Looks like ICOA has lots of 'eyeballs' on it. Some I didn't even realize were watching...lol. Guess there's only 1 direction to move in when you can grab some 2's in a stock that is only beginning to develop some legs.
GLTA
This touched 5's last Monday and was back up to the 4's again Friday. It's just a matter of time before we get to new monthly highs risk / reward ration too great to pass up. Can't fault anyone who, for whatever reason had to / decided to get out. Happens to all of us. Sad thing is with these pennies, it can be self-perpetuating.
ICOA...might bee possible to grap some 2's. Touchched 5's last Monday. Hit 4 Friday. Easy gains. Little risk of loss. Beneficial SS.
We saw 5's on Monday and 4's again yesterday. IMHO, if we didn't have a monster tunning up 5000%, I wonder whether there would have been such 'angst' to get out at 2?
Worst possible scenario? 'Bad news'
Best possible scenario" 'We see huge buying Monday and Tuesday due to overflow of profits from that 5000% gainer monster' and/or ew get great news.
Middle ground: 'Some will be able to collect more 2's and have an almost 'zero' downside risk.
JMHO
I know the Mm's can whenever they need to maintain inventory or liquidity, but this is what I got after the same thought:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53743966
I bet I know what happened...
Someone was desperate to get out and chase DM*M. Problem is, that was already up 3-4000% for a good part of the day. I bet the selling here also worried one or two that ended up following. Either way, have a great weekend all. We are going places soon enough.
The basic problem for those who got in after this was already up 3-4000%:
*DMGM now on the radar of every pinkie-shorter out there
*Not many will want to buy after a 5000% run
*Some will want to wait for the gap up to lock in profits (i.e. sell)
On the plus side, float is tight and shorter just might get caught with volume.
Think 'risk management'.
Best to all!!!
I say ICOA
Should return some nice change in the next couple weeks. SS is small relative to lots of other runners. Rumored to have some 'significant' news out within next few weeks. Recent activity absent of news is 'interesting' to say the least.
Current PPS leaves very little downside risk and big potential!!!
BT...well put. Most if not all already in DMGM will have profits to show after today's run. Those profits are not going under the pillow. It will likely go somewhere out here in penny land into the next 'big hope'. Thus, many others will benefit from a run like the one DMGM had today and other will benefit from those profits that are made an dso on and so one.
The 'haters' are typically the ones that sell at a loss ot chase the next play and end up with a loss there too...because all they do is chase with less and less money. If not them, then you have those who try and induce panic into the play.
Grnated, I do occasionally post my 'opinion' on the various plays and some may label that 'bashing', but logic always has to prevail in order to make this game owrk long term. Again CONGRATS LONGS!!!!! Damn that was a good catch.
Sorry RC, also meant to say, good to see you out here too. Thanks for 'sharing' earlier. Are you in this one or like me watching with envy?
My previous post implies that after today's run this might not have legs to carry forth on Monday, but most did not catch this one during the AM and volume was somewhat lagging. DMGM just might have an 'encore' next week.
True...and worth considering. When we get such a deal, why the discrepancy between current price and that stated in LOI. I don't think people know enough about what a LOI actually is. On the other side, considering how far an LOI is from an actual deal, 100 things til Thursday can go wrong. With that said, one should always be suspect of pinkies making LOI announcements. They're great to play off the announcement bounce, but after that, much care would be prudent.
Longs. BIG CONGRATS!!!! You all are the envy of the I-Hub board...now, can you help a fella out and spare a dime...LOL :)
For all we know, perhaps someone had a rent payment due and this did not run the way they were expecting it to before that payment.
My Analysis:
Ever notice how with some stocks before that 'next great run', you see an unusual and unexpected pullback and start scratching your head an panicing? I'm wondering if this is that person or group who purchases one or both of those lots a couple weeks back (106 mil and 108 mil) to shake the tree to see how many pinenut they can gather for the start start of the next run.
The other possbility is that with the decreasing volume, someone with a sizeable stake began to worry about liquidity and started a panic. Really...we were at 3 moch of the week...where is this going with no news and no change in SS? A matter of a day, or two, or three before we see steady 3's and 4's again IMO.
