I kind of wrote it off. I don't remember certs but I thought it was some sort of dividend/cash payment. It was quite a while ago.

Help Please. I bought some of this back when there was supposed to be a dividend. It was all shady and not sure what happened. Not it seems the shell has been sold to a new company. What happened to that dividend if that is even what it even is called.

This is basically correct. The only thing I would add is that the american lenders will put up to $12m per transaction....basically 100 trucks at a time every two months or so. Seems the entire deal needed to be funded on the African side. Irrevocable is the word used. So it is guaranteed.

If you go back and look, the people that Lee was to meet with are the people signing the deal. The only way, AMMX is not the company is if there was a competing company doing all the exact same things AMMX was doing, in all the same places, meeting with all the same people, working the same details of the same project. Also Lee seems to have a personal relationship with the Niger folks from other discussions/PRs....

Its mostly the same shares going back and forth between manipulators. Now they would want people beliving there was heavy dilution. That way they can create the illusion of all these shares just hitting the market

The interesting thing about these type claims is they never account for the idea that if they were actual dilution then buyers just keep coming and coming and coming.

However mostly what we watch is the lull in demand follwed by the short attack and bid wack to move the price down in light of all the partnerships.

The lower the price, the higher the multiple they get when they run the stock back up.

It was incredibly obvious today. .03 stocks don't trade pre-market usually. Then news came out that was good news. Not remarkable news but good news and the stock was pushed down further. You didn't have to be Sherlock homes to figure that one out. The the size of the ask. $55k? come on...lol..
