I did even not bother to search for that information. Everyone knew about that hoax. However, it's the hoax-a-day recently that has become downright hilarious. HA!!!
The number is not in service and it has nothing to do with MDGC or Val. Smoke and mirrors, now THAT has everything to do with Val.
LOL Again, all Val had to do was cough up a few dollars to gain a huge insincere following. Which, is just the style of an old vacuum cleaner salesman. HA!!

You forgot the rest of the sad story about the fraud phone, not to mention the dud battery. Just too darn funny: the vacuum cleaner salesman that got himself hosed by the sharks.
Sure. Sounds just like the phoney phones. One day they had arrived but had to be shipped back to China due to defects. Only problem was the phones hadn't been as yet manufactured. And they still haven't LOL One blown apart Westergard story after another after another after another.
Sure. I'd hide it -- I'd delete it -- if I were Val The VacMan Westergard! HA!!

No one is swallowing it any longer. HA!!!!
LOL Google "buy likes on facebook". There's nothing special about a bunch of Mesh Global (or earlier, MDGC) 'likes' bought for fifty bucks! HA!!!
There is speculation which is based on probability of success and there is the fact that the management is run by a vacuum cleaner salesman. Success with this kind of crushing managerial disability puts success beyond even the scope of possibility! It is -- as always -- too funny! A vacuum cleaner salesman!! HA!!
The internet is world wide the last anyone heard.
Quepasa.com Alexa rank: United States 6,404
Peoplestring.com Alexa rank: United States 1,368
The PR was correct if you count the country that really matters. LOL
Uh-oh. Dave is getting warmer, finally. Add this one to the list. Less embarrassing than the 100 other blow-ups and fizzles. HAHA
Cable One is already connected to the net. Cable One is, I'd say, a cable company. LOL They, nor anyone, else needs MDGC or that wireless hoax Mesh Global.
LOL Ray knew the accountants 'were' buffoons for several years. He counted on it! 2008 was three years ago. Ray did nothing (but choke down an extra Chicken Parmesan or two)! Now it seems the chickens may have come home to roost.
Every time the MMs have done this they win on the eventual downslide. Only when the shares provided to the market are within a 50/50 range or less do the MMs let the stock go in the expected direction. It's a telltale sign observable in every stinking pink, with the other being dilution which shows up as a different ratio and tape action.
The topic is managerial capability. If HR at a tech firm allowed Val to be hired, whoever did the hiring would be fired and fast for utter incompetence.
Yesterday almost every share was shorted to retail
20110420|MDGC|1195973|0|1272973|O
I expect a similar result today since the MMs believe the effort to manipulate the price up will run out of steam.
Now we are back to the phones? The phones that were shipped back to China? The phones that were found to be defective? The phones that were not yet manufactured at that time and so did not EXIST? What a fishy story (gag!) PU.
How do you pilot something that no one can connect to?
Think about the management! A 58 year old vacuum cleaner salesman! The guy admits to being a 'business opportunity' seeker. In addition to selling vacuum cleaners he started selling MLM Sisel pimple creme and mouthwash. Literally!
The only 'connection' Val is attempting to make is with the imagination of the investing public. He wants to sell them an illusion in hopes he can dump on them what became his nightmare, costing him probably most of his savings. Then again, what would one expect from a 58 year old vacuum cleaner salesman?
Once the management at MDGC had been quantified, how could the market possibly continue to identify with such a disqualified management? HA!!!
.
Sure. Val will continue to attempt to excite the prospects, right down to the cellar box the MMs have waiting.
got the feeling the last pre-buyout auditing company wasn't know for harshness and demanding exacting detail.
Perhaps Medlink cannot stand up to a rigorous audit. Maybe it never could. Could have been the reason management chose the bozos they did:
Inspection of Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe & Associates
Those deficiencies were –
(1) the failure, in two audits, to perform audit procedures to determine
whether revenue was recorded properly;
(2) the failure to perform adequate audit procedures to determine whether a
debt restructuring transaction was accounted for properly;
(3) the failure to perform audit procedures to determine whether a related
party transaction was accounted for properly;
(4) the failure to perform an adequate evaluation to determine whether there
was substantial doubt regarding the issuer's ability to continue as a going
concern;
(5) the failure to perform adequate audit procedures to test the valuation of
goodwill;
(6) the failure to perform audit procedures related to the Firm's use of the
work of a specialist in auditing the fair value of certain assets acquired;
(7) the failure to perform adequate audit procedures related to the
completeness and accuracy of debt and accrued interest payable; and
(8) the failure to perform adequate audit procedures to determine the
reasonableness of the reserve for inventory obsolescence.

