Doesn't it "feel" like the AS should automatically be adjusted by the same proportion as the RS ratio? That has always bugged me. One should beget the other.
...in my perfect little vulcan mind.
LOFGMVAO (lying on floor grinning my vulcan *ss off)
Correct! Each so-called useless day provides me opportunities to continue to purchase shares at a price I know with a very high degree of certainty will one day be fond memories of the humble past.
This is a young company. It is growing and its CEO is doing those things that will make it grow well.
I am here and I am long!
If fireworks worked in deep space I would send up a few incendiaries and throw a little vulcan party.
SPock.....futzing with Chekov's phaser. (That can't be good, now can it?)
NITE's motives, I must admit, are sometimes a thing of mystery for me. Sure the obvious is there, but how they time thier moves leads me to believe-at least at certain times- that they are a proxy rather than a primary force in a given security. In other stocks I have see a given MM bow ouw out and in comes NITE when they previously had not made a presence known at all.
I also read the post about an R/S and though the point is well taken, it is not the only way to reduce the O/S or float. Many folks were very badly burned by the last R/S only a year or so ago. For thse lookint at MWWC now, yet another RS would be a serious buzzkill. Hopefully, mgm't will not decide to walk that walk.
DId you know DR. MCCOY gets weak at the sight of blood? That seems wrong to me somehow.
Spock..... perusing the known universe.
UNGS..VERY SMART!!!!
go to otcmarkets.com. It is excellent!!!! thv
Well, here you have it. Read this gentleman's post and decide accordingly. I don't think anything need be said. Any Board that would do this to its investors has NO BUSINESS in my portfolio. I will follow the CEO for the balance of my trading life and I will avoid him like the plague until I see irrefutable proof that he has mended his ways.
There are too many decent, honest, caring folk out there trying to make a proper go of their businesses to waste precious time on a CEO who thinks and acts this way towards his investors.
Moving ON........
SPock... practicing remote battle manoeuvres in an asteroid field with one of the shuttles. Seriously big fun.
SBDG has their Q2 up on otcmarkets. It explains a couple of things.
thv
COntacted SBDG this morning to ask about their 50% reduction in share value today.. Got connected to Vmail. Awaiting return call. I cannot ignore the volume increase in both buys and sales of MWWC recently. My guess is that someone's Q2 is being released shortly and not everyone is crazy about it.
Hmmmm.
thv....
Reverse Split Fiction. No source for report. thv
That left eyeborw is having a heck of a time staying on.
23M by lunchtime? Granted, some of it is selling, but I thought the folks that had those shares were long gone. Gonna grab some more of this. Not so much that a surprise RS could ruin my composure, but I am not at all expecting such a thing right now.
Where is that tribble fur when ya need it?
Spock, out.
Agreed X 2. thv
Well, I know the first 1M was a sale, but the rest was all purchase. Likely from only one or two buyers given the timestamps. Now
CEO SAlisbury of parent co. SBDG has not updated the MWWC page in any way. Further, based on what is probably an enormous A/S, a few mill here and there do not account for much but if the ask profile evolves in a certain way, tehn we can sort of figure out some of what is going on--more importantly--whether or not it is good or not.
MY original plan had been to buy from time to time and go long on this and this is still my strategy until I uncover a very good reason to change it.
DId you know tribbles shed? If I actually lose an eyebrow, I can dye some shed tribble fur and be good as new.
Spock.... out. Way out.
Oh, yes I am. It nearly flew off my skull this morning. Is that 71M an L2 sort of figure?
This sort of stock grabs the attention of Vulcan persons....such as myself.
Spock, out.
MY vulcan-ness tells me there is not enough vo,ume yet to let this skyrocket. Probably will close green but not with major vertical lines running through it ( ;-} ).... but that day is just around the cornier in my view, like, by Thursday or so.
Will catch the next bounce.
Spock.... manning all sensors. Talk about multi-tasking!!!
Once again, we find another creepy 1M purchase. Somebody is slowly, quietly grabbing a stash at what will probably a stunning discount when all is said and done.
Page 28 of my copy of the script says that at this point I am to raise my left eyebrow severely and say,"Fascinating."
Spock.... take 3
You know, it all comes back to what sort of DD people are willing to settle for. You, personally, require a high quality standard on this subject, as you should. Then, you do the human thing and tell others so they might protect themselves.
If you spared a few from financial tragedy, I say BRAVO to you. The rest will have to learn in other ways.
But learn, they will.
SPock... I learn very, very rapidly. I could do better in the area of information sharing, but I get blown off most of the time despite my celebrity standing. People think the ears and such are all just fluff and makeup with no real substance beneath. Pity.
