RB member search does NOT work well.
Yes, the really egregious mistakes are deliberate. Though why he thinks that appeals to readers is beyond me. He may do it because he really isn't very literate, and so covers his mistakes by making more.
His letters to the SEC make rather more sense, as do his posts as "capitalistdog".
LOLOLOLOL!!
They found another one of Al Capone's safes....
I wish he'd been a bit clearer; hard to tell if he actually saw the document in question, or if Vince merely waved it at him and "explained" what it was.
Why on earth would one keep a DTC report in a safe??
Again: if they intend to stay in Florida, why did they let their incorporation and business license lapse?
Then why did they let their Florida incorporation and business license lapse?
Fung...PCBM's offices are still in Florida.
No thought of moving to PA.
Remember: Vince already has horses.
Thank goodness...we have more than we can handle with used cars and pay day advances... Horse racing would be a tough transition!
lol, good luck to them.
They are buying up land in PA. currently in "hopes" of paramutual betting being approved.
Pennsylvania is a very puritanical state, with some of the most absurd and arcane liquor laws ever invented. Recently they took the bold step of allowing some State Stores to open on Sunday.
There were many protests. One guy even wrote a letter in which he asked: "What would Bin Laden think if he knew the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania allowed liquor sales on our Holy Day?"
I'm not making that up.
Bull's right, though.
If that was the case Bull, anyone who drove past that car lot on their way to work, would be considered an insider and to be in possession of material information!
Not all useful information is insider info. I could be wrong, but my take on jking's post was that some or all of the visitors came away feeling at least uncertain or unimpressed. I should think non-attendees would like to know why.
lol, you don't want to be proactive in the right way.
Proactivity has always been met with resistance, I have never understood that.
The RIGHT way to be proactive is to post Alan's sharecount every day, and check your own contribution. You should also write illiterate, incomprehensible letters to congressmen and journalists.
lol, "consulting" can be just about anything. What, for example, does Allan do for ENCI?
Ohhhhhhh. So you're saying the meeting left a lot to be desired, but those who attended are afraid of speaking out for fear of being criticized by the likes of Slurpallan, Mquiet, Prosper, Wendy, and so on?
The history of posting is that any opposing or view that differs from the commonly held conjectures of the chosen few are met with viscious person attacks. It is just not worth it.
Let me make a suggestion: say your piece. What I'm seeing here reminds me a great deal of the MTEI situation. Seven shareholders paid a visit to headquarters. There they learned a number of things that disturbed them, but they decided among themselves not to tell anyone, in part for fear of being criticized by other longs, and in part because they didn't want to give the "bashers" more ammo.
Their decision was a very poor one. Some of those who'd attended sold without telling anyone. And then the SEC shut down the company two weeks later. Needless to say, many longs felt they'd been betrayed by the "Mag7".
Apart from that, your conjecture about the statute of limitations is an interesting one.
lol, fair enough.
Nope. Allan T.
Boy or girl?
Of course, I may be wrong as I am about due.
I hear you. I'm not convinced there was a meeting, either.
You're no doubt right. But you know how it is with women and curiosity.
Any lurkers out there have word about the "meeting"? lol, there must be a weak link somewhere...
I take the opposite view:
I will continue to wait but with more enthusiasm because I think that if it were bad news we would have heard it on here or somewhere by now. IMO Wendy
I think if they'd been told anything really good, they wouldn't be able to resist talking about it. It's even conceivable that they came away with a poor impression, but would sooner die than give the "bashers" any satisfaction. That's what happened with the "Mag7".
lol, and I'm sure Wendy's been emailing everyone she knows for information.
So then, why did anyone care that they were going out there? They announce originally on the board that they are going out to get some answers. Return, and now they won't tell anyone what they saw??
lol, that's their idea of "logic".
lol, shades of the ill-fated mission of the MTEI "Mag7".
Do not expect anyone who was at the meeting
to post anything to this board.
We have agreed not post.
Um, it has to do with sex, and with gerbils.
Can someone share with me the definition of a "felcher"?
lol, your new identity, in case you missed it:

snicker...I wonder when we'll get word of the results of the Meeting....
Yes, sometimes. Pugs used to do it, though I imagine he claimed that someone else had written the posts in question. When he really got carried away, he succeeded in getting entire aliases zapped by posting one obscene rant after another and then using a different alias to toss them. But RB doesn't pay as much attention to obscenity anymore, or Allan/Slurp would be gone for good.
lol, now THAT would be amusing.
I think I'm actually supposed to call the cops here; then they get in touch with the cops there, if they feel it's warranted.
And naturally I'll be writing to the CA Bar. I see that some of his messages from the weekend are gone now. But I made copies of the worst, or best, depending on how one views them. The post about the work he did for ECNI has been zapped. I wonder if he requested it be removed himself. Or if ECNI did.
I may copy some of his posts here from time to time, just to keep them on the record.
lol, I see reality came back to bite this morning, but I see also that the people who actually believed that PCBM traded a billion shares yesterday don't feel as stupid as they should feel. If they were normal, yesterday's nonesense should have jolted them to an understanding of the depths of their irrationality.
More slurpy style than allan though.
Very hard to tell who's posting. But he's used that alias to state unequivocally that he's Allan Treffry, and he's also used it to threaten me.
We'll see what the CA Bar has to say.
This is priceless. I find it difficult indeed to believe anyone that stupid could possibly be an attorney.

Look at Raging Bull's complicity..
with the MM scammers.. the .20 price is a lie to try and trigger people to sell at market orders first thing Monday morning... as soon as you might set the market sell order out there, that illusive .20 will return to .0001..
It is a trap to get shares at market. People, if you want to sell shares, place a specific price .. for example: .19.. WARNING: DO NOT PLACE A SELL ORDER AT MARKET!

Guess they'll have to rent a trailer so they can take their certs with 'em. And I hope they're planning a route that won't take them more than 15 minutes from a brokerage at any time.
hmmm, I wonder where SBG and Wendy are. They could really run with this.
And once those quotes disappear from their screens, some will be convinced that it's a "cover-up".
lol, the whole thing snowballed incredibly. Many are convinced that "something's up".
And we have new hints about "unconfirmed reports".
lol, have you been reading all the posts?
snicker...AlanC's probably working frantically on his List. Gotta account for all that new volume somehow.
Absolutely unbelievable. There are actually some idiots out there who BELIEVE this piggy was trading today.
No wonder so many people run stock scams. Like, um, taking money from a baby.
Believe me. I have every intention of doing that. He got carried away and made a very bad mistake.
That's a clear and undeniable threat of bodily harm, and such threats are a felony offense.
That's one of the real downsides of message boards. People bond, and feel an obligation to show a "united front", especially against the "bashers". I suspect that many of them would have dumped their PCBM long ago if they hadn't had this "support".
I think also that many of the posters who've gone missing of late probably either got out or gave up, but don't want to announce that publicly.
Why can't others just be honest and admit that maybe, just maybe they could be wrong!
It's because if they admit that there's any possibility they're wrong their whole dream will fall apart. And they'll feel foolish.
I think that on some level most of them do realize they've been had, but don't want to face up to it, and don't want to "betray" their fellow "True Longs".
A few, of course, are just idiots.
I wonder whether "other distributions" will turn out to be the key phrase. How much stock does he have? Any preferred? Any anti-dilution clauses?
...including voting rights and rights to dividends and other distributions.
We'd all like to know that. What exactly are they paying him for?
I'd also like to see allan explain why ECNC or NT or NI or whatever they are would need with an attorney who deals in title contracts?
And how can they bear to deal with him? He's as sick as they come.
