Better not buy today, NTRZ just sold 20,000,000 shares of a shelf, and the dilution poster will be selling today, buymid afternoon. Something big is coming. I just wish they would announced that today too.

NTRZ broke the 50 day EMA today
The ultimate food shortage stock
NTRZ has found a way to stabilize rice bran which is the part of the rice kernel milled off in milling white rice. It is the most nutritious part of the kernel. The problem before is that it went rancid in 24 hours and was used as low grade animal feed. It is pound per pound the most nutritious food on Earth. NTRZ had a bad year last year with rain delaying 2 new key plants in SE Louisiana. They are no on track. Only 1 analyst and he has not updated recently and there are new developments since. I estimate it will do 28 cents in 09 profit and 63 cents in 10. The stock closed today at $1.13, giving it a forward PE of 4.03 and growth in 09 will be 260% and will double in 2010. Analyst info is not current.
The kicker and why you guys could toy with it is that it closed above the 50 day EMA today on big volume.

SPKL--NTRZ
I noticed STKL posted here yesterday. If anybody like it, they may like NTRZ. NTRZ broke the 20 day MA today. It is right on a declining resistance line. If it goes above that it could have a great rally. Like STKL it is a food stock. NTRZ had a bad year last year due to the worst rains in SE Louisiana in the past 50 years that delayed 2 major plants. Cash flow sucks, but will drastically change from this point on. Cash flow positive Q3.
Kickers, last week NTRZ announced an expansion of it's Brazil rice bran oil business. Only one analyst and he has not factored in this in his estimates. I feel NTRZ in 09 will have 150% growth and .25 earnings. That gives it a forward PE of 3.84. It should have a 40 forward PE with that growth. Or be a $10 stock today, but last year and the slow earnings adjustment by the lone analyst make it a great buy.
Kicker 2, it broke the 20 day MA and if it breaks the declining resistance soon, it could rocket. Many unannounced deal in the works. too.
NTRZ
Z made an announcement that I feel will ad 10 cents to 09 earnings about a rice bran oil deal expansion in Brazil last week. I believe 09 will have 150% growth and .25 earnings and a forward PE of 3.84. Investors are weary because of bad results from 07 that were caused by rain delays od 2 new plants. Worst rains in SE Louisiana in 50 years.
Now the good stuff, NTRZ broke the 20 day MA today with nice volume and sits on a declining resistance line. If it breaks that this week it should rocket.

NTRZ developments
NTRZ had help wanted in the Lake Charles, Louisiana paper meaning that the new plant will be on time.
And the lone analyst put 09 revenue and earnings estimates up. A little conservative in my opinion.
Third, an Aids study with a university in Israel is due to have preliminary results out soon as to SRB and improving the immune system of Aids victims. If it is great, Ellen DeGeneres types could really hype the company.

Some may jump off buildings tomorrow, Cramer told viewers not to worry about BSC on Tuesday, probably under political pressure to not be negative. BSC board makes it sound like Cramer needs a body guard, or many of them.
Tomorrow will be interesting, and it may be a climax in gold, oil, and a bottom in the market??????????
Good job -bbb-
With the market down, most boards are dead dead and dead. NTRZ had a nice day Thursday up a lousy .08, but it brought out posters from all the cracks in the woodwork. I think the key stocks as a group are really holding up well to the market, and the cheers from the rest of the members of this board will begin this next week as the market has a huge rally. Why this week?
1. I hear rumors that the April oil future is being squeezed forcing up oil artificially, and seasonal swings favor oil correcting anyway. If oil takes a dive, gold/silver fall also and the dollar and stocks soar. The April future expires this week.
2. The Fed may make a surprise move and try to strengthen the dollar on Tuesday. How? Just by lowering interest rates less than expected.
I have not seen this much bearishness since 9/11/01. Even then the NASDAQ had a 40% rally from October 2001 to December 2001. We are due for something, but I got mucho cash anyway if it keeps falling. My only 3 current holdings went up last week, TMEN, NTRZ, and FEED. I feel all three are not tied to the market as much as bigger stocks are. I added BOBS Thursday and it is down a bit. I may add some of the charted stocks if I feel the market is going up. DPDW I hope is independent of a drop in the price of oil, but a better buying opportunity may develop there if oil falls, if not I will miss that boat, DPDW looks great.

