Well said. A real company and manipulation.
Rocky is on there right next to Fargo in upper left.
No denying UF is being tested here.
The 3D Display market is huge and there will be multiple players, markets, and 3D Display applications suited for each market. Is CSpace a fit for all the 3D Display markets? The answer is no. CSpace will have its own niche markets (as you can see from the company's web site) and there are and will be other competitors. Competition is healthy for R&D companies like 3DIcon and there will be multiple races and winners in the 3D Display market. We just have to wait and see if 3DIcon emerges as one of the market leaders in their niche markets.
That was from DF a few months ago. Progress!!
Yep, he is still the CTO, getting paid $60k in cash and $60k in shares!
LOL, like it even matters.

WRONG Again! NTEK shareholders owns HVEL!
WRONG Again! NTEK shareholders owns HVEL!
Connect the dots... lots going on with 3D and 3DIcon.
HVEL spin off of Gaming Division... HUGE!!!
Here are the facts! Already posted what it said.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/news/Letter-to-Shareholders?id=94343&b=y
Ask the IR.
NanoTech recently notified investors of the acquisition of HVEL. Once the deal is completed, HVEL will have a name change, and NTEK plans on using that company to help the expansion of the gaming division. This will also help the company accelerate the licensing and certification phase for the gaming division in multiple jurisdictions as casino products are rolled out in
multiple states.
Forces shorts to cover!
Duplicate, please delete mods.
It means NTEK is going to uplist to the OTCQB.
As Jim Carey said in D&D, "I like it ALLOT!"
Did you send that to the Tulsa World Herald!
The NIH grant decision will not be made until June 2015. This April deadline and R/S talk is complete BS. Management is on track to get funding this year. Just watch it all unfold!
Thanks Niko. Super DD once again!
If they succeed in getting funding and more partners to develop an application with the technology, who should we kiss goodbye then?
Probably in the next couple weeks.

Downgraded from the OTCQB to the OTC Pink
On September 2, 2014, the Company received notification from OTC Markets that because the Company’s common stock, which trades under the symbol TDCP, has not had a minimum closing bid price of $.01 during the last thirty days, it has been downgraded from the OTCQB to the OTC Pink, effective September 3, 2014. On March 26, 2014, OTC Markets had announced a series of rule changes to take place between May 1, 2014 and April 1, 2015. These rules set forth new qualifications and fees for quotation of securities on the various tiers of OTC Markets. One of such changes requires that a company’s stock have a minimum closing bid price of $.01 for at least one day in any consecutive thirty day period to continue being quoted on the OTCQB.
The Company has the option of filing an application for reinstatement to have its common stock quoted on the OTCQB. The Company’s common stock could be reinstated to the OTCQB commencing at such time as it has had a minimum closing bid price of $.01 for any consecutive 30 day period. The downgrading of the Company’s common stock from the OTCQB to the OCT Pink will have no effect on the common stock’s ability to trade or its DWAC (method of electronic transfer of shares) eligibility.
No Reverse Split coming Blue, unless they want to uplist to a higher exchange.
Was that Mustang Sally who kicked your head? ; )
There is NO Reverse Split pending. Any comments about a RS is purely speculation or agenda driven. The OS count isn't even close to the AS to warrant that discussion.
When the NIH grant is awarded, 3DIcon and strategic partner SCHOTT Defense, along with other strategic partners, will work together to further develop and demonstrate glasses-free 3D volumetric display technology for neurological imaging.
I am sure he has other reasons too... his reputation and being part of an exciting new display technology!
I know I am in it for the money!
4K Content is not a problem for JVC!
"One of the biggest issues facing the 4K projector market has been a lack of available content, " said Roger West, General Manager. " With NanoTech's Nuvola NP-1 and UltraFlix able to bring more than 500 hours of 4K Ultra HD content to our D-ILA Projector distributors, the availability of 4K content is no longer an issue. That creates a compelling value proposition for the JVC distributors we're targeting with this special offer as well as their dealers and their dealers' customers."
That exposure would be received well by current shareholders and hopefully attract new ones.
Time will tell. They need to be in a position to toot their horn so others will hear and SEE their progress with CSpace. I think the stock can run again, but not so much on hype vs. actual tangible progress. I think they are on the right track and just need things to fall into place as planned.
It's no secret...
1.) They need to get their multi-year funding.
2.) They need to complete the new and improved image space.
3.) They need to find/announce more strategic partners.
IMO, this will all happen this year.
In the absence of any formal submission process, any paper or proposal submitted would be termed "unsolicited". Given the fact that 3DIcon met with the Air Force more than once and the fact that the Air Force is looking for 3D Display technologies for various applications, the word "unsolicited" does not mean that the paper would be considered unexpected or irrelevant by the Air Force.
It is total speculation by us either way. Time will tell, it always does! EOM
Unsolicited, means they were not asked/required to submit the proposal or paper, but are doing so in order to create awareness or stimulate interest in the technology.
You solicited me by asking what this meant. If somebody else replies to your email, then that is an unsolicited response. However, that does not mean that their response should be ignored. I may ignore their response, but that is my perrogative.
Looks like the full court press is on!
IARPA - Meeting planned for Oct 30th with concept paper submission pending outcome.
Dept of Energy (DOE) - Meeting planned for November with Advanced Manufacturing Office.
Army - Meeting held, referred to ARL and TRADOC. Meeting held with ARL in November and December; January for TRADOC.
Air Force Research Lab - Meeting held, submitted unsolicited paper in December.
Navy - Meeting held with ONR in December.
DARPA - Meetings held with TTO, referred to DSO with meetings held in November.
Defense Intel Agency - Concept paper submitted in November.
NIH - Proposal submitted in December for Brain Imaging with sponsor.
NSF - Proposal for image space chamber materials R&D submitted in December
NASA - Request for proposals were reviewed in November.
Expect the same amount of dilution today!
(And yes, I know the market is closed)
Just waiting for the Feds to pollenate the tree!
Too bad management is not selling any shares! Doug being a VP of the company also puts him in a more cohesive position when talking to funding agencies and potential partners. Doug Freitag, VP of Technology & Business Development sounds much better than CEO of Bayside working on behalf of 3DIcon.
Sorry, but that is 99% speculation on your part. May all be true. But none of that is verifiable and since nobody has said specifically that federal funding has dried up, all anyone can do is speculate.
Nice try though!
