I'm working on posting the Documents reference the Eberle #1 gas well from the Bastrop County Clerk about Titan-Jacobson!
was some one to busy printing shares and forgot to put out a PR?
Are you saying new management no longer has the Bastrop well?
What are your thoughts of the wording in the PR?
They are real careful of the wording in the PR so it will not bite them later?
"the undeveloped land in the region is thought to be a prime target for new development."
"""thought to be"""?

The closes producing gas well in Bastrop County from the J Holderman survey is 3 miles to the east. And the Operator of those producing gas wells is
TEXAS VANGUARD OIL COMPANY operator # 848310
And they are producing gas and oil in the MC Key & MC COLLUM survey 3 miles East of the J Holderman survey where Titans current well drilled by Tejones is located.
Nothing has ever been produced in the J Holderman survey per the TRRC.

Will TNOG file a form 15c211 toward achieving "Elite" status on the Pink Sheets?

BMAZ is that the direction (in blue) the Midway Pipeline went in Kosciusko?
Or is it the direction the Bastrop Eberle #1 gas well line will be going?
You are right, what "stuff" has TNOG put out in the past that has been verifiable?
Is Titans stock Transfer Agent (T/A) still gagged?

What does this mean?
They are real careful with wording so it will no bite them later?
"the undeveloped land in the region is thought to be a prime target for new development."
thought to be?
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070427/0245013.html
Read the PR again. and answer my previous question
"The leases were purchased based on the proximity to major oil producing fields whereas the undeveloped land in the region is thought to be a prime target for new development."
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070427/0245013.html
"Undeveloped land", does this mean they are going to drill a new oil well?
TNOG has not produced any thing they have said they were going to do in the past PRs.
If they have please prove it!
Again, stinkey pinkys are for flippin not investing!
Has Clayton informed the DKGR investors why none of those prs have not come true either?
Titan is not a current Operator in California;
ftp://ftp.consrv.ca.gov/pub/oil/operators.txt
That is a picture of me that I took at the Stanley well gate when I visited the wells and talked to the lease owner, you left out the other K1 Well pictures that I took that proved the well was abandoned!
Requirement to produce oil in California;
WELL OPERATIONS THAT REQUIRE BONDING
1. Drill, redrill, or deepen any well.
2. Mill out or remove casing or liner.
3. Run and cement casing or tubing.
4. Run and cement liner or inner liner.
5. Perforate casing in a previously unperforated interval for the purpose of
production, injection, testing, observation, or cementing.
6. Drill out any type of permanent plug.
7. Reentry of an abandoned well having no bond.
8. Drill and operate a commercial geothermal well, including the plugging and
abandonment of such well. Drill a geothermal temperature-gradient well.
9. Operate a Class II commercial waste-water disposal well.
10. The acquisition of a well that has been idle for five or more years. (See
WELL TRANSFER, pages 13 and 14.)
NOTE: The use of an idle-well bond is not acceptable.
Bond Information
July 2006
Page 2
11. Maintaining a well that has been idle five or more years. The bond
amount is $5,000 for each well. An annual fee, or other option, may be
submitted in lieu of a bond.
12. Drill a water-source well for an EOR or subsidence-control project if the
proposed depth is below the base of fresh water, or if the well may penetrate
oil or gas formations.
WELL OPERATIONS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE BONDING
1. Plug and abandon or reabandon a well, even when such abandonment
requires permanent alteration of casing or removal of an existing plug.
2. Run and land an uncemented liner.
3. Run and land an inner liner.
4. Cement existing perforations.
5. Reperforate existing perforations.
6. Set any type of plug (bridge, cement, sand, gel, etc.).
7. Repair damaged casing by means of cementing, placing casing patch,
swaging, etc.
8. Install sand-control devices, screens, etc.
9. Drill a noncommercial geothermal well.
BOND AMOUNTS
1. Individual Oil and Gas Wells (onshore surface location)
a. $15,000 - less than 5,000 feet deep
b. $20,000 - at least 5,000 but less than 10,000 feet deep
c. $30,000 - 10,000 or more feet deep
(Use Form OG160A, Individual Oil and Gas Well Indemnity Bond, dated
3/99, or Form OG160C, Individual Oil and Gas Well Cash Bond, dated
12/03.)

