I lived in Edmonton in the early 80's..after the temperature goes below -30 c I found it made no difference how cold it was..it felt the same...bloody cold....lol
Horner is a heavyweight! Glad to have him on the board...this just keeps getting more interesting.
Very encouraging for the future!
So all the building going on..the fact delegations from Europe are visiting..it's all a mirage I guess..lol
You will be proved so wrong imo....
This is a great entry point JP...stop the belly aching and get in....
Recover some or all of your losses...you'll thank me.
Sorry you got scammed...
I live 45 minutes from the facility in Langton..I see what is going on..what is real...The Germans were here last week...sorry bud...this is no scam...get over it.
yes..it's called a startup.
In your opinion.....
Listen JP.....whatever your reasons are for posting negatively here..I can't begin to understand.
I looked into this man's background...and I found nothing irregular that warrants your incessant negative posting..
I have run several companies myself..some have failed miserably..It's not an easy thing to do.
Yes you can rehash things from the past , but they are irrelevant now.
Maricann is an international company, is diversified, has a wonderful board of directors and management team including Ben Ward who has received accolades for his business style and management accummen from the business community and his peers.
Your words are falling on deaf ears here...sorry bud.
NIce to see the mj index and mj stocks moving up...what we have seen the last week or so was an orchestrated takedown for no reason...other than for big money given the chance to get in at more attractive valuations imo...no other logical reason and certainly nothing wrong with the fundamentals of this company, their progress and plans...
The future is very bright here.

All sectors of the market are retreating right now.
Many MJ stocks are retreating severely.
Look at Canopy, look at Aurora, look at Aphria, look at Tilray.
You think this pull back is just happening here?
This is not unique to Maricann although you'd like it to be.
The fact is if the company is working on things behind the scenes and isn't concerned with shareholder happiness, which seems to be the case, then anything posted here good or bad is meaningless as we have no clue..that is the case. I was simply reiterating that the company changed course a few months back and they communicated that directly with us.
Beyond that they have done nothing to keep us in the know.
My speculation is that's because they are working on things.
They took their FB page down.
I can only imagine how much ridiculous babyish pestering they were getting.
I don't blame them.
Either you believe or you don't.
The incessant blathering of the same old tired lies and half truths and on the other side, the pumping and baseless share price predictions grew old for me and many other months ago.
I support the company and I wait.
I know what I invested in.
Things are too quiet from the company...more missed deadlines.....I don't think this is a bad sign...They have never been adept at responding to shareholder inquiries one way or another...They have always done things on their own schedule...
Something is coming imo....very soon!
There are 15 other individuals associated with Marricann either directly or as board members. This company is much more than just one man.
I am sure those distinguished individuals that sit on the Marricann board here in North America and in Europe would take issue with your baseless posts and the tainting of their reputations.
I suggest you tread lightly.
Very early daze..patience grasshopper

Todays action in the mj stocks I follow....
Your comment targeting Marrican is baseless.
OH yes, 300 thousand shares..major dumping..lol
Most mj stocks are retreating right now..what's your point?
Exactly why this bloated pig can never go anywhere....

TORONTO, ON -- October 17, 2018 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Wayland Group (CSE:WAYL) (FRANKFURT: 75M) (OTCQB:MRRCF) (“Wayland” or the “Company“) is excited to announce the release of its portfolio of brands that cater to different ages, genders, and occasions. The Company’s extensive research created a portfolio of brands, each designed to address segments of the cannabis market both present and future. Strategically using each of these brands, Wayland gave itself the ability to be present and relevant to consumers.
“The advent of recreational cannabis legalization in Canada is truly a watershed moment for Canadians. As we lead the world by example on another modern and controversial issue, we are thrilled to be at the forefront to welcome this new age. As a company invested in the long-term growth of the legal cannabis industry, first in providing state-of-the-art, highest-quality medicinals and now, a breadth of recreational products formulated with the same pharmaceutical standards, we know this is just the first step towards educating and demonstrating to the naysayers that legalization is the right path.
"The responsibility now lies with us, the companies behind the products, to show through professionalism and dedication to the highest integrity and operating standards that the benefits far outweigh the risks and that slow and steady wins the race. Working closely with government and our peers to ensure education and safety remain top of mind has been the Company’s operating edict since its humble beginnings on a farm in Norfolk, ON. We have now received the sales license from Health Canada for our expansion in Norfolk and will be able to ship product grown in our state-of-the-art facility,” said Ben Ward, CEO Wayland Group.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Wayland has taken a purposeful and consumer-centric approach to each of its brands and offerings, which was validated with local consumer research. Brands within the portfolio will represent the quality and consistency that Wayland Group is globally recognized for, in addition to satisfying consumer needs.
KIWI
Fun and approachable. Kiwi will be the brand people will look to make “all things cannabis” make sense. Designed for light users who are new to the category and looking to better understand cannabis.
HIGH TIDE