Looks like someone is also panicing or inducing some panicing. Very interesting!
As per Vulcan who posted here he spoke with the CEO, he did mention that there was news 'of substance' to be announced within the next few weeks. Also referenced was the competitive market-place and mergers and aquisitions that have been occurring. I can read writing on a wall....well, usually...lol
Volume coming in!!! Excellent! Key indicator down here at these levels. Should set the stage nicely for next week. Help deal with those pesky 3's for good!.
AH, I hear what you're saying. True people have made some good dough to his credit, but some of us have had a somewhat 'fuller experience' elsewhere and were a bit 'caught off guard' shall we say, by what seemed to be behavior you can characterize as the opposite of what earns one trust and Kudoes out here in pinkie-land.
I can't speak for anyone else but myself. I was a 'defender' until the '180' that was done was pretty clear and rather upsetting. Either way, I've moved on and hope others with a similar experience shall too. After all, we're all here to make some dough and we do have to give credit where it is due while being responsible for ones own profits and losses.
GLTA.
You noticed that too huh? Glad I'm not alone there. What's that saying? Beware of those selling snake oil? Regarding today's action, at least the 10's held. I don't like the fact that all the gains of the day were returned though. Not a positive if you ask me. Your fellow long, Carausius, seems in a position to provide some nice upside support. The flip side of this is that because of the number of shares he states he possesses, he is in a position to really mess with someone's psychology to his benefit. Not a bad position to be in...just can make this a bit volatile for others.
Disclosure: I still don't own any shares here, but I'll admit, volume continues to look good and there does appear to be a bottom emerging. LOngs have gotten 2 bounces off the 8's so far this week. One more appears due. Question is...will you get a bounce or a break?
The 1's taking some of their 100, 200 and 300% gains. Others flipping for burgers trying to accumulate more free shares while they wait. It all adds to trading volume.
What's clear is that 3's will be going. No one selling at 2's. Fridays and Monday's tend to by 'dry powder' days. Many wont do what I did Monday....I took some 2's saying 'I'll wait and see how the day pans out before getting more'. After my meeting 4's were up and we even saw a 5-print. I was denied any more 2's :(. This is a repeat where some, like you, will sit and wait until three's are no longer available as they 'wait and see' where we go.
Don't repeat my mistake. We're not revisiting 2 in enough quantities for anyone so sit there waiting.
Anyone watching ICOA??? 3's disappearing fast. The 4's and 5's that poked their heads up earlier this week will be back again real soon. 85% buys at the ask today!!! Go ICOA!!!!
ICOA has been rock steady past two days. Check out recent volume. Prospects look great. Visit the board and see what we see!!! Hit me up if you're seeing the same double that I'm seeing =)
Do a little 'digging'. There are a couple that are relatively close to .0001 that shouldn't be too hard to find. Also agree with your previous post that bottom has not been found here yet. Not hopeful sign that this broke below .001 intra-day. The close at .001 may mean you will see some flippers that grabbed some at .0008 today. Before I rule out the close at .001 as a 'dead cat bounce', I'll be looking to see if that holds. If it dips into the tripps again, support has yet to be found IMO.
The thing to do- IMHO:
Use any remaining 3's, 4's and 5's as an accumulation point, sit and wait until second week of September when everyone is back from vacation...then you should really see some volume kick in and this thing move. Interestingly, seems like that timing just may coincide with the 'few weeks' that CEO made reference to re: upcoming news.
Compare this week so far to last week and you can see the trend: 2's were regularly at the ask- 3's barely got hit Thursday and Friday. This week, 3's and 4's are dominating with 5's getting hit Monday and Tuesday. They'll be up again!!!
Look at most pinks today. They were almost all in the crapper. At least we spent the day unchanged and on the ask with the exception of the single $150 trade.
GLTA
Just to move this conversation along, wouldn't current short interest, if we accept that the Reg-Sho data is an accurate reflection of current short position, only something like .05% of current float? Regardless of the definition, the impact would be minimal based on current numbers outstanding.
