Lemm@ I seen a number of people with real insight suggest that before, that B. Brothers making billions on options (Max Paine' manipulation every Friday) - and that is how they made their giant billion dollar fortune - a lot more than in stock gaining.

We just have to live with the fact 'that being in the market' we are among wolves - and hope for 'the good guys - and the product itself will lift beyond 'where all the snakes' make their dirty money :)

With no special insight in US health systems (beyond following this board - which does educate you every day) - you surely hit 'facts of life here'.

And simple true fact is - that Insurance is a business with the goal to' Make as much Money as Possible' - end of story. In the end if it is about cars - or Peoples Health don't make that much difference - its about Max Profits.

I think looking from USA - many think that eg. the Scandinavian models in healthcare - where everything is, as a starting point, free' - must be the ideal solution.

Not True. In realty that is 'the state (who in principle don't give a sh**) taking over populations health - meaning no 'real incentive' for health personals to evolve/expand knowledge - improving business - gaining new customers.

This is 'broadly/general' evaluation of Health Systems in Scandinavia. In all fairness 'most doctors and other staff' - out of simple decency - does their best - but there are no direct personal incentive/direct gain in doing that - in what is in fact a Socialist Health System.

Conclusion is - that I don't think the perfect Health System has been invented yet - anywhere. There's a serious task for you - if you are not writing a book :)

sleven@ The simple fact that - Amarin 'is locked' and don't go anywhere for longer - is in Hikma's interest.

The longer time they can force Amarin to be held in this 'psychological nomans land' - the more Hikma can try to influence public opinion through poisoner's Analyst articles.

Lobby for their interests trying to get support from other generics - smear opponents everywhere possible - which they demonstrated clearly in recent answer brief that they are going to do (you and I are disgusting disgruntled investors).

Hikma and Heinecke fraud, clearly revealed that this is in no way a fair game. This is War.

If the Generics were stopped until Teva aloud in market in 2029 - Amarin is in a much better position raise number of cuctomers/users of Vascepa in US' and in fact start making money for real.

Analyzing the last now 2½ years - you tend to think that only reason why Amarin were aloud to hit $26 - in weeks after September 28 2018 R-I release - were because BP manipulators 'weren't prepared on the impact of the R-I study.

Ever since then the stock have been controlled '100% by BP - illustrated most clearly on the day of Approval December 16 2019 - Volume 105 million and SP falls.

Surely the final and major blow were the Nevada ruling opening door for generics in USA, but leading up to that - the stock had already long been controlled by BP - not wanting this 'disrupter' in the CDV market to go anywhere - to open for maybe 'Real Competition' in that market.

A bit surprising that the SP recently actually hit $9 - on Covid hopes most analytics have said - but we are 'in every way' back to 'somewhat depressing reality' - of Any Good News - makes the SP fall just enough to 'again' - again' - again' depress Retail Investors.

Only thing that can brake the 'dead circle' is a win in one of the Law Cases. And surely supporting this board, we all hope and pray for marjac's Rule 60 filing to be successful.

LTRO@ It is just to easy (a very cheap shot) from a guy that pups out of nowhere on the board some 3 months ago. Coincidence - appear at precise moment when funding was indicating that the Rule 60 filing would actually be a reality.

Just to easy to criticize marjac and board for reacting every way possible to the shock ruling in Nevada. The 'Fish Oil' - case is not at all laughable (as you degrading calls it) it was a natural reaction to 'what at that point was seen to be' entirely a fault on the Judge.

Later development exposed the Hikma and Heinecke Fraud - and that of cause put the entire situation in a new light - also for marjac and team. And surely today he would not have waisted his time on the 'Fish Oil' comment - but right after 2020 marts 30 ruling the world was a much different place on this board. But how could you know - you weren't here at the time.