The world isn't foolish enough to wait for what some vacuum cleaner salesman has to sell. They all ready know. MDGC is a pink bag of hot air being sold to the investing public by a huge bag of hot air who is turning blue in the face from all his huffing and puffing! HA!!!
All of that sparks the imagination ONLY because Val is concocting the kool-aid by the tanker load. MDGC is an empty shell with a crate of 1999 junk. Mesh Global is a website only hoax. Both share a 10 x 10 office/closet sandwiched between to massage parlors. At least any shareholder who wants to visit will have enough to entertain them! HA!!!!
Odd how there had been no mention of batteries in weeks until I brought up the fact they proved to be duds. Now we have another string-along promise of 'Oh, some day, some year, some century'. LOL Too funny.
LOL Right under the blurb is a note. I can understand why. A publication called antennas anything must be hurting for content. Val can send them content about his 1999 crate of electronics -- with an antenna tossed in on top to fit the category. HA!!!
Send industry news to Heather Krier at heatherk@infowebcom.com
Val hasn't backed up anything he has claimed since this torn up China fraud was dumped on him 2 years ago by Wm. Yuan. Phones that hadn't been manufactured yet that were somehow shipped back due to defects, a super dud battery that turned out to be a stick-your-own-label-on-it deal, patents that turned out to be worthless, a crate of junk 1999 non FCC compliant electronics that are supposed to light up the world, partnerships with companies that have lost 99% of their value like Unilava, claim after claim after claim that simply evaporate!
Welcome to the stinkiest pinky ever, folks!
The story here is so thin it's like a soap bubble. All anyone has to do is touch it anywhere and it vanishes with a pop.
LOL So THAT's their hybrid. Use other ISPs to connect to the hardwired internet and Val's non FCC compliant 1999 junk equipment for the wireless portion of the connection. It's like a Ford Pinto sitting in a junk yard -- with no license to boot! HA!! Too funny!
LOL They are certainly inept. A few years ago someone in this stock e-mailed me that Medlink had made a million dollars. I looked at the original filing and easily determined they had sold as much stock, not 'made a million'. LOL The SEC agreed with me. As you can see on page 3: one million from the sale of stock was incorrectly classified as proceeds derived from operating activities!!! HA!!
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/225501/000081027010000004/filename1.htm
When's that? Sometime between 2018 and never? HA!!
That's all anyone here can hope for, some penny pump. LOL This is certainly NO world beater company, just one the world has taken a beater bar to. HA!!!
Don't call now, please. It's lunchtime on the East Coast. The CEO is having his pizza followed by his siesta. Try your call in about three or four hours.
Bigpike: The only one who would know that is the company. Ray or Rose probably texted that info to the faithful in order to 'come up with something' to say, however implausible!
More baloney from Val's bag of Pinkyland CEO tricks. Undoubtedly Val has been conferencing with Ray Powers on how to spark the PPS without having to actually do anything, just make stuff up and see if it sticks. HoHo!!
Check out a few older filings. You want to hear absurd? Ray said in several filings that Medlink was planning on besting WebMD! It took $200 million to develop WebMD! Where was a fat man with an office sharing a wall with a beauty school coming up with that kind of money? This company has been a perfect P&D riot for years and years.
Sure. That's why they both share the same 10x10 office in Boise, surrounded by not one but TWO massage parlors! The photographic evidence is overwhelming that both companies are run by the same doofus CEO. HA!!
415 junk companies filed their K on time (during an NT extension). Where does that position Medlink in the eyes of the market?

It says the tweet was made 30 minutes ago (of course later and later as people view this post). I posted almost an hour ago. But the link in the current tweet has nothing to do with Mesh Global; they don't sell vacuum cleaner parts (for Val) or parts to decade old junk electronics (for MDGC/MG). Val once AGAIN tweeted about another unrelated company. A company that supplies things like wire and clips, which is all Val needs to have ordered to claim them as a supplier! LOL I hope they sell duck tape. A good stretch of duct tape is the only thing that'll keep this nonsense from unraveling. HA!!
It was Val tweeting a fresh hoax. A hoax a day sure keeps the investors away!
Edit: I checked again. Gone. Guess it's tweet and delete so they don't get caught!
Pennystockchaser went under when the Feds punched out their lights. Looked pretty bleak after that for this company, once folks took a peek under the beater bar to see why the belt broke. What new investor wants to get hosed the way Val was?
The phone at VMCI was shut off today. LOL
There are no government agencies working with either company. The ABS in China was the only entity to say they were to work with MDGC, before they discovered it was a scam. LOL Wm. Yuan, previous CEO, managed to scam the Chinese. Then he dumped the dregs on a vacuum, cleaner salesman! MDGC is like a dying soap opera! Same scam story takes a decade to play out!
This was the last string along excuse we heard from Yuan before he vanished from the scene.
"Some projects were delayed and the customer decision cycle is longer,” said William Yuan, MediaG3's Chairman and CEO.
I've cautioned people for five years that they might well end up smarting on this one. It's usually a good bet -- every time one discovers a management has a shady past!