I love the part TMEN does with municipal sewage systems and turns chit into energy. I think you have told me that they may get a deal with the city of New York in that area of their business. From their home page;
---------------------------------------------------
"ThermoEnergy Corporation is an integrated technologies company seeking to develop and commercialize patented water treatment and clean energy technologies. The Company has spent 17 years and more than $20 million developing cost-effective solutions for some of the world's most challenging environmental issues of our time. These technologies provide elegant solutions for removing nitrogen from wastewater streams, converting sewage sludge to a renewable high-energy fuel, and enabling the conversion of coal and other hydrocarbon fuels into energy with zero air emissions.
Our wastewater treatment technologies will result in significant cost savings for municipalities, agricultural producers and industry in demanding applications. Our clean combustion technology will enable a wide cross-section of industrial and other consumers who currently rely on oil or natural gas to switch to cheaper energy sources such as coal or opportunity fuels while meeting all air emission standards and providing for full CO2 capture."

In support of NTRZ and SUWN, and FEED
A scary piece from a site I will paste at the end.
"the surge in demand for agrofuels such as ethanol is hitting the poor and the environment. A "perfect storm" of ecological and social factors appears to be gathering force, threatening vast numbers of people with food shortages and price rises. The era of cheap food is over. World commodity prices of sugar, milk and cocoa have all surged, prompting the BIGGEST INCREASE IN RETAIL FOOD PRICES IN THREE DECADES in some countries. "Meat, too, will cost more because chicken and pigs are fed largely on grain." The world price [of maize] has doubled. 850m people around the world are already undernourished. There will soon be more because the price of food aid has increased 20% in just a year. In the US, where nearly 40 million people are below the official poverty line, the Department of Agriculture recently predicted a 10% rise in the price of chicken. The prices of bread, beef, eggs and milk rose 7.5 % in July, the HIGHEST MONTHLY RISE IN 25 YEARS. Reports suggest that one-third of ocean fisheries are in collapse, two-thirds will be in collapse by 2025, and all major ocean fisheries may be virtually gone by 2048. 15% of the world's present food supplies, on which 160 million people depend, are being grown with water drawn from rapidly depleting underground sources or from rivers that are drying up. In large areas of China and India, the water table has fallen catastrophically. In Britain, the recent floods will result in a shortage of vegetables such as potatoes and peas, and cereals such as wheat."
Food, the next super bull? I think so.

AgFeed Industries (FEED)
Feed is a Chinese pig food retailer, and it is getting into pig farming. The kicker is that as the Chinese like pork over beef and as they get wealthier they will consume more pork. The have a Board od Directors that has many Americans on it. And they recently hired Ed Mcmillan as an adviser. Ed is a retired CEO of Purina Mills and sits on the NTRZ and other related BOD's.
A poster at FEED Yahoo put up a response to a question about the 60 PE to another that I can't march in explaining more, so here it is.
---------------------------------------------
Re: PE 60 7-Feb-08 09:21 am
The TTM p/e of 60 is based on year ending 9/07 since we do not yet have 4th qtr 07 results yet. The quarterly yoy increase in earnings for the 3rd quarter was 184%, while revenues increased 487%. At that time the company had 3 manufacturing facilities for animal feed (mostly pig) and about 250 franchised retail stores selling Agfeed product exclusively. They also market through wholesalers and directly to the larger farm operators. In the 4th qtr they added a 4th manufacturing facility and another 250 or so franchise stores. They also acquired a large hog breeder farm and announced their intention of entering the hog raising business. They followed through by purchasing majority stakes in 5 hog raising farms and are currently on track to sell 120,00 hogs this year. Plans are to make more acquisitions and their stated goal is to sell 400,000 hogs in 2008. There is currently a shortage of pork in China due to increased demand as the population becomes more affluent and can afford more meat (pork represents 65% of meat consumption in China), and due also to declining hog populations due to disease and weather. The current market price for hogs averages $220 and Agfeed contends they will net 37% of that. After paying minority holders in the hog farms the company should net about $60 per hog. If they meet their goal of 400,000 hogs that comes to $24 million net on sales of $88 million. TTM revenues (derived from feed sales alone)were $28 million. The company has announced surging sales in their primary feed product (piglet premix) and I am looking for revenues from feed to approximate $60 million. That is just a guess as company has offered little guidance in that area. With total revenues of near $150 million dollars vs the revenues of $28 million that the p/e of 60 is based on, and the improved margins (better margins on hogs than on feed) it's not hard to understand why this company would trade at a high multiple. If that's not enough, consider that while most Chinese companies pay a flat 25% income tax on earnings, Agfeed and others in the hog business have been granted an exemption from taxes. They will pay no income tax on this windfall. Chinese government is desperate to increase the supply of pork and it's a great time to be in the business. The government sees value in allowing Agfeed to prosper (my opinion). The hog raising business there is highly fragmented with 70% of slaughtered hogs coming from back-yards and small farms. Typically it takes a chinese farmer 12-18 months to raise a hog and achieve market weight. With their special piglet pre-mix Agfeed has been able to get their pigs to market in 5 months (which is the standard in the USA). Also these small farmers frequently fail to vaccinate against disease and protect their stock from weather extremes like the cold/snow/ice currently plagueing southern China. Agfeed (and others I'm sure) are poised to consoldate this industry and increase hog production to meet the demand of the Chinese people. The government is anxious for this to happpen. Agfeed has some of the top animal nutritionists and geneticists on board, as well as seasoned financial experts to advise on their rapid expansion.

