Quick question for longs. From what i read while being on these boards couple of months, is that they wouldnt be able to release any PR's regarding business related deals unless the lawyers stepped out of the way. Is that still the case?
IF so the PR release the other day would suggest that the lawyers are not involved in any case and may be wrapping this litigation up?

IF you do a little digging in this forum you will come across a guy named nobody....

He seems like a basher to some but he is a long that is just fed up but realistic. He is knowelegdble about the company and one thing he said that makes sence is the O/S being really much higher then 2 billion. i was conservative compared to him with my estimate.. if you find his post you will see how the numbers were calculated.

This company was deep in debt paying for an endless list of litigation with with dilution for over 7+ years.
But hopefully it looks now it finally coming out of the darkness. and its amazing they never went bankrupt. They have revenue now and it will blow pass current pps..

they have been in lawsuit cases the last 7+ years for companies that infringed on there patents. they diluted the stock to pay. now its time to pay share holders back!

Although i agree with you guys about images, hemp can be harvested for alternative fuel. And the fact that hemp can now be legally grown by US farmers this really isn't that far fetched. I'm sure it will be done by some if not all alternative fuel companies at some point. IF Gers can use there patent technology to increase the yield like they do with corn, could provide the company with more revs.

With all due respect i know you have been with this play for a long time. Im curious as to why you stuck around for so long? Why did you buy back in at 0003 if you knew it was gonna drop with more dilution, and eminent R/S as you say. Being a long here on just one play whats got your interest?

Personally if i was confident as you, in price of a play would drop to nothing with dilution and R/S eminent, i would be on something else. Or wait to buy until after the caos has past.
