I don't think it'll take that long.
5 mill volume + press release = ?
I think it'll equal a few cent up that day.
Anyone think different?
Can't believe the volume is over 5 million.
Yeah I've got one in now for .0115 but no takers yet.
It couldn't be but so many more willing to sell at this price.
Oh I'm sure they will at some point. It might be a month or two after the actual opening, but it will probably be one at some point. Just think of all the attention the company will get when that plant opens. I bet we'll soar a couple cent atleast.
For the volume to be so high with the price still inching up is a very bullish sign, in my opinion anyway.
I hope they get the facility opened on time. Do they have a grand opening ceremony or anything of the like scheduled?
What's causing today's increase in volume? Did I miss more news coverage over the weekend?
Don't sell out too soon. I can see this company on the NASDAQ one day.
Good luck overseas.
We'll all make some pretty fat profits in due time. I'm thinking due time is like 2 or 3 weeks.
That volume is unbelievable this morning.
Don't do that! I appreciate the cheap shares! lol
Always a good sign when management has a good dialogue with shareholders. That's something one doesn't see everyday in pennyland.
Thanks for posting.
That's correct, I placed that order on Friday. It is, or shortly will be, worth alot more than that.
Good morning everyone, hopefully we're in for some news this week.
If they have, or get, an advanced biofuel classification and are RFS2 registered, than we should be in good shape.
Has the company given an exact date as to when they're going to open the plant, or have they just stated that it will be in February?
Very good article. I wonder if XPGH's glycerin fuel would meet the definition of an advanced biofuel.
What do you mean similar process? If you can be more specific, I'll do my best to answer your question.
Yes I know about the pps. I bought in at around 1.15 or so, but I guess it just wasn't finiahed dropping. Well, what can you do? Oh that's right, NGBF has voting rights, so we removed the old management team.
Well $1,000,000 should be enough to restart fuel production. If they restart the old orders without debt, then they should be able to gradually expand deliveries from their revenues without additional financing. I'm assuming that the majority of the capital is required to purchase the feedstock to make the fuel. Of course, if they have new orders waiting, you are right, they'll probably have to borrow some money. But with a million in retained earnings, do you think it'll be that difficult to find creditors? I mean they have survived the worst of it, and, also, if they sold any reasonable amount of fuel, in 2010, they should get a government payment since the tax credit was retroactive.
That is very interesting, thanks for the information.
I see that it was tested at a coal power plant in West Virginia. That's the only direct mention I see of using glycoal at a coal power plant, please correct me if I'm mistaken. That doesn't answer my question as to how they utilize a liquid fuel. As for all of that other testing they mention in their press releases, it's been long enough for all of those potential costomer's permits to be amended. So, if that's the case, XPGH should be able to max out capacity this year with all of those new costomers that weren't able to utilize the fuel due to the increased cost after the subsidy expired. According to their forward-looking press releases anyway.
The reason I was asking this board about the patents is that I saw that NGBF had filed for a patent on a process to convert glycerin into fuel. I found this encouraging, because they devoted funding to the glycerin research after the subsidies had expired. So, perhaps XPGH faired better than expected over 2010 with their glycerin fuel.
To my understanding, glycoal is a liquid coal replacement. If this is correct, how can coal fired power plants utilize this without upgrading their system?
It also takes around a year to amend most states' emission permits. Has XPGH been in talks with any power plants in the past?
I'll have to see if I can find it again, I want to be sure before I post the wrong information. I do know that it was not Stockegg.
This was around the last part of 2009 through the first part of 2010.
Right! That's all we need to to trigger a real run up. A conference call would do wonders, a company profile in a trade publication, or anything that would shed some light on their current operations and their business model, that would put this stock back where we should be.
Let me back up and say I'm not 100% sure the promoter was paid by XcelPlus Global Holdings to promote XPGH. I never received any spam like email, or anything like that, from the promoter in regards to XPGH, but I did find XPGH on one of those promoter's websites. I'm not saying they were involved in any illegitimate pumping, but they were beginning to promote the stock by the looks of it. I personally thought it was part of Parson's push to get XPGH listed on the NASDAQ, which, of course, requires at least $1.00 share price.
Again this is just an educated guest, and, who knows, maybe volumes and increasing price per share caused this one promoter to start following XPGH and to share this stock with his subscribers. Though, I beleive this promoter only pays attention to the stocks that he is paid to.
I would be satisfied with more frequent press releases, you know, like back in 2009. Of course, rehiring that stock promoter wouldn't hurt either.
Thanks for the link. I think his long term target is a little low, but a pretty good site anyway.
Well, at least their lack of press releases right now is giving us more time to buy shares while they're cheap.
What run up?
They've been feeding glycerin in dairy rations for years, but the farmers wont pay enough to pull it away from other markets. The feed industry is really only an option for the large biodiesel plants anyway.
So the glycerin is out there, I guess the only question is where. I notice that it looks like three large biodiesel plants didn't survive the tax credit lapse in southern Alabama. However, it looks like Georgia may have added a few.
Does anyone know what the supply radius is for XPGH's plant?
Thanks for the information.
I don't know much about their waste water division, is that involved with the fertilizer somehow?
If I remeber correctly, a $1.00 share price is all that's required to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements isn't it?
I will be very impressed if we break 1.5mill in the volume today.
Well what's been going on over this way? I haven't been following since things got so ugly with the pps. Can anyone fill me in on any major news that may have happened in the last month or so?
I've got 1 or 2 that've been that way for six months. Oh well, we can't win them all can we. I think we'll win this one though!
Which old stock are you booting out of your portfolio?
I've picked up a few thousand shares today as well, maybe volume will hit close to 3,000,000 before close.
