Have a good sleep til then. The last company PR as much as said to expect nothing until Oct.
Thanks chilar for making the trip to court.
Could you provide a link to the RNER dilution please. IMO, RNER may have its faults, but printing shares ain't one of them:
Per T/A (T/A transition and share structure complete)
O/S 52M
Restricted 42M
Float 10M
American Heritage Stock Transfer
416-907-3118
IMO, there are more questions around the details of the agreement with RainEarth co in China than there are around the share structure. That said, the TA here looks pretty damn good and the company has inked contracts for their products.
At 6 months old, RNER is a new company; if they're legit, and I have 120k shares (at .024) that thinks they are, this is a very attractive ground floor/rebound entry point.
RNER .033 on an upward trend over the past 3 days.
This is a company that has bottomed out heavily over the past 6 months while nailing down patents and inking contracts with hospitals in China. Now moving quickly toward old resistance at a nickel.
10 million in the float. Low risk, high reward both short and long term.
On brrrrrreakout volume of almost 25k so far.
BioTech play
IMGG, awaiting (forever it seems) FDA approval on a real time 3d scanning device which puportedly blows away any thing currently in use.
Stock has jumped from .04-.14 in the last 2 days on no news. FDA approval and a buyout may be imminent. CEO posts on IHUB and has sold shares only to keep the lights on while waiting on the FDA.
DNE starting to heat up
Thanks for the call and update. I'm in Sydney, so the call's much harder to make.
Thanks Jimmy. I have some powder left for this one...when the dust settles. It's gotta' hit .05 again sometime in the next 3 months.
Hopefully they spewed out all the bad news in the last PR.
Just wondering.....JB, how many shares do you own here and what's your cost basis? TIA
Sounds like deja vu all over again. Jagman took all the hits on the way up. I guess we ought to slam him for calling a bottom of .15 when CTGI was trading north of $2. He missed by 50%!!! WTF????
Nice to see some posting again on this board though. Even if a lawsuit is the only bone we have to pick.
A lot of linear thinking about this latest acquisition...
Try this on: Javaco was scooped up at bottom barrel prices to promote a line of products/services that we don't yet know about because JB hasn't yet cut that deal/made that acquisition.
None of us saw this one coming. While not as ripe a market as 6 months ago, there's still a lot of great deals out there for pennies on the dollar; plenty of distressed companies are going to have to sell their assetts for much, much less than they ever thought possible if they want to survive.
When JB cuts a deal, if the link to the current biz plan is obvious and linear, great. More likely, there's a lot about his vision for the company that we don't have a clue about. It'll be revealed in time.
That said, I'd take quite seriously the PR's bit about not relying on 3rd party info for SPHE investors. And given the lack of ANY news for a helluva long time, we're looking at another period of serious silence.
Shiiiiiite, even a close of a nickel is a substantial gain over the .02999 close on Friday. The problem will be selling those shares.....gonna' be some dead dog volume days here after the shake out settles. Nothing worse than being stuck with a POS that trades 6k shares a day across a .075 spread.
But if you can wait until the next round of newbies or amnesiacs pour in around October 10th....
And are you of the belief that the PPS is essentially stuck until the "finale" plays out? (give or take a nickel)
I think you're dreaming if you think this Sept 9 date is the end game, the "presumed finale of the CSMG/LGB legal shadow play."
I certainly don't presume that the case will be decided by the COB on 9 Sept. Court battles drag on and on. This one's how many years old now?
Spec stocks have been running since March. Some are IHUB P&D specials, some have actual merit: good financials or a JV of some sort. But they all have something we ain't got: news, PRs, reports from IR or CEOs.
I think you're right about the lawsuit. If it goes the company's way, DR will pull the tape off CTGI's choppers and it will be back in play. A continuance, a loss....any delay really and we're still adrift.
And whose to say when this will actually occur:
"Therefore, parties are directed to meet and confer prior to the
next status and give a firm date when all parties will be available to appear for settlement
conference. Mailed notice"
A nickel seems to be the common number here.....
1. The company valued the 33+ million shares just to obtain INTEREST debt forgiveness up until 2007 at .04999999
2. 9.5 million warrants valued at a nickel for INTEREST forbearance until 2011.
The company still owes the principal. They never acknowledged the original strike price and dates of the warrants.
We're looking at dead money here. At least until Oct. 2009. Then we're looking at MASSIVE FCUKING wall at a NICKEL until 2011.
Connect the dots: this POS was a holdover from the internet boom days, racking up huge, huge debts that were disguised by seemingly large contracts. No margins were given, no estimates of profit-per-contract. Learn and burn. You run with dogs, you're gonna get fleas. Luckily I took a huge bath today, lol.
Morning JB. Hope the good news we're waiting for hits the wires today.
Joe, did you ever get any answer to your BLAP share structure information?
EVXA
In July, 2009, the Company's Articles of Incorporation were amended to increase the authorized Common Shares of the Company from 50,000,000 to 1,000,000,000, and increasing the number of authorized Preferred Shares from 25,000,000 to 500,000,000. At that time the Company also changed its name to EnviroXtract, Inc.
Cambridge Energy thought they were buying 1.6 million in audited assets when they bought the EVXA technology.....must have seen some potential there...
It's out of our hands. we're all waiting for the same thing: news from the horse's mouth. Barring the PRs, you can pick up shares at bargain basement prices. Or you can wait and see what happens in the next few months. If they PR good financials, count on paying a lot more for your shares.
