Well, as much as I hate to admit it....so far....you guys have been right on about where the pps is going. I did not expect that this stock - this time - would have been so diluted to get back to these levels. I did expect a drop, but not this far as some seemed to have almost 'inside' information about 'how far' AW is going to go. (Seen this before too many times). Deja vu all over again. Some are really hoping to get back close to where they bailed out - also. Not much has changed....hard to be positive like some others here are (my hat's off to you), when company does this....typical pennyland bull$h!t. I suppose (we) could double down. I wish I knew exactly what AW and his blood sucking cohorts plan to do with the share structure - but it kinda looks pretty obvious. Not bailing, just losing trust again since dilution seems to be a daily deal with these people. The trouble with these penny stocks is that the shareholders, along with their money, are treated like "whale $h!t" - the lowest of the low). Oh ... (but according to their BS reports - WE WERE WARNED !!! You just gotta read the quarterly schmuck reports they were so freaking nice to put out on YOUR expense).

The alarming part was that it applies to ALL sub pennies, but was a rule for MM's only. (This would be a huge rule change to penny stocks and would be well known among all brokers if such a change were actually going to take place in less than a month). If anyone has a dated reference link pertaining to SEC changes to the sub-penny rule as far as a .01 minimum, (thereby forcing any sub-penny companies to RS), by all means post it here!!! Hello gholmesjr: good article, however BIEL is not currently listed as an OTC stock but as a pinksheet stock. Since it is a pinksheet, BIEL will not be affected by that May 1st (minimum penny pps) deadline mentioned in the article. I think once FDA clearance occurs, the stock will move into pennyland based on potential; where BIEL can then take its time in deciding whether or not it is time to uplist to OTC, as they spoke of in the past. They probably should not uplist until well above a penny - if the current practices with shares remain, or continue the way they have been. IMO

That's right...thanks Dubb10. (Unless something is reported as a major show stopper, I suspect the FDA can review any and all comments as they come in - on a daily basis) to help create their new category/code..

Hi charliebaz, first we are waiting for when FDA actually 'creates' the proposed category to house BIEL's products for OTC sales. Since they have announced around Feb. 20th, 2014 (which was publically recognized by BIEL on Feb. 21st, 2014), that they were going to do this - very soon we should hear from them. Secondly, BIEL can apply into the new device category, which should not be long after the FDA creates it - (else they are wasting time preparing). Thirdly, we expect the FDA to approve the application within the 90 day time period - or much sooner. IMO

If Andy is diluting on purpose to tz's and then plans on an r/s as you say, then who is he selling hundreds of millions of shares to - or shall I say who is buying up all these shares if all is lost?

Thanks for your post - though I disagree with your views on R/Ss. First of all, I would much rather see a FWD split any day of the week because with a forward split I think you have a better chance of keeping your money intact, but not with a reversal. Obviously, the share structure HERE would not be good for either split due to current OS. Secondly, here's why an RS would not be any good here: the temptation for AW to dilute would be unprecedented. IMO

There may be "similar products" out there as you say, but NOT nearly the SAME - else they would be waiting for the same FDA code that BIEL is currently waiting for. There are huge differences and Bioelectronics will actually be the FIRST to offer this type of "patented" technology in the U.S.....Let's see what Andy has to say tomorrow; my guess is he may have something interesting and possibly even unexpected to say.

Pollux! Incredible idea! How perfect for the times! If I were you - bypass the provisional patent since it takes longer than what I am about to tell you and since BIEL has the patent on the electronics end; but you have the idea to bring two incredible things together!! Get this idea immediately printed on paper as you described - along with a copy of your post today - post 35951- along with today's date - with your signature - and bring it to your Town Hall all and have it notarized for just a few dollars. You now have valid proof that you came up with the idea and an official time stamp - and for as little as possible; they (your Town Hall) will also keep a copy on record. Do not delay! I recently read an article about a guy who gave Taco Bell the idea of using Doritos for their taco shells. Laugh, but Taco Bell made billions in sales from that idea. Taco Bell even acknowledged that he came up with the idea, but he got little to nothing in return because he did not get legal advice - which the public notary gives you time to seek out - if and when you would ever need it.

On the positive end, the brokers that did not or could not allow "buys" for BIEL will now be allowed to do so based on the DTC decision. It depends on how many people wanted in but had trouble before - but now the trouble has been removed. Another big plus for BIEL. I am unable to directly answer your 'goon' question as I have not had any trouble buying or selling BIEL for years now.

Great post! But nevermind producing 1.1v, how about producing HHO in abundance. The Stan Meyers kickass patents for producing HHO were back in the 80's and no one is capitalizing on them! Why not? All hypersolar has to do is make enough solar power to drive one of these (see video), which supposedly does not take that much power to run. With over 16 million on the bid, it may be that some people are cancelling orders that they placed in the TZ's and are now buying at the .003's bottom resistance. IMO

Picked up another Mil between .003-.0033. Will pick up more if drops. . .its looks like AW has declared the bottom to be .003, with a few lucky purchases below that. That helps the overall next big run. We'll see. Waiting for more tomoorrow to maybe get some more (within my price range). IMO
