Yes CHEMTURA is in good shape and easily on the road to prosperity again. But what does that have to do with the fact that commons have been canceled in almost every chapter 11, less maybe 2 exceptions. In those exceptions, there was dilution as additional shares were given to debt holders. The law states that senior debtholders must be paid dollar for dollar for the commons to survive. While this company is in great shape how is that possible. Cancellation still very very likely as always. But I know that doesnt fit the agenda here.
