no remember that Apple is free to file own patents in the CE space (even though they do reference patents within CIP and reference LQMT). However, its positive that the technology appears to be moving along. Just sharing, thats all...
...don't disagree with you on the statement of Visser not being hired to create the machine. The individual who made the statement apparently did not do their homework.
You should have been CEO then :)
You may have gotten this right, better than Steipp.
Securing profitable business and manufacturing in this arena are two different things. Lqmt was short sighted in selecting them, but desperate times obviously led to not the greatest choice, or else they would have ended up with a more reputable manufacturer.
Someone else to take seriously...insulting a person you have never met in person. Smh...at least I get a laugh out of the responses. FYI - "loss" is "lose" ....peace man
Good post
This is like a conspiracy fest...we really don't know squat what is happening behind the scenes. I am sure that opinions presented here May or may not be close to what us going on behind the scenes, but hey everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just know that Lqmt or VPC have failed in this business relationship; just be men about it and square this crap away. I will lose money, break even or make money - those are 3 things I know for sure.
So get a lawyer if you are an investor and feel that you were misled.... Pouring money into a penny stock has risks and that is well known...
Hey I can wish and dream..."if" things work themselves and lqmt moves on, I would be happy if someone swoops in and buys them for .30/share. Better than saying ooooohh I want to get $5/share. However, if it goes south, then it was my choice, because I own shares. You may be a pessimist and you may end up being right, but sheesh enough with the going to single penny or 3 cent status. Well almost time for college football....
You know I was reading through the materion 2013 presentation just put out earlier this week. Amorphous metals continue to be part of their core technologies and their 8k's infer to investing into these core technologies, so they believe in it. I will take 30 cents for my shares and I'll call it a day .....
I come in peace... So straightforward answers...do you believe this will be good or bad for company? Arbitration, swift or drawn out? For today I agree, someone at Lqmt has to be accountable, just don't see it happening. If VPC did not deliver then I hope that they have the common decency and sense to not fight this, but who knows. If Lqmt gets through this hopefully they properly vet a qualified manufacturing partner or multiple partners.
Thanks for the response...Buona fortuna!
Touchy arent we...I have no agenda here, just trying to get some feedback from you. Guess I am stupid as they come because I bought shares in this company who has either has a great future or has ZERO chance. BTW..I talked to them last week and actually had a f/u inquiry this week that is pending. Memo to self - Do not ask "Watts" a question anymore or inquire from him.
Hmmm, ok. Last time you talked to any of them? When was the last time you actually believed they could actually commercialize or execute on their business plan?
Hey question, when is the last time you talked to anyone at RSM? Also, if you played a "role" in the KB ouster, what holds you back from going after Steipp, Chung, or anyone else at LQMT?
Np for the reminder. I am glad that I not the guy who invested $1M into this. When I first read about that a while back, I chuckled for a minute. A phrase that Southerners like to use came to mind - "Oh bless their heart.."
Question (I may be stupid, so I may not comprehend) - Why is "Crucible..." on the documents within that patent. Maybe I read it incorrectly, but it looks like an "amendment" to the original patent...I could have read interpreted wrong...
Anyone heard of this company before?

Interesting... Lqmt already did SIM ejector tool. Long read time, but talks about materials, small springs, etc.

Nice post...its either get it together and begin to show steady growth in revenue or just throw in the towel.
