We'll have to disagree Seeker, nothing subjective in my post IMO, and i believe the AS tells a lot= regardless of the other factors you mention, the AS puts a relative cap on max possible dilution and the higher the AS, the less likely I will be personally to take a position in anything, all other things being equal.

Correction, No Dilution Possible until June; after that, the AS may or May Not be increased. Got to keep in perspective that even if the AS Did go up after June, right now the AS is 795 million. Even if we take a possible worst case scenario that AS doubles, (and i am not saying it will), the AS wouuld still be only 1.6 B; which is not huge in pink casino.

A r/s, at the moment it is completed, does not add any value to shares. Each share is worth X amount more, but the number of shares you hold is reduced by that same X amount; so, the value of your holdings at the time of the r/s remains the same and the market cap of the company remains the same AT THE TIME of the r/s. (This assumes there is no addition of shares to the SS at the time of the r/s,) What happens after the r/s is a different story, but the vast majority of the time the pps falls post r/s.
