Thanks mate, just a colonial here. I bow to the Queen's English in agreement. It happens within calander year 2017.
(I enjoyed my posting to RAFB Molesworth UK!)
Don't get me going, I'm retired military & the wife a retired VA nurse. On January 20th there will be a new sheriff in town! I'm giving him time to prove himself. In the meantime I like what I read in his book "Great Again" page # 33 "We can't pursue forward military and foreign-policy objectives on a backward military budget. He knows "Right now we are in bad shape militarily" and that "Building up our military is cheap when you consider the alternative" and "Spending money on our military is smart business" Jobs for Americans. I guess I'm optimistic that he will listen to the counsel of his National Security Advisor retired Lt/Gen Flynn and his DOD nominee "Mad Dog" "Warrior Monk" retired General Mattis and get the troops what they need to get the job done. That includes some vendor's cyber defensive software for their currently vulnerable mobile devices. IMHO SFOR's Mobile Trust version 3 meets that requirement quite nicely. Time will tell which vendor will be chosen by the DOD/CIO's office. But I'm confident this need will be met since DOD is quite aware of the problem.
I agree.
The past is past. SFOR is a real company that has real products, Guarded ID and Mobile Trust version 3 being sold on-line and in stores. Recent Amazon sales pushed them recently into the #1 and #2 items being sold in network security. Until we have the year-end 10-K report which captures holiday sales figures the jury is still out.
Since he references 2017 in the prior sentence does it make sense he means by the end of that year?
RE: Markman Hearings-Still looking for source document. Until found remove in May replace with when scheduled.
I agree & the Markman hearings scheduled for May are the driver as to when IMHO. You'll recall Microsoft caved in just before those hearings that would have revealed their trade secrets they did not want brought to public light.
Nah, I'm absolutely calm because I know what I own with SFOR.
Yeah and I'm sure the SFOR CEO who had been Morgan-Chase CIO before retirement had something to do with it. Thanks Mark!
The bleeding stopped today! We ended where we began. GLTA SFOR longs next week.
Isn't J.P. Morgan-Chase one of SFOR's customers? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing that good news. I was unaware of "targeting" stores that had the most tech sales. Looks like our sale guy is tracking those sales numbers well! I was initially under the impression they were going just for the denser population areas.
I think you cracked the code about "Production Installation".
Makes sense to me it's behind the customers firewall.
Not with SFOR's chief technology officer, Ram sitting in the cat's seat for mobile device OOBA. Check out the date of his initial patent on it at the U.S. Patent Office site, it's 2000!
That would be just what a bank would want!
Forgot Google was CONFIRMED by Mark, Wow! Thanks for reminding me.
Wow! Thank you for revealing another of SFOR's crown jewels. I did not know the company's product had that "behind the firewall capability". I can only hope, as you, it is in the patent pending process. IP like that is priceless!
IMHO yes and Singapore Telecom is my candidate for buyer. Here's why. SFOR is suing its 97% owned US subsidiary Trustwave.
So they are on the hook for a settlement or treble damages. They rolled out an OOBA mobile device banking service for their Asian customers in Oct. The SFOR international patent (pending) would give them the entire world as a market. Trustwave already gives them a presence in the lucrative US market. With $92 Billion in assets, Asia's largest telecom provider could easily outbid anyone else. Then they could reinitiate the IP litigation to recover the SFOR purchase price. That's my guess, what's yours?
Thanks for sharing that report from someone who had been deployed.
What got me going on this crusade was that Armed Forces Network article. I was in shock & disbelief when I read it. Here's Lt/Gen Ben Hodges complaining "e-mails are insecure" and "my Blackberry is being monitored". I thought if an Army General is complaining about that it must be a problem for all his troops!
Something has to be done about it and fast to prevent a future enemy from exploiting any information they can get from those mobile devices. I had recently installed SFOR's Mobile Trust on mine and saw it was military grade. IMHO it is a potential solution to that COMSEC problem. So, I made various Government officials and senior officers aware of it. I had to! EUCOM was my old unit.
