Very nicely put together site.
What happened to the preferred they were going to create?
The Board of Directors of CMKM announced today the approval of a
plan to spin-out Casavant International Mining Corporation, a wholly
owned subsidiary of CMKM which owns zinc depositories. CMKM shall
issue 1 preferred share for every 10,000 shares of CMKM for the
purposes of completing the spin-out. The transaction will be
completed, pending shareholder approval and SEC registration
requirements.
That's from 10 March 2003.

That's pretty opaque. What does it mean?
A couple of weeks ago there was a brief notice in the local paper, informing people who'd bought cars from All Pro and hadn't got their paper work to contact the State. Then they said the investigation was "continuing". That was all.
Glad all's well. By the time Charley got here it was a non-event. None of the high winds they'd predicted, and not even very much rain. Sun came out a little while ago.
Edit: I see THEY are now predicting more rain for tonight, but lately their track record has been dismal.
Seems Urbie's not interested, so why don't you stop spamming Christian Traders?
Good taste on Urbie's part, I'd say.
Bach atcha.
LOLOL!! Someone must have done it as a joke. But if whoever it is is also willing to pay my hotel bills and airfare, I'm willing to go...
Did anyone notice that Janice is registered for the party in vegas? ...interesting
You already read it:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3809913
And I may have seen earlier posts about it at RB. I didn't keep a list.
LOLOL!! A "treatise"??? He wrote a commentary on Sarbanes-Oxley. Big whoop.
Unless you think the partner at EA that wrote a treatise on proper officer/director conduct in the SEC's eyes is not enough of a watchdog for this kind of thing. LOL
Maybe Melvin just likes to say "no comment". I must confess I've always wanted to say that to a bunch of reporters. While wearing sunglasses and a Dramatic Hat, of course.
If you told me that Melvin likes to wear a dress when he operates the drills, I wouldn't think it was nearly as strange as him saying "No comment" repeatedly to the sterling question.
See my post about the "2500 Club".
If they paid for his trip, he has to disclose it with every post.
If they paid for his trip, he has to disclose it if asked.
lol, and if they did, Willy's gonna eat his little heart out.
Yes...
Janice????? All you said was woooooooo....any other ideas??
If true, the individuals involved could be sued by the SEC for undisclosed touting. It happened to Ron Reece, a poster at SI, several years ago.
Woooo.... More on the 2500 Club...

Whaddya wanna bet that the guy who was then posting as "Peter" is now posting here as "Pedro"?
1. Sterling has pretty much stopped posting. He prefers to contribute to Paltalk.
1. I really don't think anyone should pay any attention to what Melvin says or doesn't say.
JMO: Sterling's in waaaayyy over his head.
If Sterling really was at the "meeting", he needs to start making disclosure with every one of his posts.
Woooooo....
Very good question, and one that hasn't been answered....
One more thing about Glenn going up to Canada. I worked for a Senior VP at a huge international company. About 7 months of the year, he was traveling on business, BUT, he never traveled ANYWHERE, if he didn't have to. He only traveled if the meeting couldn't be brought to him. Why couldn't this meeting be brought to New York, or even Las Vegas? Well, two possibilities. One, Glenn needs to meet up with people who can't leave Canada. Or two, the meeting could have taken place in Las Vegas, but Glenn chose Canada instead, because of the scenery. In either case, someone could not come to new york. Why? Who couldn't come to New York? I don't know. But I like asking questions.
Nice fantasy....
I'd like to resort to my main method of coping: Dreaming about the remote possibility that Melvin might actually know what he's talking about...
This really IS worse than the political posts.
What egregious BS.
Oh my. You are cruel. Or we are. This is so confusing.
lol, and they hate everyone else, so they're fair game...
You got it.
I would like to know what you were going to say, probably something to the effect that its unlikely that I would to die from a terrorist attack...
I lived in Milan when terrorists were blowing things up all over Italy. Was I hysterical about it? Was I even frightened?
No.
Not long ago there was an earthquake in Iran that killed some 50,000 people. Now THAT'S scary. Barely made the front pages of the papers here. Life is full of risks and full of dangers. We all have to understand that, and deal with it.
I agree. And I don't think most New Yorkers walk around scared to death. The ones I know--and I know quite a few--aren't frightened.
I think jon is an exception, as New Yorkers go.
He just said he was wounded while serving in Afghanistan. What part of that don't you understand?
You have no idea what terrorism is, you live in your own little world.
Ourself is way trickier than he thinks, eh?
that's ok...we're the same person, remember? lol
You seem to have a great deal of contempt for "foreigners". Reminds me of Dubya.
Don't forget that we're a nation of immigrants.
I agree, but I don't like when people from other countries wrap a broad blanket of criticism around America...
So you think it's appropriate to respond by doing the same?
They don't.
I hope all Americans do not feel that way about Canadians.
Wow....I wasn't aware of that.
To most Americans Canada is a joke, a people to laugh at and aspire to be DIFFERENT from.
Have you ever been to Canada?
...and using OUR dollars to subsidize the shortcomings of the human race..
Beg pardon? If you're thinking of our Foreign Aid, it represents a tiny portion of our budget, and a very large chunk of it goes to Israel.
hisssssss....thought I'd just hit it.
Time yet? Edit: DAMN!!!
Speaking of him, I'd just LOVE to give him a Map Test. Could he locate Baghdad on a blank map of Europe and the Middle East? Paris? Madrid?
I doubt it very much.
Thanks, Huck...
And you can't have been jailed or you wouldn't be able to post anywhere but the Jail thread.
Huh? I didn't report any post by you, and I don't remember one. Maybe it was deleted before I even saw it. Can't imagine why, unless it was part of last night's "religious" discussion, much of which seems to be gone now...
Hmmmm...I was unaware of that. I should think it's pretty good luck for drycleaners, though.
Really nasty. Even worse than having birds poop on you.
Hell no. Heaven forbid!
