It takes a post like Orca's to make a Vulcan chuckle. Well done.

The R/S is announced on the OTC bulletin Board. Effective tomorrow, I believe. MY question is this: CAN the company elect at this point in time to cancel the RS?
With the pps in the tank, it is a great day for SITS to buy back the 4 million shares they announced they would be buying...and a good number of investors who are holding long stand a fantastic chance to make out very well.
If they go through with the split, they might be able to uplist, but their trust with the current roster of shareholders will be basically shot. That will hurt share value for quite awhile UNLESS....UNLESS...there truly is a great deal about to be announced. Failing all of this... this stock is toast.
Either way, many would possibly feel deceived
In this Vulcan's humble opinion...
Forgot to charge the old phaser. It can only reheat my coffee today. My bad.
Spock, standing buy.
This is excellent news. Having read the linked articles provided, it is clear that the subQ administration supported by the Products of Repro-Med are an outstanding match for patients requiring IgG support. The company is obviously in an enviable position. This will bode quite well for the company as orders for the Freedom system will no doubt rise dramatically. Talk about being in the right place at the right time.. Well done, Repro!
Personally, neither do I except for the emotional component. I know there are people who invest based on phases of the moon, astrological factors, what their barber tells them, etc... Honestly, it is quite amazing .
I use Tarot cards, myself.
Spock...out.
To be perfectly honest, many fell into the exact same trap as I did myself once. You see a stock that seems to having some stellar gains, you see a website or two that look as you expect them to look, you read so-called press releases, false posts by paid pumpers and before you know it you have EMOTIONALLY invested into this. Even though every single thing a newbie might see can be easily produce by just one person with humble computer skills, the illusion is created of a young company struggling to get going and having modest successes along the way. You become a flag-waver for the company. You stick by them through thick (nice gains) and losses (losses).
I think the SEC has at times been overwhelmed by the numbers of crooked companies or companies that started out decent, but became corrupted along the way. They can only do so much.
My own strategy has changed quite alot over the years, but each new day brings a fresh batch of excited newbies to exploit...and so it goes.
Spock, class over.
No-Qtr. don't worried, bud. We have seen stuff like this a hundred times. About 2-3 weeks before chart-busting news is to come out, Market-makers drive the price down beyond reason to load up and to have their BFFs load up. Then the company breaks out the news and the thing flies like no tomorrow.
The trick: decoding what point to jump off when the spring releases. It will climb suddenly higher than it has been in a long time, possibly beyond what the company is even worth, but you want to be out before that gets reached. Sure as the sun comes up, the priuce will settle back down to something sane and you can buy back in using only your profits. Take you initial bankroll and move on to your next target.
We're all good here. Don't despair.
For fun this weekend, we're (Mr. Scott and I) buzzing civilizations who don't have space travel yet. It's a blast!!! Spock,. out.
Thank you. I appreciate your information very much. Spock...standing by.
One sentence: Can anybody--in one sentence, +/- 2, explain why this is taking off today? What got this moving right now?
spock.... ear twitching madly.
Thank you for your concern. thv
I admit, it is far afield from the sorts of things we have been reading about on this forum lately, but as IDGE says in the opening line of their homepage, they are a holding company. Where they see potential to make a buck, they are going to pursue it. They;re getting the shares at a bargain price which they can probably sell later this morning and double their money if they want to.
To me, it says, "We are not going to turn a blind eye to an opportunity because it is outside our 'normal' zone'. "
I like it.
I like kale slushies, too.

BRAVO, JT Thornburg, BRAVO. The man is doing exactly what he said he would do. As for his timing on when to release the information, I say that is entirely done at the discretion of the company. UNQT can choose times when it makes the most business sense to do so. It is in the best interests of us all, no?
As for "former" employees of UNQT, if they are no longer relevant, then don't...please.... don't bring them up as if there is some collusion or some sort of scandal under way. Nothing good comes from that. Nothing.
Buying as much UNQT as I can get my hands on tomorrow. Again, I don't care if it takes JT years to make his vision come to fruition. If his word is his bond, well, what more do ask of a person? People will do business with UNQT because they want to business with a guy like him!!

