Does anyone know where busystock dot com gets its info for float information? They claim the float is:
23. Floating Shares 26,930,000,000.00
If RMTD doesn't have to report anything how would this place know?
We got that. EOM.
We got that. EOM.
Forgot to edit my post, it was the DOE not the EPA and it was the VP of this windows company.
Read about it @. http://ow.ly/1s8swP
Go RMTD
Anyone else ever get the feeling of how The Walters are the largest shareholders and Mimi is a Senator.....yes...yes, I know everyone knows that but IMO, if a Senator owns a boat load of shares, one would think they will or eventually will make a lot of $$$. With the contacts and networking something will happen!! A good example is the window frame company CEO is married to someone on the board of The EPA! I believe Beck did a article about how they get all these Government contracts!
AUTO moved to .01, he must be done for the day EOM
Excellent Point of View TRACK EOM
Yes, that's all IMO of a likely scenerio! EOM
What's my point? LoL that's the MM who is diluting IMO EOM
In case no one noticed but MERQ is a new MM and now is on the bid @ 0003 w/ a size of 10000
Maybe the plaintiffs of this suit saw what happened w/ this so called acquisition of assets. They know Telogis is a competitor, so why not take RMTD to court over a so called patent infringement....that way certain questions are asked regarding RMTD but what answers will be given? For example, No your honor, Telgois acquired substantially all of RMTD's assets so we are not liable.....and since it's in court, it will be documented. I know its hypothetical but seems like a likely situation to arrive in questioning
Does anyone know who are the largest shareholders of RMTD? EOM
To bad Telogis didn't make public an itemized list of every ASSET acquired back in 7/2010
google these clowns and you will see a lot of lawsuits. Last month they filed suit against JetBlue lol. MAYBE our lone officer will give our shell to these guys
As of April 16th 2010 there were 6 lawsuits on the same patents and they settled
"ArrivalStar and Melvino Technologies have previously brought at least five cases in multiple courts over the same patents. In 2009 they filed suit against Group Inc. and McNutt Consulting Services Inc. The case was dismissed after settling."
http://info.articleonepartners.com/blog/bid/38622/Early-Stage-Patent-Disputes-A-Closer-Look
Found this, seems like ArrivalStar & Melvino have been suing everyone, even AT&T Mobility along w/,Best Buy & Sprint. Just google! Plus, look where the two companies are from :

Indianapolis, Indiana - Patent lawyers for Arrivalstar S.A. of Welter, Luxembourg, and Melvino Technologies Limited of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, filed a patent infringement suit alleging AT&T Mobility, LLC of Atlanta, GA, and others including Best Buy and Sprint are infringing Patent No. 6,741,927, titled USER-DEFINABLE COMMUNICATIONS METHODS AND SYSTEMS, as issued by the U.S. Patent Office.
The '927 patent covers methods and systems for receiving notifications concerning the travel of a mobile device, and the plaintiffs' complaint asserts that the defendants' various systems for locating a family member via a mobile phone or personal computer infringe the patent.
They can settle or the plaintiff can drop suit before the jury selection process!
Should this lawsuit be stickied? EOM
Possibly they see Telogis as a competitor or maybe they are shareholders themselves
PT, based on failstodeliver the last fail was 1,000,000 shares @ $1 and in ICEs opinion there were no more fails because there were no more shares to short. Now, w/ this new rule/law that just happened, Brokerages have 13 days to cover those shares. Prior, they would basically sweep the naked shares under the rug and clap their hands....... Also, I posted, and someone else did as well about naked shorting, this also ties into all this because if brokers naked shorted a shit ton, they will have to cover those shares because if not, they will be exposed and it is illegal to naked short. I m pretty sure I have the concept correct, watch that post I posted about the DTCC which is 3 parts!! If anyone can chime in, please feel free. Also, this is all of course IMO
It will be interesting what questions will be asked. I truly think Telogis DOES NOT own the patents. If they did, the suit would be against Telogis not Remote Dynamics. The biggest question I wanted asked if it can be disclosed and itemized...what assets were acquired back in July 2010? We know all the clients were transferred over so is that it? I KNOW the question was ask what was an what was not acquired. Oh well, time will tell!!
Could this court document on patent infringement in the court of Norther Illinois be proof that RMTD still holds the rights to the patents and the words "substantially all assets" did not include these patents? This has to be proof because if Telogis owned them after acquiring substantially all of RMTD's assets, this case has no merrit
N/M I see it now, that was a different suit filed back in Feb. 2010
HuH? This is a patent infringement suit that was filed on March 3rd 2011. This has nothin to do w/ the 2/28 13 days to cover law that just went into effect
Do I see Intergis as a defendant ? EOM
If they are restricted EOM
Who will testify? Our lone officer? I wonder if past employees will need to testify? One would think so! Plus, are patents included in the "acquisition of assets" which no one really knows what Telogis owns!!!!
Can we trust the float at 23Bill? That same site showed the same amount back in Nov/Dec while 98% of the shares were supposively locked up
FYI the ask size is not 10,000 its 5,000. EOM
I have no idea but I think ICE did mention that everyone should set there sell orders to $1
ICEs post 8211 showed this but didnt really emphasize on the right hand column
20080911 75962A303 RMTD 150924 REMOTE DYNAMICS, INC. NEW COMM 0.02
20080912 75962A303 RMTD 155916 REMOTE DYNAMICS, INC. NEW COMM 0.01
20090522 75962A303 RMTD 1000000 REMOTE DYNAMICS, INC. NEW COMM 1
The right hand column is the price, so can we take that as a $1 ??
ICE also thought that there were no more shares to report due to the date of 05/22/2009 was the last day fails were reported. I included 09/11 09/12 where the price was .01 .02 So can we suspect $1 is correct on the 1,000,000 fail?
http://failstodeliver.com/datadump.aspx
FYI Jan 2011 had 210M+ for a stock that has no bid.

Still looking for more EOM
Refresh Everyones memory of Post#7959 EOM
Also check out Fidelity Quote for RMTD:
It Sure is Interesting Data
http://activequote.fidelity.com/webxpress/get_quote?QUOTE_TYPE=D&SID_VALUE_ID=rmtd&submit=Quote
Look at the Date.... 3/3/2011
ICE posted this link back in December 2010
Post # 9359
But it currently shows the date as 3/3/2011 3:09pm
I m doing that now EOM
OK...then there was the post where it showed the ACTUAL amount of shares traded. There was a difference !!
Well this is the opposite of cool! http://busystock.com/i.php?s=rmtd
Look at the float and outstanding share count.
ICEs posts, the one I can't find is before or after post #8050 Nite is wayyyyyy short on shares and one would think he needs to cover and w/ this new rule that went into effect on 2/28 it says brokers have 13 days to cover. So it will be interesting to see what will happen here.
PS THE POST I am talking about mentioned HESG as well because Knight was doing the same thing w/ that stock as well.....and ICE compared that to SAVI which Knight did the dame thing to that company to and the PPS went up to .06
Your shares wont be able to be shorted. As for what price, heck $1 is good :-p
