What do you mean similar process? If you can be more specific, I'll do my best to answer your question.

Yes I know about the pps. I bought in at around 1.15 or so, but I guess it just wasn't finiahed dropping. Well, what can you do? Oh that's right, NGBF has voting rights, so we removed the old management team.
