No worries man...
No need for apology, my post was not intended to rile you up. Just a post that's all...
What do I mean? Exactly what my last post said...
Glad you find it funny...
Some people expect the LM machine to be online at Engels site, but reality is only current licensees can buy them behind the scenes.
Past article from Jan.

Interesting article on mirrors:

Comes from the Caltech crew, but good regardless.
Thanks for the feedback on LMT future, it was very enlightening. Bashing or pumping a stock sure takes a lot of effort. Whether I like it or not at least I can acknowledge feedback from actual shareholders whether I agree or not with them on the company's future. I have something in common with them - being a shareholder of record. Anyhow, at least the technology appears to be moving forward, we will see what the verdict is on LMT....
Writeup on the patents that came out within the past several weeks from Apple:

Thanks I didn't dig further on the background...so that was my mistake.

It's time to LIQUIDMETALIZE your products!
Unless I missed something, just like G, stated there is no Titanium in the alloy from Hon Hai. Granted if they are using more Zirconium that would make the alloy stronger. BTW, the following came from the CC yesterday:
"We continue to invest in our research and development by developing new Liquidmetal alloys and related processing capabilities..."
Have to take it with a grain of salt, but there has to be at least a 0.01% chance they are looking at other versions of LM.
Search search, or read some of my earlier posts. There have been several in the past few weeks.
It was interesting but based on title not sure if H. Lee is still with Hon Hai. Too much dang mystery in this at times. However, we all know that Apple was free to develop CE which would include patent development, so no surprise there.
Wonder what Boeing will do with this:

Someone had posted about this earlier in the year...
Research the answer...read the filings.
Institutional investors...
Coming from a guy who had not looked into this company before...
Yes because VPC is a fabulous vetted enterprise like precision cast or howmet ....both parties share responsibility
I agree. Nothing to get excited about but nothing to say oy vey! Regardless of whether I like the new Share agreement, at least that is out of the way. Now the VPC issue needs to be addressed. Will hear what they have to say. I am willing to give this 2 more quarters of my time and money.
Looks like this is a new Trademark:

No harm man. Its like going to Vegas, you take $$$, and you come back with more or less $$$ and memories like...well we cant talk about that on this board. It is a gamble, thats all. Now my nest egg, stays on the safer side of investments, where I know the risk of a worm hole swallowing my money is less. Peace man!
Just because Swatch is looking at graphene does not mean that is their future for all of their products. They use stainless steel, titanium, gold, LM, and yes maybe in the future - graphene. SMH, for someone who does not own shares of this company, you sure do have alot of opinions, in my honest opinion. At least Watts owns shares, so I can respect the man for his posts, even if opinions may differ. If I lose the money I used to purchase shares in this company then be it, that was my choice. I am a realist, in that this thing will bust or maybe end up being something that materializes. I am looking for this to go to the moon like some people post on this board - No. Anyways peace. BTW - You shouldnt be screaming at Honors, he didnt scream at you.
Thanks for the response. I just don't think its in the 5s, as how would Apple produce it. If LM is used I would think it would be an iPhone 6, iWatch or some surprise product of theirs. Could be wrong though, but it's non-CE where they need to get something going.
Two new patents:

There is no LM in the enclosure for the 5S:
iPhone 5s embodies Apple’s continuing environmental progress. It is designed with the following features to reduce environmental impact:
Mercury-free LED-backlit display
Arsenic-free display glass
Brominated flame retardant-free
PVC-free
Recyclable aluminum enclosure
Power adapter outperforms strictest global energy efficiency standards
I posted about this a couple of days ago...I thought it was interesting, and now we get all of this noise.
Recent article on Visser, with some references to VPC and the building where they are housed.

Last response from the LMT blog dater someone asked about the issue with VPC:
info.liquidmetal.com/blog/bid/327621/Liquidmetal-Chess-Reworked#Comments
Looks like a private placement of around $25M
I glanced at it last night but looks like they may have figured out how to reduce the cost through GT's furnace process? I caught that in one of the press releases.
There were actually 3 total patent entries for Apple, with C. Prest as inventor, with a date of 10/31/13.
Another good solid post man...
So these are the areas that VPC will have to prove that LMT failed to fulfill their obligations in:
1.14. “LMT Obligations” shall mean LMT’s obligations, consistent with the terms of this Agreement and at LMT’s sole cost and expense, to provide on an ongoing basis:
(a) A sales and engineering staff which is reasonably capable of, and qualified to, (i) solicit Customer Orders and (ii) service Customers both pre-sale and post-sale, including pre-sale engineering and Component design, Customer quality control issues during production and post-production, handling of warranty matters, Customer complaints and issues, and all other non-manufacturing functions associated with the sale of Products.
(b) Such research and development as is reasonably needed to advance the development of the LMT Technology.
(c) Reasonable marketing of Products.
(d) Management, accounting, legal and other general and administrative services as LMT, in its reasonable judgment, deems necessary to perform these obligations.
Interesting background on legal counsel for VPC
Some power play going on or true differences that just need to be ironed out. that vpc mta is something man...
