With our visit to Kosciusko today 8/27/05 It took Norm 5 hours to drive down for our meeting & visit with a leaseholder in Kosciusko today. We both left Kosciusko to head home at 2:30 PM this afternoon; it is only 1.5 hr drive for me. He should be home around 8 PM tonight. I'm in the process of writing up "my report" in the mean time and I will not release it until Norm shows up on RB board.
W3 I just jumped into this one. What is your thoughts of CNES?

As soon as they say the pipeline is complete I will drive the 65 miles from here and take pictures of it and post for all to see. I will then stop in and revisit the K1 lease owner and get an update. I will then go see the Stanley well land owner just down the street at his business and talk to him for the first time.
Here are the pictures I took 7/21/05

BTW; Why has Clayton not posted any Bill of Sale for any oil sold by Titan.
Why Not? I hope they have income from oil..
I did CSJJ for a 200% gain. Will buy back in at .0003 and hold till next pump. My new play is PYPR may see action, either way "up-down" LOL
I like to play sub pennys. the ones you listed are to rich for my blood.
Why has Clayton not posted a copy of A Bill of sale for any oil Titan has sold like he said he would do almost three weeks ago?

If K1 was producing 50 BPD at the first zone, July 7th:

And then valved out when I visited a lease owner next door 7/21, and he stating the workover left the site the previous day 7/20/05. Why was the rig released then?
They then say per this PR:
Only 7 days later that they are to drill deeper??

Because Clayton said he would. And It would prove that they have sold OIL.
This will give them a chance to prove they are for real. Other companys have to report to the SEC, they do not.
lowtrade, I appreciate your reply. I talked to an eyewitness that is part of the lease (one of 4). the well was shut in the day I was there talking to him and takin pictures 7/21. He said the rig left the previous day 7/20.
POP with PR, you are right lowtrade. My question is why has Clayton not posted a copy of A Bill of sale for any oil sold like he said he would do? Why was the well shutdown 7/21 the day after the workover rig left the well site per the lease owner I talked to, with pictures?
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TNOG&read=61326
They then say they are going to drill down 300ft more just a few days later? Then why did they release the rig knowin that a back log exist with these type rigs!
High Hopes, I never said that it was this thread, I should have mentioned RB. Timpaul never pumped over here on this TNOG thread. Obviously you do not know of whom I talk of.
My e-mail address is posted in my profile here iwith Ihub and RB:

Where is your e-mail address?

BTW what DD do you have to offer the tread?
Why A'm I here?
I started trading penny stock in 1999. I lost my ass then because I believed the pumpers, I was vulnerable!
Now when I see pumpers pumping a stock I dig deep, find facts and post the info I find.
I was lead to TNOG by Timpaul7, some may know him by his various other alias's he has had. He pumped NMCX and sucked in many investors. He then started the pump on TNOG this year. I worked in the oilfield so I knew quite a bit and started posting my thoughts and opinions. I have not slandered the company, I have not called TNOG a scam, and it is not a scam! I just make comments of my opinion or bring up questions, so I'm known as a "BASHER" because I do not play the PUMP game.
If the SEC were to investigate me I will diclose what ever info they request. Brokerage account info, etc...
I have nothing to hide, BTW why do the Pumpers not disclose an e-maill address?
Im not here to disrupt the board. That is what a real BASHER would do!
I found it!

Someone else said that was the operator number. I do not know for sure what is is. Call Clayton and ask him, he should know.
Some one else posted that the Kosciusko well was still in Nuteks name, do a search and see what you find.
louvp, look at the last picture of Pruskis's store in Kosciusko and double click the pic, then look at the price of the gas in the sign, premium gas is $2.35
The #0896 is Titans operator number! Do a search.
I belive the pics on the Titan site were taken in April this year before the crops were planted, and I see no tanks in the pics on the web site. With my pics it shows the tanks they said they had to bring in. Also the corn is ready for harvest now, and the soybeans to the west will be ready next month. pics were taken 7/21/05
The search you show was the original permit to drill the well in 1991 . As you can see BLACK GOLD OPERATING CO., INC.
was the company then. Thanks for posting it that confirms what the lease owner told me.
Ming Seem's to me that if I told you the moon was round you will reply that it is square. The pictures were taken 7/21/05 and they are for real.
Thanks for the warning about putting me on ignore, did I post in time? I hope so. LOL
Once a company unmasks an author, it can deal directly with the author and may be able to avoid having to file a subpoena - which significantly reduces the risk of media attention and adverse legal consequences.
Source: Investigation firms are springing up to help companies unmask authors, including the Internet Crimes Group (www.internetcrimesgroup.com) which was founded by an ex-member of the FBI. Depending on the complexity of a search, Internet Crimes Group charges between $2.5k-$5k to track an author and typically can turn around a request in several weeks.

