Figure I didn't.
Not me, bucko. Sorry to disappoint.
btw, your comment was libelous. You need to watch that.
Sent your message to Stock Patrol, just for fun!
Please explain how that would be possible.
I think that UC Either Has all of the O/S Plus A BILLION or two EXTRA
lol, everything about the Stepford thread is absurd.
Get a load of this. There's a guy at the Stepford thread who thinks Urbie's gonna buy out De Beers.
No one has pointed out that this is an absolutely idiotic notion.

Are you joking, or have you just lost it?
I take it you agree with Zen's expectations.
Jim, I'm afraid that isn't what they want to hear.
DTC sheets along wih NOBO list should show the company where their stock is and who owns it legally.
I did.
Will you stand by this statement if his wild hypotheses turn out to be entirely incorrect?
You have had the best posts that I have ever seen on any message board in the year that I have been reading.
Willy's lost a lot on junk stocks in the past. My guess is that he really needs a win here.
The cooking is very good. But then it's very good all over Italy.
If there were a tender offer, it would have been announced in the form of a PR and other communications to investors. Obviously.
Where's your link that there is no tender offer?
Where's in that press release is there any discussion of a possible short position?
Don't tell me that this CEO didn't know there was a huge short position in his company!!
Without ANY exploration on the ground? Don't think so.
lol, I think he's Sterling.
zeninvestor, R U janice_shell?>
What "questionable behavior"?
I believe there will be several issues involved with verifying the number, mostly due to some rather questionable behavior by First Global in transferring their records to Pacific.
And I think the miners among us will tell you that there's NO way any kind of valuation of CMKX's holdings can be made in two months or less.
I think you're right. And should CMKX go into the toilet, I wouldn't want to be in Sterling's shoes.
I would argue that sterling has hurt CMKX more than bashers at this point.
LOLOL!! Since when does Urbie have a "staff of geologists"??
5. We have Urban and his staff of geologists that are some of the best in the world reading and interpreting the scientific data advantage
Also....I don't think he'll be seeing any insurance money anytime soon, unless the culprit is caught.
Canonsburg car dealer fires under investigation
Saturday, June 26, 2004
By Joe Smydo, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
The second suspicious fire in as many days at a Washington County auto dealership posed such danger Thursday that officials at one point ordered firefighters out of the building.
Canonsburg Assistant Fire Chief Tim Solobay said grease and other flammable materials at All Pro Auto Mall fueled a fire that spread through false ceilings and crawl spaces, weakening walls and destroying the roof.
Solobay described the fire as "monstrous," saying it destroyed about a half-dozen cars inside the dealership and damaged a similar number outside.
Damage to the building, contents and automobiles was estimated at $1 million. The state police fire marshal and federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were investigating.
Solobay identified the dealership owners as Vince and Kim Lo Castro of Peters. Vince Lo Castro, 41, is a multimillionaire who has dabbled in local politics and harness racing.
The couple could not be reached for comment yesterday.
Both fires began in a parts and storage area and were discovered while the used-car dealership was open for business, Solobay said.
The first fire, Wednesday evening, was quickly extinguished by employees. It had three points of origin, but the cause had not been determined, Solobay said.
Solobay said the state police fire marshal was at the dealership investigating that fire until about noon Thursday. The second fire broke out about five hours later.
Smoke and flames were billowing from the dealership, a complex of six or seven buildings, when firefighters arrived. Solobay said firefighters entered the dealership but later withdrew because of the danger caused by containers of paint, propane and acetylene, some of which exploded.

