The incentives for Solar are great. But to make them a benefit, your Elec bill needs to be in the $200 a month range to warrant the cost. My Elec bill is about $40 a month and during the summer when I have the A/C on. it's about $80. So installing Solar is not an option for me at this point. When the Elec company pays for the install and just sells me the Elec. Then it would be ok. But until then, I would not be producing enough energy for them to buy back to offset the cost of a Solar install.
To all! Can anyone tell me how to insert a pic on this site. I have pics of the solar panels on houses on my street that I would like to post.
Any Help! Please!

And above is another one! I did not see, but would expect that to keep the batteries charged, that they would mount some sort of solar panel on the roof.
It just brings goose bumps to think where Solar is going. So many companies, so few installers.
Thanks for the PM! It's hard to tell though.
That's why Mid/Central Calif would be much better to me than Nth, Calif. There are many more miles and sunnier places in Sth. Calif. More rain and overcast up north. I would like them to concentrate more on S. Calif area and closer to home.
So like I said, what I am hoping they meant when they said N. Calif was, that they were going N.in Calif. This would put them in the Mid/Central areas of farming.
This is what was said in the PR. "Very Shortly"!

LOS ANGELES, Jan 04, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BRAVADA International Ltd. (www.BravadaLtd.com) (Pink Sheets: BRAV) announced today that its Q4 and full fiscal year 2010 revenue continued to grow sequentially with very strong December, Q4 and full year 2010 revenue growth. Sales of its women's activewear remained strong throughout December even into the last full week after the December 25th Holiday. BRAVADA experienced revenue growth across all of its product categories and expects growth to continue into Q1 2011 and throughout the 2011 fiscal year. Full year 2010 and Q4 2010 financial results are expected to be released shortly at OTCMarkets.com. BRAVADA has a number of growth drivers planned in Q1 that it expects will continue to grow its revenue sequentially, significantly expand its gross margins in addition to organic revenue growth. These Q1 plans include expanding its online ecommerce enterprises, growth of its women's activewear ecommerce website, www.BravadaWomen.com, additional BRAVADA Women's Athletica retail store openings and more, details of which shall be provided to shareholders shortly.

Can we agree that this is correct? That this did not happen as implied?
Correct me if I am wrong. But is Tsingda part of the Education system that the CEO of SSOL was schooled at? Is this the one they compare to Harvard and Yale? Stanford & Berkely?
http://www.tsingda.com/index_en.htm
A strong Educations system in China continues to advance the knowledge in Solar and Green Energy and other areas. The US is very much lagging in the Green Energy Field IMO!
I am hoping that they meant going north from Walnut. Middle of the state is very huge in farming of all sorts of things. I have not been North of Fresno in many, many years and do not remember what they had up there.
Maybe Walnut and Olive Trees and the likes of those.
Excuse me! On Jan 4th, 2011, DA said the financials would be out SOON. That is a promise that he has not kept. He did not say the middle of April like they have been. He said SOON and bragged about how good the financials are supposed to be.
Well if they are that good, why not have gotten them out sooner than what has been the norm with this.
Now the use of the word SOON comes out again. Possibly SOON! Doubtful that anything gets done SOON with Bravada.
Why is it that major corps can get there financials done and reported early, but a one store Bravada cannot seem to do the same, nor can it open a store on time or have a Grand Opening when it says.
Seems to me that not much of what was supposed to be done with this stock, has actually been done.
One way or another, nothing gets done her SOON!
Be the Mod and remove posts like #6051. They have no place on this board. Start taking some sort of control over the language and pictures that get posted. If in doubt, ask Admin for support.
Happy Fools day to you and yours as well. Sincerely hope that we are not to big of fools here with BRAV.
Gotta hang in here so that at some point we will have a profit. I only have about 8k in this and holding way down.
Mars/Venus-I did not say anything about being offended. Why would that be interpreted. Just use a diffent choice of words to get your point across is what I asked.
I am not to thrilled about the Financials. Again, I say to diversify with Solar and do not put all your eggs in one basket.
SSOL should have had some sort of PR ready with the release of the financials. The PR's should have included something regarding the signed contracts and what stage they are in with those.