Sit tight..... let this sort itself out. Also, keep in the back of your head this is a Chinese -targeted venture. Nearly everything about it will be on a clock opposite ours for starters. I know less than nothing about the Chinese market so this is a learning opportunity of the first order.
My own sense is that there is very keen interest in this, mine included. I am in for a humble amount, but I am in. I see potential here like crazy.
thv
Thank you, mazo. This is exactly what logic tells us is going on. JT made it clear recently, in fact, that much paperwork is ontrack to be filed with the proper agencies on time and that shareholders will be learning the currect staus of various things follwing these filings.
Great post. Glad to see it.
Spock.... twiddling virtual thumbs.
Can anyone imagine the look on the faces of the boardmembers of ANY of the companies either in negotiations with SITS or contemplating same as they watch their potentially new business partner pull this stunt? I'd be begging my attorneys to pull the plug any possible way.
Who'd even want to do business with these guys now that they are waving the flag of their true colors?
The shame of it all is that there will probably still be money to made here for those inclined to do so. Take all emotion out (not very easy if you just lost thousands)and there will still be those days when a buck will be had for the taking. This company now deserves all the 3-tick flippers it can attract.
And, yes, these boardmembers should be followed the rest of their days as they try to create new ventures. All new investors must be warned. There will be no atonement and restitution, so this is what must be done instead.
Spock.... plotting and scheming with the ship's ever so enticing onboard computer.
Even though mgm't has not yet addressed those they have BADLY burned here, the market is making a very clear, unambiguous statement of its own.
I cannot imagine what the rationale or justification might be for what they have done, but failing some explanation that is equally unimaginable, the deed is unforgivable in my book.
You can't reverse split your way into profitability, especially like this. If this was a move to try and get into a sale range where they can uplist, then wow, this has backfired pretty badly.
Spock..... pondering the thought processes of the Board of Directors.
THIS is what we're talkin' 'bout. Business is healthy, thrinving, growing. Just like we all want it to be. Buy more shares, sit tight, do well.
Vulcans don't grin, but I am grinning from ear to pointed little ear.
Spock, out.
JACKSBACK is 100% right a la Gordon Gecko. Greed is NOT good. Most here got badly blindsided and were never given the courtesy of even a half-hearted explanation from the BoD. Wherever these guys go, they should be avoided like the black plague.
The one bad thing about capitalism is that nobody ever teaches about the concept of "enough". All of us trade to get as much as we possibly can without regard for anyone we do not know and care for. How much is "enough?" What is "too much" or "too far". I do have a fixed dollar amount in my mind which, if I should ever become good enough of a trader to get there, then all my rules change.
I do believe heartily that at some point, when one acquires too much, that someone else cannot get what he or she needs. I will not take from those who cannot acquire for themselves.
thv
I have not yet gotten skin in this game but I am thinking this is my time to get in. I do not believe for a second that this stock should be priced as low as it is right now. In the past I have written that this may be one of those situations where MMs and their buds squash the price to provide opportunities for their BFFs to grab some. Clearly, a day is coming (in my view-imminently) where the current price will be a thing of the past, likely for good.
From a human nature perspective, think about the reaction they gave this stockholder in post to which mine replies. If your company is sucking wind, most people hide, become hard to get in touch with, etc.... we all know the act. When things are great, you can't WAIT to step up and show off, like these guys did. Their doing something right and it is paying off.
For those investors who play by setting a basically fixed return in their heads that they have to get before liquidating, I think DNAX is a perfect vehicle. Get in, sit tight, watch the explosion carefully and act on your plan..... with conviction.
Anyway, that is MY plan and it has been working well this year. In the meantime, anyone know how to get a Facebook app off my replicator? Seems I can't prepare a meal without notifying StarFleet. Very annoying.
Spock, out.
By itself, I don;t think that Friday's drop is terribly significant and here's why: Volume for the day was uncharacteristically low; maybe 1/10th to 1/5th of normal trading volume. It would only take a couple of sales of folks looking to cash out for any reason to drop a stock like this one. Certainly, I can not readily uncover any news that would account for it. Also, for the month, trading on this has been very light, not at all unusual for the end of Summer.
On a different note, besides that fact this this stock is going through a fairly bumpy patch this month in its road to wherever it is going, it seems as though the company , overall, is becoming stronger. When drops like these occur, EXSL seems to be fairly resilient which tells me that despite rough patches the management is adhering to whatever gameplan has been working well for them this year. I remain bullish on this one despite Friday.
I see Facebook has still managed to get an app on my tricorder. This is very impressive for a company now 400 years old by my time keeping. I can't seem to remove it. If Scottie can't clear it I may have to chuck it. You still have Ebay in 2014, yes?
Spock, out.
