Could you provide a link to the RNER dilution please. IMO, RNER may have its faults, but printing shares ain't one of them:

IMO, there are more questions around the details of the agreement with RainEarth co in China than there are around the share structure. That said, the TA here looks pretty damn good and the company has inked contracts for their products.
At 6 months old, RNER is a new company; if they're legit, and I have 120k shares (at .024) that thinks they are, this is a very attractive ground floor/rebound entry point.