Thank you for referring me to the facts which I felt ought to have been included in your post about Goulding (and Duncan). I appreciate it. I have seen way more erroneous fictions slung around these parts than anyone would ever care to admit having seen, so when you can back up something with cold, hard facts...THAT stands out and again...I appreciate it.
The truths here are unfortunate but they are what they are and must be factored in accordingly.
back to being a cranky (aka happy) vulcan
This is only my opinion, but this is a lousy thing to post on a forum like this without offering any substantiation. Is the statement baseless or does it really have a shred of bearing on the company as it stands now?
thv
a not-so-happy-thv
Agreed! Something along those lines could result in a flashfire the likes of which are rarely seen in these parts.
Vulcans ears do NOT fit well beneath a fire helmet. Just sayin'.
I always appreciate the quality and the depth of the work you do. Honestly, I have never seen better anywhere on iHub. As for MediaG3, I hope beyonf hope this horrible sham of a company has finally found its end. SO many, many good folks have been so badly burned by it.
thv
Lucky40...I could see it happening, but not holding firm yet. Again, my caveat: if some huge news comes like crazy good Q2 numbers or a business deal that makes apple look like fruit of the loom, otherwise...we will have to "grow: our way there so to speak.
spock...ordering new uniforms from the federation.
Fair point, glens....very fair point, indeed.
Thanks, alz... much appreciated. thv
24s have been tested a few times in the recent past and have not held even with more volume. It will take what we might call "real" news.... hard, positive numbers or a stunning deal of some kind to bust this out they way we want it to. Not sayin' 25 or 26 can't happen as a sort of flash in the pan...but to say goodbye forever to 23 for good is not yet in the cards. Teens? Ya.. I think those are pretty much history at this point.
Home making note: Never use a dead tribble as a lint trap in a dryer vent. Don't ask me why, just don't do it. Very bad.
Spock , out.
Perfectly reasonable for a quarterly report to take 4-8 weeks, industry norm. This is well-known. It is as much up to the firm preparing the report as it is the company being reported upon, sometimes moreso. There are some who will just not be happy no matter what happens..... every silver lining has a cloud.
Spock...standing by.....
In all reality, this news of the share retirement---fantastic though it obviously is- is usually not enough all by itself to send a stock like this on a rocket ride.
The news we have been given over the past six weeks by JT--IF he had wrapped it all into one big PR--- would likely have done that job. As it is, it has been like watching an explosion in slow motion. All the news is there, it is real but the adrenaline has been removed.
If I was retiring my own shares, I would want to do it when the pps was a low as possible and that is precisely what we saw.
There is still incredible news just beyond our event horizon and the very best move is to continue to sit tight and be in place when it happens.
(Yes I have technology which allows me to see beyond the event horizon, but it is highly unethical to use it most of the time. We Vulcans are not much fun that way.)
Spock--standing by.
To my way of seeing this, it is critical that Mr. Thornburg have his house in very good order as we, the shareholders, are expecting imminently to learn exactly how the recent purchase of Bio-Medical, Inc, World Currency.... plus the MMJ play in BC all work to make Union Equity, Inc. more profitable than it has been in years.
Undoubtedly, it is an extraordinary blend of opportunities. Given where UNQT had been dragged the past few years, the past six months under Mr. Thornburg's leadership show phenomenal promise. He knows how important Q2 is to all of us so my expectation is that he is going to do it right before he does it fast. He is building trust with us...and this is crucial to the company's growth for the rest of the year for sure.
I have a fair number of my own quatloos in the hat here, too. The last thing I would want to have to do is to beam anyone into the quiet depths of deep space or into a wall or something.
Spock, out.
Would it be unreasonable to consider the possibility that $30K or so ( 150,000,000 X .0002) has been used to make a purchase, to finalize or make a good faith deposit on a deal of some sort? Certainly such an expenditure would be reasonable at this stage.
Hmmm.
Maybe some company is about ready to release their Q2 numbers. Maybe those numbers are extraordinary. I am ready.
thv.
Too funny!!!! thv
I'm with you Al.... Based on the info we have been given about the CEO I am feeling perfectly confident that he will continue to keep us in the loop as need be. I, too, sleep well. I now have a number of these little seeds smattered around pinkie land with companies who either show tremendous potential or who are showing steady growth with the usual fluctuation in price that come with the territory. I have learned that really all I need to do is to remain alert for movement and to act when I think i need to act in order to get the most from my own strategy. Patience is the hardest component, but it has already paid off for me nicely.
thv
OK IDGCers. Here we are... Right where we have been at least five times since yesterday morning. Do we have the financial balls to bust through this 10-11 wall and stay above it so that we can plow through mightily to 14-15? I say we do! I say we do!
Lets put the trip-naughts behind us forever. It's time.
Right now.
Spock... ready at phaser banks with you know what kind of torpedoes.
Brando: I did think of that when I read it. I looked at it from a couple of different perspectives and my end conclusion at this point is that this additional news is, indeed, something very positive. IDGS's move here has been researched, considered and acted upon. Nothing less. They...as a rsult of their research... have now committed significantly to a gameplan. Now they are realizing it, making it happen.
Still would appreciate learrnig your thoughts, though.
IDGC has set up shop to be a major player and it appears their strategy makes a great deal of sense.
spock.... choosing socks for my next shift on the bridge. out.
I am quite interested in how the PR has been disclosed. Certainly, the information we got just after the market closed this afternoon could have been released at the same time as the information yesterday morning, but it was not.
To my thinking, this makes it pretty clear that deliberate efforts are being made to insure that growth continues but in something of a measured way.
I would be interested in any other opinions on this.

