So IMS1000 is not actually property of GEC, right? Am I missing something? Plus they are only partners with the fertilizer as well.
I actually asked if there was any reason why I shouldn't but you gave a reason why I should...LOL Anyway, I do have more than 152 or what ever I said. 6 figures as a matter of fact. Looking to go 7. Thanks for your input though.
I'm thinking of doubling my position here. Any reason why I shouldn't?
What is EnvirEau of Canada's relationship to GEC? It's been just over a year since EPA submission, what's the hold up?
I always get a kick out of that. It was a buy, not a sell. Sorry but someone has to sell if someone is to buy.
Looks like someone dumped yesterday at the end of the day. Not a small holder either. Some 400k shares. I wonder if it was some impatient individual shareholder or maybe an insider that knows something. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with the EPA results. Maybe time to bail. Hmmmmm
I'm holding my 152 shares and no one will get them.
I actually work with some Germans and they know of Hogans Heros and actually like it....LOL They are located in what used to be East Germany.
How can you be so sure it didn't start already?
CHRI would have to issue a lot of new shares to do a 1 for 1. They only have 171m or so O/S. Anyone know the A/S and the float?
There's life here. Or at least it's not at no bid. Hmmmm..interesting.
It couldn't have been me. As Sgt Shultz always said... I see nothing..I hear nothing...I know nothing.
Wow, we are having a rally. 500 shares already on the day. Woo Hoo!!!!
Yield sign gone. When does "E" go away?
See, the bid went up slightly but that was it thus far.
Unfortunately, I don't see any big reaction to the K. Not that it's not deserving. It's just that it's not the norm here. I hope I'm wrong, thats for sure. Time will tell.
Wonder what happened. Still no 10-K though. UGH !!!!!
For some reason, OTC markets.com is not showing CHRI nor CHRIE as being found. Thoughts?
I didn't word it right. If they are able to get the 100m shares at this price then the over all would end up being cheaper. Instead of say paying .05 for all the shares, they can pay .01 or so for the 100m and then the .05 for the rest. Resulting in lower buyout.
I think CHRI is somehow funding the 100m buyback so they can get the rest cheap. Just a thought.
Do you think they have started buying back the shares today? Maybe CHRI is actually the one that is buying them back at this price to make the deal cheaper on them. It could happen.
Yes but the water cart sales is like the sale of cd players without cd's. EPA green light along with the sale of the carts will do wonders. Now that the "dirt" is up and running and actually producing rev's, the amount of those revs should give us the bump we need to help propel us past the .50 mark with FDA green light news.
I don't know bout anyone else here but I'm not liking this. Taking way too long to put the 10-K out.
How bout news to report actual revenue amounts from recent sales?
Last full week before Mega May begins. I think news will start to trickle out this week but PPS will not trickle up, it will flow smoothly and quickly compared to recent months. I figure in bout 3 weeks we will all be very very pleased.
Don't you think volume is kinda low for a big run?
You know this how?
Where the hello is the 10-K?
Not trying to be a killjoy here but CHRI announced a share buy back a couple years ago and has done nothing. I hope it's different here.
Why now though? When they are in negotiations to be bought out.
How did you get into my e-mail? That is right out of an e-mail I received from her too.
Amen brother Skinny, Amen
Resorting to reverse psychology now huh....LOL
Please do tell.
If GEC ownership/management are on the up and up and sell the entire company along with it, we all will. If they decide to just sell the patents and not share the wealth then we don't. I've been in a situation where the scum CEO's sold assets of a company and we were left with a worthless shell. I think the peeps here are better than that.
Again, you are both right that the company is of no interest. It is the products and the patents for those products. If there is a corporation that understands their worth, and I'm sure there are, then they will negotiate a price. They would in turn suck up the products and dissolve the company. Why can't you guys get it. I'm not saying the "company" will get bought. That is just a side effect of the products being bought.
Was that 10k shares hypothetical? I would hope so. As well as the share price I would accept for a buyout.
Those in position to buy, seldom work that way, particularly public companies. Buyers do not scour the pink sheets in search of the next Microsoft. Why? Because 90% of the companies are scams, all touting wonderful, earth saving technology/products. Companies in position to buy wait until a potential target is sufficiently mature to justify purchase. It's a dollar equation - "What can this purchase do to our bottom line earnings?" If the answer is speculative, the purchaser is not interested.
No, they don't scour the pinksheets looking for a bargain. Someone specializing in an industry just might have their ear to the ground for a new product that could immediately add to their bottom line. Are you saying that we are part of the 90%? The product is not speculative, is it?
No, sorry but as noted above, the real world doesn't give a flying flip about what is happening with some 5 million dollar market cap, pink sheet company.
You are right here. No large corporation would be interested in this company. It's the products that they would be interested in. EPA green lighted products to boot. You are still trying to discredit this company no matter what you say. The upside potential here to the company and it's shareholders is tremendous. An outside corp can see that as well.
Frankly Arbpro, or more likely ArbAM, I don't care about your biased opinion. You have an agenda here and that is fact.
They have never been this late and they have always been in China.
I disagree just a little. I think that if the deal falls thru, it will hurt the image of a chinese penny stock that is already guilty by association. Although it might not be fair, it is something that can happen.
You know this how?
