They definitely have work to do, but they are making progress.
Schott is still a solid partner, funding opportunities pending, and they have another medical imaging partner just waiting on the funding. Just need the funding and we will be golden!
Schott would never partner with a scam! CSpace is real and they know it. This scam story is getting pretty stale. EOM
LOL I meant it in terms of other shares of TDCP that may have let you down.
You won't regret buying these shares IMO.
This stock is going to rock this year!
Who said that they had a final version that was commercial ready?
Sounds pretty sexy to me BoomerSooner!
Looks like they have something to display too!
"The publication of this paper in Journal of Display Technology is a significant achievement both for 3DIcon as a company, and for the three coauthors. It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase the technology we have been working so hard on to develop, and helped define the need for a strategic partner like SCHOTT Defense with expertise in specialty glass," said Doug Freitag, VP of Technology and Product Development, 3DIcon. "The market for 3D display technologies continues to grow every day, and we believe we are developing an outstanding technology that will change the way multiple industries view and analyze data. We're extremely pleased to share our insights with our peers in this paper."
Schott is the proven leader in making glass that can be optimized for laser designs like CSpace.
3DIcon’s patented CSpace® volumetric 3D display technology, along with SCHOTT’s specialty glass and optics technologies, intellectual property, and expertise in delivering quality equipment to the federal government, positions the team to develop state-of-the-art displays across the entire spectrum of U.S. government needs. 3DIcon, with SCHOTT Defense, is executing its strategic vision to build a comprehensive interdisciplinary team that aggressively positions itself, through expanded technology and a depth and breadth of market knowledge, for enhanced access to federal business and funding opportunities for continued development of CSpace® technology.
“3DIcon’s volumetric 3D display technology is a great fit for the strategic direction of SCHOTT Defense,” said Scott Custer, President and CEO of SCHOTT Defense. “The technology provides us with expanded access to new markets and customers within the federal government as well as leverages the core strengths of SCHOTT in specialty glasses and advanced optics. Working together, our mutual efforts position us to successfully commercialize this breakthrough technology.”[/I]
Schott's Jim Stein, VP of Gov't Affairs publicly stated previously at the Management Briefing that they were going to review their existing inventory of glass materials for use by 3DIcon. If there was not a match with their existing glass, they were going to develop glass that would meet the requirements.
There is no indication that it is not going to be used either.
Leap of faith in either case RB.

At its site in Duryea, Pennsylvania, for example, SCHOTT develops active and passive laser glass used in high-power and ultra-short laser pulse applications for laser range finding as well as for medical applications. The innovative CoralPor® porous glass, a high-performance glass used in the medical, aerospace, defense, and oil and gas industries, is also produced in Duryea. Additionally, at its plant in Southbridge, Massachusetts, SCHOTT engineers electronic packaging and lighting products used in the defense and medical industries.
3DIcon is targeting CSpace for the same industries.
I'll stick with the facts in SEC filings. Thanks!
False again FFF! 3DIcon says this is not true.
I believe it's the 2D display you mentioned earlier.
There will be a lot of it served up when they do. In the meantime, we can wait a little longer for things to happen that will make things happen...
I guess using your logic the Schott Defense partnership is not real either, or anything else they have PR'd for that matter. LOL
That's a good one triple F!
3DIcon is seeking funding for CSpace. That is the only popularity contest they are trying to win right now. EOM
The SPIE conference is in Freitag's backyard, so his travel will be "cross town traffic" to quote the late Jimmy Hendrix!
EP, that filing was dated effective 12/31/14 so those shares have probably already been sold into the market.
DECEMBER 31ST, 2014
(Date of Event Which Requires Filing of the Statement)
Or, they are managing the business as best they can given the financial constraints they have struggled with for many years. I know for a fact that the toxic funding was their only option in the past. Did I like it? Heck NO. Did I like the last R/S? Double Heck NO!
However, as myself and others have stated here, they have realized their limitations and inexperience in specific areas and brought in consultants/experts to do that job. We are not privy to all the facts, so I am going to ride this out and see how the funding proposals pans out. I think they are going to be successful. All this blabber about another reverse split and Schott going away is a bunch of hogwash!
As a presenter, he probably gets in free. He also lives nearby, so travel expenses won't amount to much.
Post of the year! Go NTEK!!!
The S-8 shares will most likely be awarded at different times and not hit the market all at the same time. Some may be held by the officers for longer periods of time vs. being spent immediately on groceries.
I never posted that he was presenting for 3DIcon.
I just posted that he was presenting. LOL
Excellent, can't wait to read it!
Doug Freitag to Present at SPIE in Baltimore this April!!!

1. Freitag, D.W., et.al., Roadmap for Transparent Advanced Ceramics Sensor Windows, to be presented at SPIE Defense & Security Conference, Baltimore, MD, April, 2015
Roadmap for transparent advanced ceramic sensor windows
Paper 9453-7
Author(s): Douglas W. Freitag, USACA (United States)
http://spie.org/DEF/conferencedetails/windows-domes
USACA has developed an industry lead roadmap for transparent advanced ceramic sensor windows. The roadmap was developed in response to market trends extreme environments, expanded battlefield networks, increasing sensor window size, increasing sensor resolution, desired for more complex shapes, multi-band windows, and increased multi-functionality. Input was provided from subject matter experts throughout the value chain and the federal government. Data was collected on the challenges and needs that remain for application of sensor windows, the investment required, and the timeline. Sensor windows were considered operating in the visible, IR and RF. Examples of challenges identified include cost, size, shape, mounting, coatings, multi-band, performance, testing, industrial base sustainment and transition. Results of the roadmap will be discussed along with plans for broader vetting and implementation.
Only 3DIcon holds the marketing rights to CSpace!
TDCP is solid folks!
The big brands want to sell UltraHD 4K TV's and are going to pump up all leading content partners like Nanotech's Ultraflix!
The alternative would be to secure more toxic funding which would require twice as much dilution in order to pay salaries. I prefer the Executive Incentive approach tied to accomplishments.
They issued 85 million shares for the Executive Incentive Plan. That is something new that I learned today. Surprised that nobody had mentioned it yet. Must not be that big of deal.
Hummm, looks like it increased from last year. Must be planning on giving Doug "No Money" some shares!

If they were planning to exhibit or make a formal presentation at the conference, we would hear about it. This year's attendance appears to be solely for networking with other attendees.
"There is no better conference for 3DIcon to attend than SPIE DSS. The Defense and Security program resonates deeply with our business, so we're excited to be a part of such a great event focused on the advancement of imaging technologies," said Doug Freitag, Vice President of Technology and Business Development, 3DIcon. "With more than 450 companies showcasing terrific advancements in technology, we look forward to a great week of networking with some of the best minds in the optics and photonics industries."
The Butcher says 3DIcon is good steak!
Wasn't trying to be funny. Just showing Blue what one looks like.
Bluehorsesho, Can you post the public filing asking for a shareholder vote to approve a reverse split?

CEO debunked the non-sense here. Sticky please!
3DIcon will not have a booth at SPIE. They will be an attendee, not an exhibitor. They may stand around Schott's booth for awhile, but the purpose of the trip is to make contacts and to further socialize CSpace. Funding will come from the proposals they have submitted, not from begging as some suggest. They are not that desperate!
I have attended several conferences over the years as an attendee, presenter and exhibitor. It doesn't matter what your role is there, its all about networking.
One is real and one is an illusion. Done debating the obvious.