Investigators: Fire was set intentionally
By Daniel Reynolds
TRIBUNE-REVIEW
Saturday, June 26, 2004
State police investigators questioned employees and neighbors of All Pro Auto Mall in Canonsburg on Friday as they sought clues on who might have started a fire that destroyed the used-car dealership and financing agency.
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist" to determine the fire was set, said Tim Solobay, assistant chief of the Canonsburg Volunteer Fire Department.
The fire that raced through the wooden roof of the dealership about 5 p.m. Thursday probably started in the paint-filled warehouse where someone tried to start a fire in three places Wednesday afternoon, according to Solobay, who also is a state legislator.
Employees put out Wednesday's fire with extinguishers, police said. Solobay said so many flammable substances are stored in the warehouse that the fire could have reignited by itself on Thursday, or Wednesday's culprit could have set another one.
Canonsburg police Chief R.T. Bell said the materials or fuel used to start the fire were unknown yesterday.
Vince Lo Castro, general manager for All Pro Group, said the corporation hopes to rebuild within six months.
"This too shall pass," Lo Castro said. "We will knock this down, and we will rebuild, and we will be right here."
He described the auto mall as a one-stop shop for used-car buyers, providing financing for most of the cars purchased there.
Lo Castro said there were no recent conflicts that led him to suspect an employee or customer had started the fire.
"We deal with a lot of people," Lo Castro said. "The last thing in the world I want to believe was that it was intentional."
But the fire burned so violently and quickly that investigators think it was intentional. The fire destroyed three buildings, twisted steel beams and ruined at least 10 cars. A service facility, corporate offices and a records room were destroyed.
All 12 employees who were at the dealership Thursday were uninjured, and about 100 cars on a nearby lot were unharmed. A hair salon, Central Cuts, and a free-standing dealership office that are part of the two-block compound also were untouched.
Vinyl siding on nearby homes melted and dangled like draped cloth yesterday.
"I couldn't take the smoke," said Frank Scandale, 66, of nearby Jefferson Street, who drove down an alley to watch the fire from his car but had to leave after a few minutes.
Les Misko, an adjuster with Erie Insurance, said it would be weeks before the amount of the loss will be determined.

I think they said some were in the first article.
lol, life's a bitch and then you die...
Thanks again... I've got that.
lol, it's kinda like Urbie's claims...
thanks..but unfortunately the reader isn't compatible with Mac.
Okay, thanks...
He is, however, President of the two companies: CMKM Diamonds and Casavant International Mining. Just what that means can't be learned without seeing the articles of incorporation.
UC doesn't have anything in his name, including his house.
TZ!!
edit. Damn. Missed it.
I did. Keep on reading.
I've seen that site before. How do you navigate to the other maps?
Here's a thought:
And people have furnished you with other links proving that those 22,447 acres are only one claim while we hold many others, but you refuse to accept it.
Maybe those claims are the ones shown on the map as being owned by CMKM Diamonds, while the rest of them are owned by Casavant Mining.
Nah, but they do seem to be talking about Sterling at times:

I certainly wouldn't be surprised. This is one of the biggest promotions I've ever seen. Geez, there's even a message board in Arabic.

Investigators sift for clues into fire at auto dealership
Police and federal investigators on Friday continued to piece together the events leading up to a fire that destroyed a Canonsburg car dealership Thursday evening, but the cause of the blaze had not been made public.
Investigators with Allegheny County police, state police and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives spent Friday morning combing the scene at All Pro Auto Mall for evidence and interviewing employees of the business.
ATF public information officer Genevieve MacDonald said the bureau routinely provides assistance to local investigators, and their presence didn't necessarily indicate a federal crime had been committed.
Tim Solobay, assistant fire chief for Canonsburg Volunteer Fire Department, said the fire began in a back room of the dealership where another suspicious fire was discovered by employees Wednesday. That fire was extinguished before it could cause significant damage.
Solobay said the layout of the building made Thursday's fire difficult to fight.
"There's five or six buildings tied together under one roof," he said of the dealership, which formerly was a service station. He reasoned that years of oil and fuel leaching into the ground and old dry timbers made for a volatile combination.
"The fire got up in the attic and the roof and just took off," he said.

I know we're talking about mineral rights. But Melvie always says "property" or "land".
LOL!! Wonder if it's the same person... The location is more or less right...
I always tend to be skeptical about company PRs, no matter what the company.
Remember: back in the fall of 2002 CMKI, as it was then, announced that it would be merging with Juina Mining (GEMM). The deal fell through.
There's nothing sinister about this. Sometimes things companies expect to do don't get done, for one reason or another.
That's less than a year ago. Is there any newer version?
