I did a google search for Herbal Vodka just to see if it existed. Seems it does. At least it's not some new gimmick they are trying.

Is it possible that they haven't released the news yet because they want to get more shares for friends, family, and themselves?
Which means?
What does that mean when the bid is higher than ask?
LOL....I like it.
Ummm....I don't know who you are. Please do tell.
I'm also an HBRM shareholder. My average cost here is .0015. I don't understand your point. I don't think diluting CHRI by issueing that many shares for this deal would be a good thing.
I don't think that would be good for CHRI shareholders. I happen to be one of them.
Where is this rumor coming from?
This was in the latest 10Q. Doesn't say anything bout the float.
Series A cumulative convertible preferred stock, $.001 par value, 10,000,000 shares authorized, 2,150,000 issued and outstanding
Series B cumulative convertible preferred stock, no par value, 5% non-cumulative; liquidation preference of $14.64 per share; 2,000,000 shares authorized, 0 issued and outstanding
Common Stock, par value $.001; 500,000,000 shares authorized, 423,744,421 and 395,769,546 shares issued and outstanding, respectively'
So basically all the O/S are in the float?
yeah and 1/3 where it is now.
So you put the buyout price at .004 before that split? Yeah, right.
Alrighty then. How bout a factual answer.
Can anyone tell me what the float is here?
51% ownership stake is not a buyout. If they do a buyout we shareholders will get the price of the buyout divided by number of O/S times how many shares you have. 51% ownership will help the PPS go up, I think.
Big difference in price.
I've been a shareholder in CHRI for some time now. This is the first buyout planned for them. I think it would be good to get some CHRI shares at the current price.
New "to" you or new "for" you would be the same thing. Stop looking for issues that aren't there.
Go away!!!
Yes, getting HBRM at a bargain price is always a good thing. Them knowing what the announcement is, would make the price even higher. How high, I don't know. One thing to understand is that assuming the announcement is good for HBRM, it's just as good for CHRI. The better the news on Tuesday, the higher the buyout price.
I beg to differ. The market value and pps is not always a true reflection of the actual value of a company. Look at CHRI for example. It is way under valued. Gaining entrance into the U.S. market and upping the credibility of a Chinese company, is something you can't put a price on. Plus what ever Tuesday's announcement is, puts the actual value on this deal much higher. No, I'm not going to venture a guess on the price of the deal. I'll just be very surprised if it stays where it is now.
So you are putting the buyout price at or below where we are now?
You've done some great DD. Unfortunately, there was one hold out on taking shares in lieu of cash for the debt. I wish I could name them but right now I cannot. Raley had told me at one time not too long ago that he was trying to put together a private placement to revive the company but this one debt holder was holding things up. I did just dial his number and it went to voice mail yet again. He used to be good about calling back and even answering my calls. Nothing now. I firmly believe this pig is dead. I really got to trusting him but now I just don't know. According to their website, they are looking for a new CFO. Not sure how old that is but it's the first time I saw it.
Nope, no word here either. I used to speak with him quite often. Unfortunately it looks like he fooled me as well. I hope he used my money on something nice. It's too bad he's turning out to be scum like the rest of them. Never thought I'd say that. Oh well.
Wow...14 years. I hope for your sake they do leak something soon. You are a very patient and trusting investor. Good luck to you and us all.
Right back at ya.
Thank you for your kind response. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Why is there no talk of what happened yesterday? Did anything happen?
Ok, I get it. No one wants to respond to me. Could someone else ask the question I just asked so maybe we can get an answer....LOL
Thanks
I could be wrong but I don't think the buyout will be mentioned on Tuesday. I think it will come later. This announcement is more on the increased rev stream and product line. But what do I know....LOL
After corresponding with the company, I believe we are in for more than just one event in the near future. Although the significant announcement coming next week might not include the buyout, it is still in the works. So, HBRM announces that they have had a growth spurt and then comes the CHRI buyout. Yum Yum Yum
The dirt is amazing, this is true. I prefer to focus on the entire business as a whole. The EPA green light should open the flood gates to orders that are waiting in the wings. At least I hope orders are waiting in the wings here. Be kinda sad if all marketing is on hold until the green light comes.
What is latest on the private open to the public meeting that wasn't going to happen that did?
Wouldn't that be the same number? To sell, one must buy and vice versa.
Nobody in their right mind would donate to O'Shit's reelection campaign. Yes you are a genius as well. I guess. What facts can you post here that prove your point that it isn't GLEC? Or is that just your educated opinion?
Sorry but if you don't know who it is then you don't know who it isn't.
Ok then genius'....who is it then? Why didn't they name who it was?
Do we know who this company is? That would be a great one to invest in.
I would still like to see some mention of the buyout in these PR's. Am I alone here?
Here is another possible gold mine for us all. Thoughts?

China's Water Shortage Hits The U.S.
Water Problems from China Travel 6,942 Miles

>>Click Here To Watch This Critical Video Update On The
Surprising News of the US Water Crisis & One Of Its Largest Creditors...<<
This will be short and to the point (You need to read this message and I want to get you this information as fast as possible).
You might not know this, but right now less than 1% of the water in the world is drinkable.
And most of that is in a deep lake in Siberia.
That means the rest of the world is left to fight over scraps.
For a while that was no big deal... But now you've got the 1,339,724,852 people from China in the picture. (To give you some perspective, that's about 428% Larger Than The United States...)
Think about it - they've got 20% of the world's population but only 7% of the world's water.
That means they're going to try and get water somewhere else... And I just happen to know a country that owes them some money - US!
