well, we will never know using this one as a sample of one. Its past is not clean. It still has bogus dividends hanging on it, which were rejected by most brokers, among other things, such as unregistered stuff being sold out of MT's trunk and altering share numbers. the audit of the crazy crap would cost more than the street value of this horse with a broken leg.

Why?

1. the empty shell has a market value. (Long shot that it is more than .0001, they will have to collapse it further to reach purchase price.)

2. a reverse merger could happen with a rising company. (and we might win the lottery, too)

3. the gang has lied, defrauded, sold unregistered securities, etc. for a long time, and i feel they need to be counter-punched, just out of principle
