Are u kidding. Cash is king these days and they are now set all the way through PIII for Oralyn. This will rise big next week. This company has many irons in the fire...oralyn, cancer vaccines in pii that work....over the counter sales.. and flu hype to boot. This deal was way way better than a PIPE. GNBT's time is now.
Dilution coming per Zack's article today....they see 50 cents/
Nothing wrong with this one other than the air is out of the bk stock balloon.....ended with the CEMJQ run. These will not be as in favor any more.
Ed should say something soon. After all he is the CEO of this glorious boutique investment firm. This just looks like a botch job. But not selling @.01 either. That may come a year from now if need be.
FTK running off lows......wee
SQNM BOOM FTK BOOM
love FTK way better than DPTR....
FTK...love it here....headed way way up in the short term.
Seems a tiny bit of the momo has shifted to ABWTQ....
Well the supposed term sheet has been in place a month or so. We only know the date Chevy heard about it not the date executed. This should either materialize in the next week or two or become another infamous McKay endeavor.
This should move very soon.....nice
This should move very soon.....nice
Well the numbers which replace 'ecgp' in my portfolio upon suspension were removed yesterday. ECGP was restored but bid/ask obviously. ECGP is the only pink I own if not counting a Q. And I just sold CEMJQ for ABWTQ. What happened here is just the reason I don't indulge more often in pinks. Will Ed ever speak?
Tremendous.....good luck to those still holding....took some profits @.40 from .045. Throwing them into abibibowater Q stock. Looks big time ready to roll.
Can't beat em join em...Chart suggests a parabolic move up to .45-50 in next several sessions. After that who knows....
Any reason to expect this to get back above $5. Still looking for reliable DD not a thesis on ridiculous valuations ( in short a lengthy pump job).
SQNM will recover to $8 -$10 within the next 30 days. Silence is golden here and the company will rebound.
caza back in china on this go round? anyone know?
ACLS ...why the huge volume for a few days that never helped price.
no way the commons are canceled imo. Even if there are some debtholders that must be settled with coming out of BK it won't be significant enough to cancel shares with the positive shareholder equity and business as usual. Worse case if issuance of more shares and a bit of dilution. So we get $4 instead of $5 per share . Big deal
ACLS does look way way oversold. Horrendous selling. Why?
It is a disgrace that the call was put off again. Hold a short call if need be and follow up with another when more can be offered. Ed is really not inspiring confidence. Why would anyone but the company buy at this point. All we have is an embarrasing 45k in gross revenues (not the whole org. umbrella) and small % ownership in certain firms who may or may not have no revenues to speak of either.
KFN will move up to $4 soon. They have turned the corner. The .30 eps targets predicted was just bull crap to allow some of the big traders to exit on the high side. No one looking at the #s from the last quarter report could have expected numbers close to that(.30 eps) with a straight face.
Yes CHEMTURA is in good shape and easily on the road to prosperity again. But what does that have to do with the fact that commons have been canceled in almost every chapter 11, less maybe 2 exceptions. In those exceptions, there was dilution as additional shares were given to debt holders. The law states that senior debtholders must be paid dollar for dollar for the commons to survive. While this company is in great shape how is that possible. Cancellation still very very likely as always. But I know that doesnt fit the agenda here.
Not looking particularly appealing at the moment. No one interested with the conference call upcoming? Maybe Ed will buy a few back to get us in the mid .20s at least. Pathetic right now.
I thought the PS filing was not a great move. It raised all kinds of questions w/ no answers yet provided. The numbers in the filing looked absolutely horrendous and mickey mouse so where is the cash coming for the acquisitions and where are those numbers. Maybe when all the pieces are presented things will look better. Don't love when he slips in the '20%' ownership deal after folks have assume more.
SO only hubbers know this multi billion company will take off?
Or did they declare BK just so hubbers can spend a year loading up. The commons will be toast in all likelihood. If not, this would be climbing to dollars already.
Well..Chemtura is a well known major international company. Wouldn't you think there would be more buying if this was such a bargain and shares will stay intact.
Hope this turns out to be another Pilgrim. The difference was the commons were owned in large part by the founders. The longer this languishes at these levels the less I like it. With billions in revenue and only the US in reorg this price does not add up unless the big boys know the commons are likely to be canceled.
5 bagga coming soon here. swine ......
May explode Monday based on AHs.
The receivables were likely bought back to be used as collateral for the DIP loan. May have been something agreed upon with the lender.
This will rise in the short term but is also a very good mid/long hold. The company is solid and stock price will return to much higher levels over time.
Most? I would assume the balance (non reporting acquisitions) are not contributing any reported revenues? Really... I know Ed is trying to grow a business but what does he expect folks to do with financials showing 45k in revs and no details no where the cash is coming from, the acquisitions made, management fees for all the supposed assets under his management, etc. It is laughable....at least until the call.
Where are the management fees for the several hundred million in assets managed? Is this pro bono work?
Ok...Looks like the old case of let's find the money. He has plenty of cash on hand for acquistions, etc. He is growing the business, etc. He is hiring. Yet the financials investors rely on show almost no revenues. Disclaimers that not all entities are reflected, unaudited, etc. does not instill confidence in terms of what we actually own here. Don't care what Ed owns if it's not rolled into our shares.