How Can a Company Unmask an Anonymous Author
How can companies determine the identity of an anonymous author?
Obtaining information from a sponsor can be difficult.
It's difficult to find someone at the sponsor to contact. Most sponsors provide only e-mail address contacts on their Web site - not contact names or phone numbers. See more @ contacts at sponsors.
Since time likely will be "of the essence" for companies seeking to remove a message, e-mail contact information is not particularly useful - particularly since it can take several hours or even days (if at all) for a sponsor to respond to an e-mail.
In addition, most sponsors are hesitant to divulge any information - unless a company first obtains a subpoena. Sponsors normally don't voluntarily reveal whatever information they have about an author or a message - because they take great pains to limit their liability for the content of the messages posted on their boards - and they fear that an author will allege a breach of privacy if they turn over this information.
Sponsors may be even more hesitant to divulge information after a recent lawsuit. In May 2000, an anonymous author filed a John Doe lawsuit against Yahoo! for responding to a subpoena for information about him in another lawsuit. Yahoo! provided no notice of the subpoena to the John Doe before providing his personal information. The author had posted messages criticizing his employer and was fired after Yahoo! complied with the subpoena. This case settled with the terms of the settlement under seal.
Source: The May 2000 lawsuit over Yahoo! complying with a subpoena is Acquacool v. Yahoo! - the complaint can be found at http://techlawjournal.com/courts/aquacool/20000511com.htm.
Can a company convince a sponsor to voluntarily reveal an author's identity?
It's very unlikely that a company will voluntarily reveal an author's identity - particularly after authors have begun to sue sponsors who have turned over identifying information (unless law enforcement officials make the request).
These lawsuits have been filed even though the sponsors were responding to a subpoena. Authors have sued because they were not informed by the sponsor of the subpoena's existence and did not get an opportunity to quash it to preserve their anonymity. See more @ do sponsors cooperate with subpoena requests.
If a company can provide a legitimate reason, the sponsor arguably has a basis to demonstrate a good faith belief that disclosure of an author's identity to the company was acceptable - either in the absence of a subpoena or to comply with the legal process.
Despite having complete discretion, most sponsors require that companies obtain a subpoena before they will cooperate with efforts to unmask an author. Based on recent lawsuits filed by anonymous authors against sponsors for revealing their identity without informing them first (even though they were responding to subpoenas), it's unlikely that sponsors will turn over any information about an author without a subpoena. See more @ sponsors being sued for identifying authors.
Note that it may not be a good idea to send a cease and desist letter to a sponsor urging them to remove a message - it's unlikely that this can accomplish much over a phone call and it's possible that the letter will end up on the message board itself and cause embarrassment (not posted by the sponsor, but these things somehow seem to leak out).
Source: An example of a sponsor voluntarily taking action is Yahoo Finance's process to block spam from its message boards as noted in "Yahoo Curbs Message Board Spam," c/netnews.com (July 27, 1999).
What alternatives does a company have to contacting a sponsor to unmask an author?
Cybersleuth - or hire an investigative firm to do it for the company.
A company may be able to track an author using publicly available clues. These clues can be derived from various sources, such as:
the nature of the message itself (i.e. quasi-handwriting analysis based on the terminology in the message),
through data mining (e.g. reviewing prior messages created by the same author for identification information), or
other electronic traces left behind - such as engaging the author in an online dialogue on a message board to reveal clues about the author's identity.
None of these methods rely on illegal activity, such as hacking.
Kosciusko photos & Comments of 7/21/2005
These are the photos that I took Thursday 7/21/05 in Kosciusko, Texas.
http://crowtf.myphotoalbum.com/view_album.php? Set_albumName=album02
Some have stated that the pictures were taken last year, and the gas prices in the pic of the store are $1.26 per gallon. If you double click twice on picture # 26 or P7211265 you can the see clearly the price of the fuel.
I took these pictures 7/21/05. The good news is that the price of gas has dropped a few cents since Thursday. LOL
My 7/21/05 visit to Kosciusko
I talked to one of the people that are in the 160-acre pool for the Kosciusko #1 well (4 @37 acre each) for over 2 hours. He told me that Maupin was the one that drilled the well over 10 years ago. At that time his company name was Black Gold. Then the name changed to
Clipper Operating and now he operates under Titan.
He said the lease ran out in Jan this year and has not been renewed with him. He said that he has to sign a Division order before they can sell any oil, has not seen one yet.
He said that the workover rig just left the site Wednesday. He said that he sees Maupin about twice a week when the rig is on site. Mr. Maupin told him that they were going to run an electrical line to the well for a pump.
He said that this well has a history of producing a lot of water and it had to be trucked out by several trucks per day because of no pipeline to the well, this is why they had to set up the two tanks and the separator. Also stated that the reason he thinks it is valved out is because it has lost pressure, and that is the reason for the need for electricity. Un known why the two sets of Tubing are lying next to the well
He said that during the life of this well he has received about $3000 in royalties
He told me that many wells were drilled many years ago around town (you could see them in every direction)and that only 5-6 wells remain.
I only went up to Stanley Lease gate, which is across the street from the Kosciusko well as you can see in the pictures it was locked. The man gave me the name of the landowner and where to find him. Just up the road at a business. I ran out of time and had to head home. He gave me his address and phone number and told me to come back or call any time.
He also pronounced Kosciusko KA CHUS KO
These pictures and comments are true and I have no fear of anyone!