I believe you're correct. ACS has an option to buy the patents if they pay SFOR $9 million by 2020. However, SFOR retains the right to continue selling its products Guarded ID & Mobile Trust.
Bingo!
Same here! Jesse Livermore said " A man must believe in himself and his judgement if he expects to make a living at this game".
We've done our DD. We know what we own and it's tremendous potential. Long & Strong SFOR!
Thanks! I stand corrected.
Don't forget OEM bundling! By my read of the Q it appears to be SFOR's most active market, OEMs bundling Guarded ID with their products.
Now that is good and welcome news! Person to person, one happy customer at a time. Works for me!
Does that include the extension SFOR usually asks for?
Why are you saying there will be no product promotion in the New Year? For me the proof will be in the pudding of the year-end 10-K and 1st Q reports. Until then, the jury is still out IMHO.
I will reserve judgement about management until then and remain long & strong SFOR!
I believe SFOR has until 90 days after 31 Dec for the 10-K and 31 March for the 1st Q results to be released. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
Glad you asked! Just today U.S. Senate passed the DOD Appropriations Act for 2017 and sent it to POTUS for signature.
Like Jesse Livermore said "Men who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon".
What monthly pps chart are you looking at? "red every day" over what short time frame? My crystal ball is just as cloudy as yours and I predict that it won't go back to those same lows. Then 2017 will be SFOR's year, big time!
Jesse Livermore said something appropriate for SFOR now. "There is a time for all things, but I didn't know it. And that is precisely what beats so many men in Wall Street who are very far from being in the Main sucker class. There is the plain fool, who does the wrong thing at all times everywhere, but there is the Wall Street fool who thinks he must trade all the time. Not many can always have adequate reasons for buying and selling stocks daily-or sufficient knowledge to make his play an intelligent one.
I know what I own with SFOR. Just go to the US Patent Office site and see Ram's original date on OOBA for mobile devices. It's 2000!
Long & Strong SFOR!
Let's not leave settlements alone! That's because a settlement can happen ANYTIME during the discovery process which the 3 accused IP infringers are currently in.
What other "stinky pinky" can say that? SFOR has the right products, at the right time, now, in the right field, cyber security.
Any idea when the Markman hearings could be for SFOR's IP infringment case? Those type of hearings really put a gun to he head of the infringers. They have to reveal not only the full extent of their infringment but trade secrets as to how they used the stolen IP. They may not want that to come to light publically!
Jesse Livermore, the 20th century's best trader said "Money is made by sitting, not trading" "It takes time to make money" "It was never my thinking that made the big money for me. it always was sitting" Rookies are suprised to learn he advocated a lower maintenance, higher patience approach as he matured. I'm following his lead with SFOR. Until their 10-K and 1st Q report for 2017 is out do you reall know how SFOR is doing? I don't.
Yeah, and it's tax selling season to boot!
That's currently true. However, you are forgetting the SFOR tweet last week about Guarded ID for the first time EVER being the #1 on the best sellers list of cyber defensive software under networking security. It was also most wished for. In fact, SFOR's Guarded ID and Mobile Trust have, at times, been in the #1 and #2 slots respectively. Hour to hour sales figures like short-term fluctuations in the pps do not concern me in the least! Consumer awareness does. That has risen considerably, the pps will follow in time. If you can't wait for the year-end 10-K which will capture sales figures and the 1st Q of 2017 I understand. Some people have much shorter timelines than I do. I am not a flipper. I am in for the long haul because I know what I own.
Long & Strong SFOR!
"Real products you can purchase (on-line & in-store) and actually use". Yeah, and the only pink-sheet listed cyber security play. "just not sure if anyone is paying for them" the partial answer to that question can be found in the Qs and Amazon best sellers list. "I guess we will find out soon enough". With the release of the year-end 10-K statement capturing sales figures
from Cyber Monday to the end of the holiday sales boosted by an attractive holiday sale price. Just got to be patient to really know. Until then & the release of the 1st Q in 2017 I am long & strong SFOR!
Reasonable estimate IMO as a former finance officer. You're also right on target about accounts receivable. That will make or break us! If neglected, SFOR could be out of business in a year.