No, the crumbs are NOT still associated with the company. This is classic disinformation. It can safely be ignored and I will gladly bet my life on it.
Spock....being assertively Spock-like.
I sent in one email to CEO Salisbury a couple of weeks ago through the portal provided on the SBDG website but got no response. I have watched the stock every trading day since the middle of June. Every week or so, someone places a buy for 1 mill shares. This is a very quiet, methodical approach...if we are watching just one buyer. Otherwise, the randomness is defied by the constant volume purchased.
I know it takes a little while to take control of a shell and to clear it of potential debt and so forth and they have now had roughly a half a year to cut bait if they thought it was all a lost cause right out of the gate, but this is not what has happened. All I can conclude right now is that the company MWWC has some sort of potential value, but I don't know anything more. Will keep watching and possibly buy more my self from time to time.
SPock.... squating in the tall grass with big field glasses.
I do find that curious. For my account, the symbol switched from PWTC to PWTCD (post R/S) either yesterday or the day before. I never even saw the CUSIP number. Order went through fairly swiftly this morning, but while trying to purchase some more this aft, it is tougher. I have had to alter my order just to keep it in the game. Still not filled, though, for a couple of hours now.
I may have to resort to ancient Vulcan tactives here. Could get ugly.
Spock, out.
I purchased some of this security this morning ( about 10-ish, EDT) at the opening price on Etrade with no problems. thv
Awesome, downtime, Awesome.
FGlobal, thank you. I had thought of this but was unsure about the details. This , in my view, satisfactorily puts to rest this issue. Well done.
Spock.... being Spock .....in my Friday Spocklike manner.
Thank you, Tsarr..will reciprocate gladly... spock out.
Now it is perfectly clear why the pps has been deliberately pushed down as much as possible. Those close to this entire operation would like to get on board at the best prices possible and the powers that have the ability to create those great prices have obliged.
There is obviously going to be some cash flow starting because of this initiative and the powers will not be so able to squash things down once the play is put in motion for all.
If I were human, I would be seriously excited.
Buying more shares today......
Spock....at cashier's window
JT is establishing and supporting transparency. Given this company's past, it is very important. I, for one, have had the pleasure of being left in the dark while mgm't.... goes on its merry way ignoring those who support their company financially. I hated it.
I'll take this regular communication any day of the week.
Uhuru gives it 2 thumbs up!!!
Spock....standing by.
We miss you, yab!
The explanation that was offered does not hold water in my opinion. To suggest that operating in the range of a higher price per share places the stock in a range that it will not be vulnerable to manipulation is pretty bad thinking if this is, in fact, why they have done this. Manipulation happens at ALL levels of this market.
This explanation does not make much sense to me.
I want the 'official' word without any BS.
Spock, out.
WHY would a buyer rush in at the final possible second to make a purchase only to have to go through with it at a higher price than it has been in a number of weeks? Why not just wait until the early market in the following a.m. and buy at the lower price it would have closed at today?
One of several possibilities I can conjure: The higher price was somehow a punitive act on the part of the broker or the broker's side of the transaction ( a 'fee'), to discourage some buyer from acquiring so many cheap shares that they have a controlling interest in the company, someone knows something and will pay a higher price just to get some skin in the game AT THIS TIME. Perhaps it was a computer glitch.
Hmmmmm.. both ears are twitching wildly tonight.
Spock... pacing about, deep in thought........
Even otcmarkets, com shows a loss on the day to .0001 but the chart shows a .0004 trend for the final increment of the day. The trade in question here occurred 34 seconds after the final bell. This is very unusual.
In fact.....fascinating.
Spock...deep space scanners scanning ......
S Barb---you are right, my bad. See how completely rattled I am over this? Damn those human genes.
Spock...out/
FLoridaboy is right. We deserve a no-nonsense explanation for what has happened here. Nothing less. Even then, I would bet most of the supporters, both short and long, are gone for good.
What happened here was atrocious, despicable, heinous.
This may be the fastest way to trash a company that I have ever seen.
I might do a mindmeld with CEO Bell and clear out everything from third grade forward and replace it all with only vulgar words and a random ability to make facial grimaces.
Spock, out.
At this point (market has closed for the day), what the company is trying to do business-wise is secondary to what the market FEELS about the stock. SITS absolutely had an obligation to all shareholders to do a Press Release regarding this split. It is, in my view, unconscionable that they did not.
This said, since we see how management views its supporters both long and short, the only play I will make will come tomorrow morning when I get any hints about how people are feeling about things and any news about the company that hits the masses. I have no desire to spend any longterm money on a company that treats its shareholders the way SITS did today.
I have been treated better by Klingons, Klingons in bad moods.
SPock, out.