I personally do not think that we should be expanding into N. CA or San Diego. I think it is to costly. We should be able to offer the products local at a discount if they want more business. As it is, San Diego is only a little over 2 hrs from Walnut and Cochella Valley is about 1 1/2 from Walnut.
There are just way to many projects here they could pursue.
Being the Mod, you should be able to see who deleted what. If a post was deleted that you replied to, yours will be deleted as well.
Look under mangage, it might have been the Admin. They will remove a message if it is not board specific and more of a personal nature.
Did someone really make a prejudice comment like that on this board? How sad and that person should not be allowed to post on Ihub.
How would the Mod or Asst let that go? But to bring it up again with this post is not good either.
One word can get the whole post removed. If the other post was removed, it should have not been re-addressed with this post.
This is so much why I keep making the statement to stick to the stock itself.
Dig--Please find a different choice of words to use on a public board. What does Jesus have to do with SSOL!
Be just a little more sophisticated with the language.
Journie--Did we hit the .10 mark that you made the statement on? NO! That is why statements and opinons create doubt on these boards. True investors want facts and not a bunch of hype. This will scare solid investors to another stock.
Again, I ask that we stick to the facts of SSOL.
I think you are being very realistic when it comes to Solar. Just do not put all your eggs in one basket though.
So when it does not get to .10 as you state and it will not get to .10 today is my statement. Who will be right and who will seem to know more than the other and be more credible? Just stay Credible with your posting!
I do not think we will end up over .0015 today. I base that on, no financials out, contracts being cancelled and no PR's.
I am long on Solar and Sunvalley. I continue to say, DIVERSIFY WITH DIFFERENT SOLAR COMPANIES!
If you look at the post. It was a statement of where the PPS would be today.
How would others take this board if soemone was to post about this going to a $1 when we are barely over a penny. Some are professing to sell if we cannot hold .0013 this week. How credible will Journie be if the stated PPS is not reached?
What I am saying, is that we need to keep this board real and based on facts that can be proven. Not the hype! When the hype does not materialize, the PPS will go lower. I do not care what someones guess is of where the PPS will be at the end of the day. It will be where it ends up.
Keep the board real about Solar and Sunvalley. Post your feelings on the Stock or Solar Power. But do not post what you think the PPS will be at the end of the day.
Some Sweet Day..SSOL Stock will at .25 cents, is not hype, but I don't have any proof or links I can provide to back that statement up sorry.
Then do not make the statement. I am sorry, your personal opinion of where the value will be today does not hold water. When it does not reach that value today, your credibility will dimish as well as the credibility of this board.
If you cannot simply post facts regarding solar or Sunvalley, then stop posting.
Do you have some sort of insider trading knowledge to profess something that you cannot back up with a link?
I have no idea what you are asking me with your question!
But I will take a guess that you are asking me, if I think that, "Will SSOL reach .10 someday"
To that I would answer, oh! heck yea! Easily with solar, but I would also tell you to diversify amoungst other solar companies as well. Do not put all your eggs in one basket.
That is my concern as well. But if they work early and before it gets to hot, then they should be able to. If we stop and think for a moment! The Fruit and vegetables seem to do well in the heat. Working protected should be fine in the heat.
I would think the average temp from June-Sept would be about 110 degrees. But when you are in direct sunlight, it is a lot hotter.
But people do work out there in the heat. Just something that you get used to. The place does not fold up and go away during the summer. In fact, most of the fruit stands thrive during the summer there. And the stuff tastes so much better coming right from the farm as compared to a store.
Then stop posting it as it looks silly and again, all hype!
This keeps getting posted, but can you tell me what number we are? I do not see Sunvalley or SSOL!
Make the post complete with a number and a link to the number if it is there!
It's these types of posts that will kill us. How would anyone know that it will run next week. This is hype and should be removed.
It's just gorgeous outside in S. Ca and about 60 miles from the Cochella Valley and about 40 miles from Sunvalley's office. There is about 100+ miles betwen them both. Very sunny and it is supposed to be about 95 in the Cochella Valley today.
I do not see SSOL there at all! What am I missing? What number is SSOL?
Here was another on of those hype posts without proof of where to find it.
Really have to think about what you post, even though it seems you are excited.
Just document it on your post.
I do not have the slightest idea how many farms there are in the Cochella Valley/Imperial Valley. It is a huge place. When you think of one farm having 10,000 acres, dang that is alot.