Lastly, serious question....so educate me....aren't the MM's the only ones who can short these pennies?
I for one was very happy to pick up some 3's twice today. Now I've been able to accumulate at 2, 3 and 4. Even if I was entirely at 4...where would I be going? To 2??? I'm willing to take that risk. The downside is minimal. Sad to see some fool decided to dump $150 in shares to give us a 2-print. What a waste.
I don't think anyone out here in pinky-land can get through more than a couple days without someone throwing out the 'dilute' word. Everything is dilute, dilute, dilute. Tell Chivito enough with the dilute already!!!
I've slapped that ask at 2 and again at 4....I would love some 3's to fill my gap...lol
Optimistically 3....conservatively 7. The point made earlier was a good one. Some will buy anticipating 3 and when they don't get it, the bottom-feeders will have something they will try to run with. Either way, though many (myself included) got 2's, it's interesting to think some don't see the legs developing on this one. Volume is rising. With current SS, why would anyone anticipate this is going anywhere but up from this level with or without a PR?
The upside of the end-of-day bid-whacking is that the seller made it that much easier to show a 60% gain at some point tomorrow. That in and of itself will get some eyeballs over here that aren't here yet. I'm just wondering who will be able to grab those 3's considering there was only 1 MM on the ask as trading came to an end.
I think you are spot on Gonzi. Most people are not likely aware that there were 2 HUGE purchases during the past month. One of 106 mil shares and another a couple days later at 88 mil. Why wouldn't that person take profits while there is sufficient liquidity I would also not want a dump all at one time as it would likely destroy any integrity of the charts that will likely develop as accumulation continues. They get to lock in profits while you get cheaper shares.
Controlled, orderly accumulation going on IMO. I'll take 100% run if that means having to give back 25% before another move up. Don't negate the increasing volume. Personally, I'm not ready for MOMO. Let's get it at or near .001 before we let MOMO take control.
Keep in mind, a couple weeks back, a trade went through for 108 mil shares. Why not throw a few million at the bid and try to recycle your shares while also locking in some profits. If the end-of-day transaction was by that same entity, the opportunity can be denied to him / her by sending that ask back up....so, no bid-whacking fellow longs!
2day was a GREAT day!!! First time 2's didn't print and 2nd time we got a 5 print. Unlike poker where someone with tons of chips can 'bluff' those with fewer chips into folding, we know the share structure and can do some 'card counting'. Average daily volume continues to grow and today's volume was robust. We almost made it to 100mil again for the 4th time in recent history.
Do the math. Most here getting in did so at 4...so, you either sell for a loss based on 2 days of trading or you use the open tomorrow to get the cheapest shares available to you yet. Considering the 3's never hit the ask until the last 2 minutes of trading, this is the cheapest price yet most have been able to go for. Those 3's will be gone in the first 15 minutes of trading. If volume continues and/or continues to grow, these 3-prints will be gone and beyond reach by day's end tomorrow and we'll be on our way to 4's and 5's dominating for the next couple days.
Well said bro....well said!
LMAO...guess someone did miss an earlier entry point and now wants in on the cheap. I'm hoping tomorrow we get a repeat of today's trading. No Bid-whacking and we'll continue to move up nicely.
That's because he was too busy working on convincing people what a great play that other stock was that took a 55% hair cut today. LOL.
Nice recovery off that LOD to close unchanged. Hopefully, we see some green tomorrow. I'm glad those 5's that came up on the bid didn't get whacked. That would have really messed with some people's 'psychology'.
Forgot to add...'board mark' for your efforts as well as for sharing...today and prior.
Vulcan,
I'm catching up on the day's reading / posts. Thank you for your efforts reaching out to the CEO. It is always helpful to have such input while also not stampeding as a herd through the phone lines for info and wasting his time.
At these levels, there is still much room for additional triple percentage-gainer days, particularly if SS is sitting at 400 mil or so. I'm still wondering who the hell bought 108 mil shares a couple weeks back. Interesting indeed!
Was that you? You and me are not cool man. I was hoping those 2's would last just a tad bot longer...at least until after my morning meeting...lol.