NORTHERN HARVEST

LOST AT SEED
Lost at seed is a meticulously curated collection of the finest and most rare cannabis genetics. Designed for medium to heavy users who are looking for highly desirable and impossible to find strains.
SOLARA C
Solara C will be designed exclusively to produce only the highest quality CBD products. Solara C will strive to educate and give consumers the ability to experience a natural, non- pharmaceutical alternative.
RARE DANKNESS
This partner brand will be for experienced cannabis users who are knowledgeable about strains, potencies and profiles. It will offer a wide selection of premium award-winning strains that users won’t be able to find anywhere else.
Kiwi, Northern Harvest, and High Tide will be available in select markets on October 17th, 2018.
Fast forward to today and our state-of-the-art, heavily automated, food-grade production facilities, investments in leading edge absorption technologies, products focused on the needs of every consumer, a deeply experienced team who have done this before in other legalized markets, and we believe Wayland is poised to deliver on our promise to improve lives through cannabis every day.
Today, Canada takes a leadership position among its global peers, many of which we are working with as they follow down the cannabis legalization path. As a country, we will lead by example. And while there is a lot of noise in the industry as we enter into this era, as is often the case, the future is brightest for those who focus on the work at hand. Success will lie with those who quietly build companies dedicated to customer experiences focused on quality, value and a commitment to getting it right.
Welcome to your future, Canada. We’re excited to be a part of it.

And that's exactly what it is...right from your post and you say it yourself...HISTORY.....
You have no clue what went on in any of these companies nor what Ward's reasoning for doing what he did,,
The man is not a criminal and as a matter of fact has received accolades for his management and leadership abilities from his peers and industry insiders.
So cry me a river...lol
No luck involved..solid dd and a good company with a good foundation..too bad you won't benefit.
I stand by him and the fact he has received honor and accolade from his peers.
All you can do is sling mud.
Thats funny..you're a moderator on the srsr board and last time I looked ccan wasn't a failed venture..still operational and trading at .30.
SRSR still trading...
So what's you point?
I agree with you 100%.
I live in Canada and was looking for a diamond in the rough to add to my existing portfolio of mj investments...
I found this one and studied their financials, their operational plans and then I drove to Langton to have a look around from as close as I was allowed to get.
That place is a beehive of activity.
I love the fact they have a patented proprietary extraction process for cbd oil.
They will draw revenue from this technology as well by licensing the tech out.
$$$$ from many sources...easy a ten dollar stock come the new year...and that's just getting started....imo.
You mean the CSE..OW doesn't even come close to being able to list on the TSX in its current state of hibernation a low valuation.
The best it could do is list on a Canadian venture exchange like the CSE
I'm in Waterloo Ontario...
Thanks for posting this.
You couldn't be more wrong..I live minutes from their grow op in Ontario and see what is going on there.
They are almost tripling their growing area.
This company is so undervalued for what they have as well as their proprietary purification process for cbd oil.
I agree Ben Ward has a sordid past but he is but one piece of the total operation..
When this company uplists to the TSX in Canada the share price will go skybound exactly the way Canopy growth did 2 years ago..I was in that one too..
THis is not even categorized as a penny stock and a lot of eyes are on this company here in Canada and in Europe.
They are growing and expanding and it's just a matter of time.
Their listing on the OTC is for more exposure..
The big action is here in Canada. We go legal in a few days...
Sorry to hear that..I stayed away because of some of the people involved in their management team and their shady track record...
Looks like another case of wash, rinse repeat.
There were plenty of warnings given over the last few months..and no one listened..
You are incorrect on one point.
If the lawsuit was successful and there was an award and we were denied payment many lawyers would be lining up to take the case on contingency because it would be a slam dunk.
All shares are /were common shares so all parties that held shares are entitled to a payout.
I am currently involved in a lawsuit with BCI* that has been going on for several years as evidence has been gathered.
The main culprits are Finra , the DTC and several large brokerages like TDA.
We have funders lining up to finance the case and lawyers in NY ready to go.
The Chanbond case is much more assured of a successful outcome than this case mentioned above.
Again, opinions here are always welcomed and should be expressed as such.
You might think this is the logical way of thinking......the lawyers (and so will Carter) understand the true valuation of what has been infringed upon..imo...The legal firm will not sell itself short on this deal when they have the defendants by the balls...
I think this settles in the dollar(s) pre trial..like maybe 1.50 -3.00 based on the numbers I have looked at , the time frame..number of mso's etc...
Someone mentioned they saw a document with 18 mso's on it today...I thought there were only 13...
It all depends where this get sorted out..many different scenarios..I'd be the first one to agree to a lower payout for my shares with ongoing royalties...
A higher price for my shares and I'd be content walking away..
Fact is we have no idea how this plays out, when it plays out and if we have any control ourselves...
GLTA!!
Between this and OW..I have all I can handle right now..lol
Now u understand why he'd be happy with .25/.50/shr...for most of us that doesn't work and it undervalues the company imo...so when you read posts understand the motivation in what people say is never objective but rather subjective and shouldn't be taken as a true guide...we must all do our own dd and assess what is right for each of us...based on our holdings and investment..as far as what you'd sell for...