So when you multiply the number of panels needed for these number of acres, one should get excited to know that we have our foot in the door.

Wow! And this to a shareholder who jumped through hoops to get to the Grand Opening in Vegas of the Khaos store as he was invited by DA, only to not have the store open and he could not get his money back, He went way out for Bravada and does not deserve a comment like that.
He Talked the Talk, but do not believe he can Walk the Walk. He wants a 35% reduction in oil usage by 2035. He wants Brazil to Drill baby Drill and we will Buy Baby Buy!
He did not really address hard enough the use of Green Energy.
If I were a Rep or Senator, I would be pushing for those buying and selling Green Energy Stocks to not have to pay taxes on them so as to get more poeple to invest in them and make these projects grow.
That is exactly what I meant! Post the URL with any statements of facts. Remove yourself from the statement of hype but bet be excited to post the PR'ed news.
I LOVE YOU!
NO not hype! This is a great way to create trust with shareholders and soon to be shareholders. Back up the statements with facts. Not doing this, is what kills most pink stocks.
I want to see Sunvalley grow and grow.
Just not like this!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=61467610
Even if it is! There should have been something directing someone to it as should be the case with any post that makes a statement of what the company is doing.
I for one, do not look at the stickies prior to reading the board. If we direct someone to read about it where ever it is, it creates a trust base for Sunvalley.
OK! Here comes Obama.
That is the prodominent work force on the farms in the Cochella Valley. They have green cards and come across the border, which is not that far away.
Installing the panels in June? Wow! It's is going to very, very sunny and hot in the open at that time of the year.
It's not the post. It's the lack of proof with the post. To make it an exciting post for a newbee to read about, would have contained a link to the information that the newbee would be able to have gone to. Thus when the newbee went there, they could have read all the other PR's as well.
But when a newbee visits this site and reads a statement without any documentation, it looks like hype.
If that were not the case, why is it that now we want to call the companies that we have contracts with? SSOL already PR'ed that we had contracts and Journie made the comment about 1.2 mill. Why do we have to call?
We want facts! Not just statements.
Can we agree to that? Journie, you opinion here matters as well.
But if it was missed! Call the companies we have contracts with. It is getting hotter by the day in the Cochella Valley.
And now Obama is going to speak on Green Energy and push that. It might be about drill, drill, drill though as well.
If they would tell you anything, that would be great, I think that would be a great idea.
You would think that they would have to start real soon as the weather in Cochella Valley is getting hotter by the day.
And I agree with that as well. But post #5407 is what set me off.
Post like that are no more than rah rah. Now if there was reference to a PR with that post, then that would have been acceptable. But to just make the statement is hype.
Stick to the facts and prove it for the sake of Sunvalley Solar.
Post 5407 made a statement of signing a 1.2 million dollar contract. This is the post that I replied to originally.
You did not refer to anything with that post for proof or documentation.
That is creating hype!
Don't know what else to think at this point. Just from past history with this, they have not done much with baseless PR's. Even direct phone calls give no info, which is a good thing IMO.
What ever comes out, needs to do so with a PR and not on a private phone call.
One way or another, Solar is a long play as we grow into this outstanding possibility for the future.
Diversify amoungst a few solar companies as Solar will be in our future more and more every day IMO.
Looking for the Financials by the end of the week. To me, this is what holds a lot of pinks down. They need to get them out earlier than a drop dead date.
I would think that they have their hands full with what they had in contracts, plus the working with obtaining the film for the panels and all that stuff. Probably enough to carry them through the mid year. Only so many experienced installers and with all the different companies out there installing, makes it hard to come by experienced help IMO.
I look for many more projects for them to undertake in the near future.
Making a post like the one you did! Without naming the source of where the info came from, to me is HYPE!
Sort of like me making a statementhere: That we had new and bigger contracts coming out.
How would I know, insider info? Hope not! But this should be done through a PR if this were the case or I should be able to cite where the info was obtained from and post it on the board.
As the Mod, you could then sticky it and post it so that we all could see it.
Hype to me is making a statement without basis for the statement, no matter which direction the hype is directed. As a positive or a negative.
If you want to make a statement about one of the older PR's, this is fine, make the statement for the newbee's, but include like maybe:
From there PR's dated and when?
