For some reason Rick Walker cut Urban into his uranium acreage.

Walker gets money whether they find any uranium or not.

The terms of the agreement call for CMKX to pay $100,000 dollars on signing and spend $500,000 on exploration during the first year. A further $100,000 is payable on the first anniversary and $750,000 dollars is to be spent during the second year of the deal.

I imagine it was already factored into the market. Everyone knew that Rick Walker had staked some uranium claims.

And of course when a company has this much stock out, it's very hard to move the price.

The "paperwork" IS the filings. They have to submit a Form 10, and all the filings they missed from the time they stopped reporting. When submitted, these filings will immediately appear on Edgar.

The talk last week was not that we would have a filing, it was the co. sent in the paper work to start the filing process. It will take appx. 30 - 60 days. And speculation is Roger may be able to get it through quickly.

Brokerages are used to dealing with ratios like 1:2, or 4:1, and the like. I can see how the UCAD ratio bewildered them, and how it could cause problems in calculation. Don't forget also that the vast majority of CMKX shareholders use no frills online brokerages.

But here's what's really funny: several have reported that their brokerages tell them the share "round-up" will be done in a few days. Which means that things will change again. I can just imagine the chaos.
