Again, I think Howard announcing that he has signed a contract is going to be a no brainer....and when it is announced, which should be soon, I would expect the share price to jump 5 to 10 cents..... Hopefully this is far enough prior to 3Q run-up, we can sell on the spike and rebuy on the dip and then ride the next wave into 3Q announcement.......

You are right about that.....need information very soon....this "maybe next week" stuff will just not cut it. If something firm is not PR'd or filed by the end of the month...well, lets just say the rats are lining up along the sides of the ship.....

I guess my reservations on this stock are true for the most part. I thought the new share structure deal was just too good to be true....looks like we have all been had here.

Maybe it is time to throw in the towel and move on....and to think everyone here was giving me a hard time for voicing my cautious opinion.

True...enough...however I disagree on the "never flip pennies" portion...JMHO. As a general rule, most consider those who keep pennies longer than 48hrs "bagholders", which is more than often true. However, there are those rare occasions though.

Just for your info....I did buy into this thing after this mornings dip. I think it will slowly climb on the lead up to financials and pop if they beat them.

Good luck waiting years on your 10 bagger...if anyone needs to see the big picture, it is you....

Take for instance SIRI...I bought in real low...started riding the stock like a roller coaster until I figured out that I could make much more money buying the dips and selling the rips, while keeping a core position long. For instance....I kept 25K shares LONG and sold 20K shares around the position making about $1.5K - $2.5K each time. Have done it 4 times so far. That my friend is how you make money in this market....

As for this stock...if they are solid....I myself would buy back in at the low of the day today or tomorrow....and ride this thing up on anticipated 3Q news especially if they are raising guidance....

Think about it....sell today for 50%.....rebuy at the low and ride it somemore...that is how you make money in this market these day.....days of buy and hold are gone my friend....think about it.....

Dude, Profit is profit! Use the news to your advantage.....as you can see, the price is already dropping fast....I would have sold and re-entered at a lower level to play the bounce. Take it for what it is worth.....

I think you need to read the PR again:

All they said is that they are just beginning to investigate the possibility of providing dividends and creating a new share structure.

For all we know this could be just another fluff PR. I think this is the reason the pps has not moved. Until they come out and announce their intentions with an executable date....we are not going to move....

This may or may not be a good time to buy....how much do you trust management to follow through? I am going to hold a little longer to see what happens since this thing already appears to be at support......hopefully nowhere to go but hope....

Not sure what you mean by waited this long. I already own more than a few shares of this company. However, most of my shares were bought at the .10 lvl. So forgive me for being a little concerned here.

The company has pumped out a lot of PRs lately that have not amounted to much and all I have seen is my stake drop by 50% without any solid performance news. I know this is speculative, however, I do expect some info that makes us feel that the company is working for our interest as well.

I am a little leary of this proposition. Company needs to make money before offering any dividends. Been burned before on companies issuing stock to raise cash for clinical trials.
What happens, is that they dilute the shares.....then comes a R/S....then they dilute again to raise more money while you the share holder gets left holding a bag of rocks.....ash anyone who has invested with GETAD....great example.

Seems like time to run for the hills.....this is why the stock did not rise today....it was not good news.....GLTA

I really hope this thing does not turn out to be some sort of scam. To delay a merger on one person seems kind of odd to me, especially when everyone thought this thing was just about done.

Some sort of solid PR needs to be sent out on the exact status of the merger and expected completion date. Other than that, I am starting to feel like we are just being strung along and by the time we get the straight news, we will have lost everything.....I am not bashing....just concerned.

I just hope if something gets filed that it occurs a little earlier in the trading day instead of right near the end like last time.

Do you think it will hold this base much longer? Chart seems to be stablizing but I am afraid what will happen if Prop 19 is defeated....if so, I think it will sink another 50%, however, if it passes, then I would expect much greater upside spike....seems to be a big gamble especially without them releasing any PR that is worthwhile.

Well good for you....this stock has been crap for the last 4-5 months. I finally sold out for .006 and took a little loss.

Well, you are right to follow instinct. I sold 30% today @1.11 for a nice sized profit. However, I always keep a core position because I am LONG on this pos.

But it is nice to make some cash along the way.....

Wow, I have been sitting on this stock (2M) shares for a few years. I thought this thing was dead and buried. However, after reading some of the posts here and elsewhere, looks like their just might be a little life still left in this thing after all.

Will have to keep my eyes open for the push and maybe actually make some money off this thing after all.

Agreed, picked up more shares this morning...if price remains the same throughout the day, I might pick-up somemore. Chart looks good as well. If anything, I see at least a pop up to .014 or .015 for a very nice gain if anything.

Thanks for the information. As to the other comment, I do not make trades based on what is stated in this or any other forum. However, sometimes you can be surprised about the information that can be obtained when pieced together.

Has anyone emailed the company in the last week or so to find out this issue. Last time I emailed them, they were kind of vague and brought up the "pans in the fire" comment which does not hold with me. The company owes us some answers as to the status and a hard timeline for the finanical audit.

I am sorry, but I have been away for a little while, and I am trying to figure out what is going on. My last impression was that we were waiting on news from the settlement and an audit to clarify company financials....is that still not the case? I am getting the impression from some of the posts on this site that this whole thing might end up being some sort of scam....

Hard to believe that people are still be fooled into buying this stock. I sold out a few weeks back at $2.50 a share, but I still lost half of my investment due to the R/S.

Told you it was going to drop.....without news. Wait for the bounce and then sell, I would not hold this thing over the weekend waiting on news sometime next week that may not come. Waiting will kill the momentum and by the time it arrives, nothing.