If you want rock solid DD, buy a blue chip company....oh wait, can you say Fannie, GM and AIG?
I'm much happier with the risk/reward here at this price
I'd think selling one of the units, given the price tag, would be a pretty hard secret to keep. Even if Chemtura had tight seals, the buyer wouldn't gain much by keeping the deal cloaked.
From the 2007 Chairman's Report
"Importantly, SMC (Spearhead Management Canada) was able to secure additional National Master Standing Offers (“NMSO”) during 2007, which contributed to sustenance of turnover. NMSO are Canadian government procurement vehicles that
are awarded to companies via a competitive qualification, adjudication and bidding process that takes
approximately two years. We believe that SMC’s strong base of solid NMSO places SMC in a strategic
competitive position to secure additional assignments from various departments and agencies."
From the list of this year's contracts, it looks like that's exactly what's happening.
"1st question: Why is the only piece of information on your website that is updated in the past year and a half the job postings. Will there be updates to the site with more current information."
It's not implausible to think that SPHE is awaiting settlement of their legal proceedings before making a lot of public announcements about $$ matters. Let's face it: if the company PRs very high income #'s and they're implicated legally, it's no stretch of the imagination to think that they'll have to pay a bigger chunk of money to settle things.
I hope this isn't the case as these proceedings can drag on for months, even years. Like everyone here, I'm hoping for something substantial this week in the way of PRs and will be disappointed if no news hits the wire before the COB on Friday.
That's a mighty big "if". We don't know the float here, the A/S or the O/S.
When the numbers are confirmed, hopefully via email sometime soon, then some volume will puor in......unless it's north of a billion, lol.
His own dime? Funny you mention "dime" given the current PPS.... DR's record on lawsutis isn't too crash hot....what's he owe Gordon Allison these days?
Look, running down the lawsuit in and of itself isn't what's so objectionable here. Plenty of companies have suits pending, and they handle those suits as they move ahead with their business. Their operations don't just disappear because they have legal proceedings.
Linking back to a few posts, we're now looking at October for an amended motion to be filed. How much longer until a final verdict is reached?
DR has guaranteed that CTGI is, at best, dead money until he deems fit to communicate with the investment public. We're looking at well over a year of silence. How can you expect any sane investor to back that?
Rain, love the big fish TEVI has attracted to help it step up into the bigtime. You've been a big advocate of MMRF as well. How do see the med record end game playing out?
Do you think the feds are going to selct a single platform for all those billions of stimulus dollars? Why would they pick a handful of comapnies if there are compatability issues down the road? And who you think is in the pole position for the lion's share of the cash?
I'm long TEVI since .023 with no plan to sell.
And for the bigger picture, we're at least 2 quarters out: The tape reading will show an entire Q's worth of operation, but the P to O biz won't. However, if the P to O is up and running successfully anytime in the next Q, I doubt there'll be anyone complaining about the PPS, except those who waited to buy.
The only thing between this stock and $5 or $50 a share is a successful demonstration of the plastic to oil technology. If that occurs in a manner similar to what Johnny B (Good) has suggested, there's no upside limit. And we've been told to expect a demo before the snow falls. If successful, entire industries could sprout up around the collection and processing of old plastic.
While we wait for the behemoth, there's the tape biz to tide us over. Already profitable, unique in its reach.
Not much risk here IMHO for the potential massive payday. Buy now or wait til it's all PR'ed and you'll still be happy to buy at 5-10X today's PPS
Somehow I doubt that a guy who has developed computerized coding programs for NASA has done a paper filing. LOL
Morning Jimmy. Let's see a dime today!
Why not? Personally, currently I'm building a multi-billion dolar portfolio. Another 1,999,999,972 and I'm there!
Good morning from Australia. Love the board...not as crazy about catching the opening bell at 1:30 am.
Is DNE purely a technical play for you?
Hopefully these are fulltime positions and not short term contracts that SPHE is hiring.
A bit of news of financials and we build a new base north of a dime. Hopefully the run-up that started Friday won't fizzle due to lack of support from the company's PR machine.
Morning Chart. Had a look at HDVY lately?
Volume's here today....63k so far......PPS down to .02......hope we get some good news from the company before this drifts into the sub penny abyss
MC, do you think their investment was in the form of bonds or commons? Seems like the vultures wrest control of a company, clearly for their own ends. It would be very revealing to know if they bought common shares or not.
Let's see: "A lousy judgement of less than $1M and you act like you don't know what's going on?"
So you're telling me that DR is holding up the forward progress of this company for close to one year, while competing suture procedures are pushing ahead with news and developments, over a less than a lousy million bucks?
You explain it to me: where's the wisdom, when you have a technology supposedly worth billions (your numbers), in delaying its rollout? Why not sell one of the divisions (another spurious pipe dream started on this board) and be done with debt forever? When you're trying to gain market traction with a new procedure, time is absolutely crucial. C'mon Lowman. I KNOW you're at LEAST that smart.
Remember Chastang? How the CO2 seperater, the previous golden goose, wasn't being put into operation because of a lousy lawsuit? What was the end game there? DR gets billed for close to a million to get it removed....
It doesn't add up. Rationalizing DR's strange and destructive behavior, in light of the crucifiction of the PPS, borders on folly usually reserved for only the most zealous believers.
The rest of the investing world prefers a more traditonal method of communication and business operation.
The other considerable reason being that NOBODY knows WTF is going on with this company and hasn't for 10 months.