_______DD for TNOG_______
Titan Oil and Gas web page:
http://www.titanoilandgas.com/
Titan has intentions to re-complete wells that were formerly good producers. (Per the web page)
These wells have been abandoned and cemented years ago do to lack of profitable production.
Titan is not drilling new wells, just only re-opening old abandoned wells!
Due to the recent surge in the cost of a barrel of oil it is now feasible for the re-opening of these wells.
Per my DD, mine only! These are profitable only with the service companies here in South Texas that own there own work over rigs, pumps, tank battery’s, transport trucks, guagers, in other words, with very little overhead.
Watch the video real close? Notice that they are waiting for the flow, and then you see it gush for 10-12 seconds. Notice that it stopped before they do any thing, is this a real gusher from an abandoned well after being capped for years. Yes! This is trapped gas that has accumulated But for how long?
Was this Video Staged?
Notice in the video where the guy on the floor holding the chain when the oil-water starts to over flow. You can see where he points to the circulating pump operator (24-25 seconds into the video) on the other side of the rig to shut down, you then notice the flow stops;
Staged?? . Heck yes
http://www.titanoilandgas.com/k1.wmv
The circulating pump he waves at is show in this video
http://www.titanoilandgas.com/k2.wmv
when they show the guys using a pipe wrench to remove the short piece of pipe; it then became an open hole (no pressure?) They screwed on a block valve not a Christmas tree.
A real High pressure well will have A Christmas tree installed and it looks like this:
http://www.rwintl.com/mmainf2.jpg
If a well has little or no pressure they install a block valve like in the video.
With no pressure they have to use a pump jack and here is a picture of the wellhead they would use for that.
(LOOK FAMILIAR)?
http://www.cardinalsurveys.com/t3_55.htm
Also check out in the video the hole dug in the earth is unlined; this is a no no With the TCEQ, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. It must be lined to comply.
http://www.tceq.state.tx.us/comm_exec/communication/media/05-05PasadenaAgenda.html
(And the EPA. When you have a spill like in the one in the video you have to report it to:
http://www.tceq.state.tx.us/
http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/divisions/og/key-programs/spillincident.html
From the well head the oil, water & gas mix goes thru a separator to separate the Gas & oil-water mix. Gas will to a compressor station and the oil goes to the tank battery like the one in the pictures below. Here is what a separator looks like:
http://www.challengerps.com/pics/pic10.jpg
Once the oil-water gets to the tank battery the oil floats to the top and the water on bottom. This is where the oil is drawn off the top and sent to the two silver tanks on the right, then either pick up by 18 wheeler, which will attach to the pipe running to the outside the earthen beam around the that is shown with the red pipe wrench leaning on it. The salt water is either picked up by truck and taken to a disposal well or is injected to a local well for disposal, which helps force oil to the next producing well!
The green doomed tank in this picture:
http://www.novakcapital.com/TNOGgallery/02.html
is made of fiberglass, and is not for pressure (gas), notice the piping on the top from it to the next one to the left (over flow) Fiberglass tanks are cheaper than steel tanks and hold up better in the corrosive salt water environment! These tanks vent directly to the atmosphere, no pressure accumulates here.
No gas pressure here with this picture:
http://www.novakcapital.com/TNOGgallery/07.html
When you use a pump jack to extract the oil it is due to no down hole (gas) pressure to push the oil up.
This pump jack is used to bring up the oil-water mix, which is pumped to the tank batteries for separation.
My opinion is that the Midway pipeline will be used for the disposal of the enormous amounts of saltwater that these wells will produce. The crude oil will be picked up by truck at the tank battery for delivery to market.
I only live 65 miles from the wells and have stated to this thread in the past that I would go by and check out the wells. My offer still stands. Some have said they will provide info. No reply for the past three weeks.
Per the Texas Railroad Commission that regulates the Oil and Gas production here in Texas they have set a limit on the Stanley unit to 1085 barrels per month: This is the only well I see:
http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/divisions/og/stripout/t1.html
Now my legit concern: If Titan has to pay for all services preformed for the re-opening of these wells then what will the profits be after they deduct expenses for:
lease payment
Royalty PMT
State taxes
Drilling cost
tank battery cost
Pump Jack when flow stops (SOON)
guagers wages
company employees salary
PR expenses
and all other hidden cost.........
Yes, money can and will be made with these wells..
But, How much is left over for Stockholders?
Now, Who Am I?
I live here in South Texas and worked on a work over rig just like the one in the video in the early 70s as derrick hand for 11 months while going to College, I filled in on the floor as a tong man when needed I'm no expert, I know enough to stay out of trouble.
Also, my brother-in-law works for Marathon Oil in Houston TX. He has been a (PE) Petroleum Engineer for 28 years. He started in Midland TX then moved to Irran TX, then Hobbs NM, before ending up in the home office in Houston TX 1 1 /2 years ago after the big cuts. He is a great resource for my questions.
I have requested many times that anyone with oil and gas experience to please correct me about the above, no one has. Some have said that they will e-mail the company my DD for correction too and I have not heard any reply to correct me!
qcjaguars has posted the names of the leaser persons and I’m in the process of looking up the address so I can visit them in person, (Not by calling them on the phone). I also requested the other documents he has so I can follow up with them also.
Corporate charter "REINSTATED/REVOKED" three times by Nevada Secretary of State:

This is a pink sheet stock and is non-reporting to the SEC.
This DD is of my own honest opinion.
DO your own DD and then Decide
Come on down and lets meet In Kosciusko, Texas we will stop in at Pruski's store and drink a few beers while talking to the locals about the TNOG wells which are just down the road within a mile.
Drinking beer is what all the guys that are parked outside the store are doing!

Also check out in the video the hole dug in the earth is unlined; this is a no no With the TCEQ, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. It must be lined to comply.

(And the EPA. When you have a spill like in the one in the video you have to report it to:

From the well head the oil & gas mix goes thru a separator to separate the Gas & oil-water mix.
Why would NUTEK OIL INC give up the Stanley unit well to Titan Oil & gas??
Lack of production! Check with the Texas Railroad Commision
Notice the production Nutek had vs the production Titan reported:

Do a google search on Nutek it turns up this company

which is located in the same building as Titan in San Antonio, TX
I have requested many times that anyone with oil and gas experience to please correct me about the above, and abinrml47tx has :http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=TNOG&read=20433

Titan Oil and Gas web page:

Notice in the video where the guy on the floor holding the chain when the oil-water starts to over flow. You can see where he points to the circulating pump operator (24-25 seconds into the video) on the other side of the rig to shut down, you then notice the flow stops;

My opinion is that the Midway pipeline will be used for the disposal of the enormous amounts of saltwater that these wells will produce. The crude oil will be picked up by truck at the tank battery for delivery to market.