Food stocks.
My main focus is currently on food stocks. I believe their will be pressure on food since we are now using it to replace oil. I like alternative energy and deep down drillers etc, but I feel that food is at the beginning of a major bull market. Alternative energy is really high profile right now and maybe over bet. Kraft went up 6% Friday on the news of Warren Buffet now owning over 8% of KFT.
In food, I want to play developing companies. But I have guidelines. I like at least 20% forecast forward growth, and in the out year some kind of profit. And I like small companies. I feel that Whole Foods WFMI is a good safe play, but it will not be a 10 bagger from here.
If I am wrong about food and no huge bull market continues, food is still stable and growth stocks in the food area should still do good. If oil has a short term drop to $65 per barrel it could affect all energy stocks. So, I feel food is safer. A
head and shoulders is forming on oil, or maybe just a pause in the bull run. I have been out of the market on the whole except for a few dabbles and misadventures the last few months, except for NTRZ, but I have added two more foods, FEED and SUWN. I will let rhinoman talk about SUWN,, but I will post next on FEED.
Food may have found a bottom Friday as the index of food stocks took off in a down market, although partly as a result of the "halo affect", Warren Buffet announcing his stake in Kraft.

I do like the looks of it. I never followed it until you mentioned it. I followed a comparable company, PDRT and owned it briefly in late 06 as a breakout play. Both companies will do about the same in 08, but DPDW has forecast revenue and PDRT has a loss projected. My trading requires at least break even for the out year, 08. DPDW qualifies. PDRT had a forecast for 07 of near even, but profits were adjusted down drastically somewhere along the way. I vote for DPDW and will write in Ron Paul.

I have not posted here at I-hub for over a year and did not remember the alias I used here. They have a way to help you remember, but I have changed my email in the past 3 months, so that won't work. Finally with 4 emails I am back.
My message that was erased was that NTRZ, which somebody else put up, had Stock Signal Pro and AmericanBull.com both put traders buys out for the open on Tuesday. I am very long on the stock. It should triple revenues the next 3 years minimum. The lone analyst only uses absolutes in his estimates, so he is low IMO. NTRZ had rain delays in construction of 2 Louisiana plants last year, and all their rice bran had to be sold as cheaper Horse Pellets to ADM in Q3 because of priority in those contracts. Horse pellets go for $450 per ton. Their stage 2 rice bran that they could not sell because of horse contracts goes for $6500 per ton average. Thus the last quarter(Q3) looks terrible, but supply problems have been over since early Q4(reported March 15th), and every quarter going forward should be bigger than the previous for several years to come.
