI PR's. I haven't seen this pointed out by anyone else before but it could mean quite a bit. In the PR's they have a section labeled "About CHRI" The last sentence in the PR's prior to the announcement of the HBRM deal is as follows... "The Company was founded in 2001 and is based in Suining, Sichuan Province."
In one where they announce the HBRM deal. The last sentence in that section is... "The Company was founded in 2001 and is based in Suining, Sichuan Province with functional operations in the New Jersey and St Louis, Missouri USA."
Functional operations in New Jersey and St. Louis, Missouri? When did all this happen? I think there is a company in St. Louis that could be the 2nd one they are speaking of.
Thoughts?
Is there anybody else here that finds my previous post interesting?

That would be a great move if it could happen.
What is more lucrative for the company? Cleaning soil or water?
Shhhhhhhh....don't say a word....lol
Great links.
Do we have any waste treatment facilities and such waiting in the wings for the EPA to give us the green light?
What is our production capacity? Can we handle pretty much any level of demand?
Who would have thunk that a new guy like me could generate so much discussion. I love it.
Wouldn't EPA approval and subsequent sales take the PPS high enough in a relative short period of time that in itself will attract new investors?
My guess is that once all the good comes out in the next 45 days or so, we will all forget about the R/S.
Thoughts?
Ok, HBRM longs. Is HBRM a scam company?
As a CHRI long I can tell you that CHRI is not.
We should have faith in our own companies and just wait for the deal to get done.
No?
Yes, the PPS, not the company.
This all comes down to deal or no deal with his stock. Plain and simple. Deal and we will all be happy. No deal, HBRM crashes and burns and CHRI takes a hit but should go on. Any talk on this board between now and finalization of the deal either way is just that, talk. Yes, even this post is basically Blah Blah Blah....LOL
I just hope for decent deal and the sooner the better.
