Imho, the way shorts are shown no mercy is to pr topline and buyout bid on the same day... after hours on Friday, then have the stockholders vote on the buyout price like, on the weekend, and approve the buyout during like at a stockholders meeting, so that when the market opens on Monday, there will be no chance to cover except at the buyout price.... oh!!!! Wait a minute....!!!!

I’ve been thinking about this for months.... for myself, l am hoping that the pps is over $2 prior to ASM, so l can cash in a few shares to pay bills for awhile.... l will be out of retirement money by May, so l plan on selling some shares cheap, but just enough to bridge me over to social security. I plan on holding the vast majority for TLD, buyout, partnership, etc...

Hey brother... it was said that that may not be our Merck. However, I still believe we are getting either partnership or buyout on April 18th... you don’t set this up so as many shareholders as possible can attend and then give either neutral or bad news... the proxy tells us we will be voting on something...my guess is that it is either terms of partnership or buyout numbers....

It was my understanding that when a company is bought out, you have shares in your account one day and without doing ANYTHING, the next day your shares are converted to cash in the exact amount specified in the buyout... can someone in the know please clarify this.... tia

So the PR is basically saying shareholders will be voting on something.... so if you have a positive outlook you are thinking we will be voting on a buyout price or partnership terms, or if a negative outlook we will be voting on an increase of the shelf or reverse split...

Could be.... l think it is also a possibility that LP is asking shareholders to come to the ASM so there will be a majority there, so they can vote on a buyout price “on the spot” without giving prior notice... another way to trap the shorts... vote that evening, PR the acceptance of the buyout price the next day...

Not a chance imho, Kam... l believe the buyout price is tied to trial results.... really good numbers means high buyout price.

Shot a 7 point buck about a month ago. Sitting in the freezer right now. Flip, l really respect your opinions on this board.... but even though we are ‘invested’ in NWBO, l really believe the management of NWBO is “all in” with this treatment, and are both apprehensive and incredibly conservative with respect to unblinding this trial at the optimum moment. My take is that they are aware of how important this one moment is, and may be overly cautious because of it... even though the comment period “MAY” be over, they are still waiting just in case... and at some point they are just going to have to takes deep breath and pull the trigger... and we are all going to have to wait until then...

Then again, they may still be in a “ back and forth” with the RA’s...