Titan is not an Operator with the State of California,
Do a search;
http://www.consrv.ca.gov/DOG/
Tell everyone about your DD of Pete Maupin the "veteran oil guy in Texas"
He has strike 1 with the Wilson County project K1 well and the Stanley Well in Kosciusko and then strike 2 with Bastrop Elberel well, all with Titan Oil & Gas!
Also do not forget to mention that Titan is no longer an Operator with the State of Texas, (they were previously) and also that they are not an Oil & Gas Operator in the State of California!
Without being an Operator they can not drill, sell or do anything within the State of California.
What else do you have?
Has Clayton told Brandon to put out a PR that they will be soon?
Never chase a running stock.
Learn what the big guys do and do the same.
Never believe the PR story, know it and trade the PR cycle.
Plan ahead, place GTC / AON orders ahead, always buy & sell on planned targets, wait for confirmation signals to enter, enter & exit in steps, and watch the stress fly away, gains and preservation of capital will come.
And always sell on your planned targets!

lowtrade knows me from way back, NUFF said.
lowtrade is a Savoy pink stock trader. He knows that when the PUMP begins you get in and get ready to sell soon at a profit, otherwise you will end up a bagholder for a long time!
Many old time bagholders bash the messengers because are really defending themselves and attack the messenger because they got greedy and fell in love because of the unverifiable Company press releases Hype!
I tell no one to buy or sell, but I will tell all to make a profit by never fall in love with a pinkie...
Reason why the Eberle was CAPPED or plugged.
The Eberle well is in close proximity to major oil producing fields. Notice all the Blue-they are Dry holes.
The well is about 3 miles west of the Oil & GAS.
The oil under ground is like lakes above the ground, they are not everywhere, proof is in the picture you posted!
"The leases were purchased based on the proximity to major oil producing fields whereas the undeveloped land in the region is thought to be a prime target for new development."
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070427/0245013.html
"Undeveloped land", does this mean they are going to drill a new oil well?
Now I get to do DD in California, great!
http://www.consrv.ca.gov/DOG/
How many are stuck here because of Clayton with Novak Capitol?
If the well produced anything it would have been put on line 6 months ago.... But it was Plugged by Tejones the operator of the well
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/061103/0180127.html
Who owns the Lease to the Bastrop Well
search here and you shall see...
Go to the Bastrop County Clerk which is online at
http://www.co.bastrop.tx.us/ips/cms/countyoffices/countyClerk.html
Click on "Search Online Public Records"
Click " I accept"
Then under real estate click "Grantor List"
Type in Jacobson, Kent or Titan or Maupin or Bulldog
See the filed documents
Go back to "Grantee List" and search for more documents
Enjoy
Has anyone call the TA to see if "New TNOG management " has released the gag order to not give out current O/S...?
Ask them for the phone number when you call!
Good luck!
The Stanley Well and the Bastrop well were given to Tejones because Titan Oil & Gas is no longer the Operator of the wells in Wilson County and Bastrop County.
Go ahead and provide the board some of your "in depth TNOG DD"
Other that what the PRs say!
Glad I could help you!
I'm flattered that I get a special page that post most things that I never said.. Thanks Razor
Montanore you reacted within 3 minutes of my previous Post.
Seems you did not have time to follow My Verifiable DD that I posted with step by step instructions on how to verify that the Bastrop well was plugged.
Did you already know about the Bastrop well status from one of my previous post?
How do you see for yourself that the well is Plugged?
I will show you step by step....
Click on this link which is the Texas Railroad Commission that regulates the Oil & Gas Industry here in Texas.