Having been involved in start-up ventures a couple of times in the past, I MUST agree 100% with alzheimered. He is spot on. This seed begins to germinate, not the stuff hollywood is made of, but solid foundations on which future plans can readily come to fruition. Nothing about UNQT is slap-dash or anything like it. Watching this grow is going to be a true pleasure.
thv
This is the ONLY way this pps goes up? Really? There is not so much as even one other possible way? Darn!!!! i GOTTA TELL THE OTHERS.
thv
Would it be reasonable to suggest that MMs seek to establish a more controlled run up here as opposed to a runaway situation that burns itself out in one session? Ever time ( 5 today, by my count) 10s get tested, the get sqaushed back to 9s. Even a shot at 8 quickly bounced right back to nine.
This LOOKs like just enough pressure to squelch the fire in the bellies of many traders, but just enough pressure to smooth out the climb. ( More conservatively-minded investors could warm up better to a less volatile-looking scenario, as it were.)
Is this "plausible"? My computer banks show insufficient data to support a more refined opinion. Then again, my computer banks have personality problems beyond those of mere mortals.
Spock, standing by.
BC MMJ Vending machines. Found this relevant article while doing some more DD. MJ Vending machines are to become a major new element of MMJ distribution.
http://hemp.org/news/content/canada-medical-marijuana-vending-machines-hit-vancouver
Actually, I am in the thick of trying to answer this question (who might the BC grower be) for about a day now. There are a number of smaller concerns ( a couple of hundred), particularly near city centres, but I am not close enough to say who I think is the likely candidate. I will make a short list after I have ruled out others, post that list here to see what others here think.
Will put in overtime with deep space sensors now.
Spock, out.
Just say an enormous buy. Did'nt know buyers of this magnitude were now here to shop.
Holy Smokies , batman.

If you read back through previous filings one can come away from that thinking there may be up to 10.1 B A/S. Not sure about O/S. Will look into that to reverify. I am not as proficient at understanding those things as I could be, But I will do this and report back.
I do hold a position here, a small one because it probably would not take what amounts to a dormant shell and to then turn it into almost anything profitable--especially when it is now being owned and operated by people who completely know what they are doing.
thv
TraderLife: Thanks for doing that demo. It really puts things into a much more focused perspective, particularly for those of us who trade in more humble volumes. That was very, very instructive.
Much appreciated.

This is fascinating, really. NOW...NOW we are getting a peek at just how tightly this spring is coiled, how much- how "exponentially" -the interest may be growing now. Personally, I'd prefer a steady climb instead of a roller-coaster experience. I do feel somewhat badly for those who have purchased low and who have chosen to liquidate now. The best part of the appreciation is yet to come, obviously.
Reminds me if the time I got James Tiberius into a bottle of Romulan ceremonial "wine" I suppose one would call it, which he had not yet been allowed to finish fermenting. Six more months and it would have been superb in every extraordinary way. Instead, he drank most of it within 2 hours and suffered a reaction so uncontrollable we had to use the transporter to evacuate his gastro-intestinal tract from end to end (tricky, I would add) lest we "redecorate" the sick bay. ( Even Dr. McCoy's tricorder had a seizure just trying to diagnose him.) Where we beamed the contents is another story altogether.
Spock, standing by, having as much fun as a vulcan should ever be allowed to have.
Well, then, welcome aboard, skichic. We wish you great luck on this. We're pretty long on this for a number of reasons that have been bearing out nicely of late with the best yet to come.
